• Caroline (10/5): An incredible stay in cozy facilities - the hotel is in a gorgeous location and the facilities were modern, clean and created a lovely vibe. The staff were super friendly and patient with us and took the time to translate and help explain how everything worked with the onsens. the breakfast buffet was something we looked forward to everyday, and the private bath was incredible!

• Vincent (10/5): Overall, we enjoyed our stay. - The rooms were spacious, clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was good and delicious. Onsens were excellent. In general we enjoyed our stay here. The staff during our check-in did not inform us that the breakfast closes at 9.30am instead of 10am which is the normal closing time for breakfast in other hotels. Our family went in at 9.10am and we had to quickly get our food and eat them by 9.30am which was upsetting.

• YEN TING (10/5): 溫泉超棒！ 走一趟隨興旅 - 看了ざつ旅而來，沒有讓人失望！ 不管是10樓或2樓的溫泉都很棒，喜歡這種有露天形式的溫泉浴場。不論是房間還是公共空間都很大，而且還提供免費清酒、梅酒、威士忌、茶、咖啡、餅乾巧克力等，好好的待在旅館裡看看書、用電腦做自己的事，沒事就去泡個溫泉，放鬆身心。 也可以到姊妹店新瀧泡溫泉，雖然這次沒去但看介紹有更多樣的溫泉，不過只到晚上10點，覺得時段有點太早結束。 畢竟是在山中，偶爾會有臭蟲、椿象入侵
• Mitsue (10/5): - 施設は古いのかもしれませんが、綺麗にリノベーションされていて清掃もきちんとされていました。廊下の所々に空気清浄機が置かれていたのも気配りされていて良かったと思います。 フリードリンクも遅くまで解放されていたので、お風呂上りにゆっくり楽しむことが出来ました。朝食も種類が豊富で美味しくて食べきれな程でした。 ただ、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の話し声が朝方まで聞こえてきて睡眠不足になりました。 全体的にはとても満足でおすすめしたいホテルです。

• Yoshie (9/5): 最高！！ - 鶴ヶ城までのアクセスも抜群で、温泉も最高に気持ちよかったです。美肌の湯と言われているだけあって、入った瞬間からお肌がツルツルになりました。清掃を担当していらっしゃる高齢の方のお肌もツヤツヤでお元気で、温泉のおかげなのかなと思いました。 食事はビュッフェ形式で、夕飯は予約時には頼んでいなかったのですが、到着後に外食する元気もなくなり、急でお願いできるかと伺ったら快く受け入れていただきました。馬刺しのお寿司やローストビーフ、地元の新鮮なお野菜やご飯など、どれもとても美味しく頂きました。 朝食も同じビュッフェ形式で、どのおかずも美味しかったです！ 3連泊しましたが、会津若松のいろいろな名所も巡ることができとても充実した旅になりました。部屋のテーブルに提供される地元の和菓子も、連泊中毎日違うものをいただき、どれも美味しかったので帰りに売店で購入して帰りました。 おせわになりました。

• Vichaya (10/5): Excellent hotel in Aizuwakamatsu. - - Room is excellent, 6 star hotel. I love it so much and have to stay again if I visit this city. - Dinner and breakfast are excellent, buffet for both. - Onsen is great for indoor and outdoor. - Free drinks including alcohal. - Bed is super comfortable. - Amenities in the room are perfect. - Drinking water is prepared in the room. - Free parking. - I love everything in the hotel. 😊 - Just a little thing, not main concern is about parking lot that is not huge enough. We have to load many big baggauges in front and carry all of them up with 4-5 steps without any help. - Have to park the car near area, not in front of the hotel.
• Su (10/5): Definitely returning for second stay - The buffet option caters for solo traveler meals. Place had a rustic feel but was very well maintained and did not feel run down at all. Inconvenient to access with public transport if carrying luggage as is up a hill from bus stop.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice and easily accessible onsen hotel - Location - you can use the local bus from jr Aizuwakamatsu station to innai bus station (around 12-15min). Then the hotel staff will pick you up from there. You gotta book the pick up service in advance. It is an upslope road to the onsen hotel. Not easy for tourists with luggage. Again when you leave the hotel you gotta book the pick up service back to the nearest bus station Staff- they are very nice. The hotel offers a lot of free food such as coffee and soba Room - very spacious. You have all the amenities. The onsen is great. Fining - dinner and breakfast (buffet style) were just great. I was offered a lot of delicious local ingredients. It is a very good valued for money onsen hotel. I will def come back if I go to Aizuwakamatsu

• Janna (9/5): Superb - A few days before the start of our journey, the hotel contacted us to say that they were unfortunately unable to provide us with the room due to work. However, they offered to book a room for us at their partner hotel, which was only a few minutes' walk away at Kutsurogijuku Shintaki. The staff were very accommodating and even when we asked for a vegan dinner, everything was made possible. We were very satisfied.

• Supatee (10/5): Exceptional - The room and the hotel are very clean. Our room is very big and comfort. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Nice spa (inside and outside) but we prefer the outside. nothing all perfect.

• Tomoyuki (10/5): Exceptional - Very authentic Japanese style accommodation with fantastic hospitality.. Excellent facilities and we will definitely visit again. We had buffet breakfast and the food was delicious. We should have stayed 2 nights.
• Suthidee (9/5): Great place, Great staffs and great foods. - The staffs were very kind and helpful. I was impressed of how they tried and willing to help us even though we couldn’t communicate well. The facility and all the decorations are superb. The buffet both dinners and breakfast were great with wild range of variety. We wish we could have more time to spend at the place. One night was not enough to experience all the onsens they have. If you don’t speak Japanese language, you might find the place a bit difficult to communicate. I wrote questions asking if some adjustments would be possible but the property was too slow to respond and it was too late to adjust anything. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay very much.

• Verified traveler (10/5): とても良い宿です。 - 千代滝、新滝の温泉を行き来できるのがとてもよかったです。渓流を眺めながら半露天なども愉しめました。できれば、男女湯も日替わりで交換となっていると、より良いのではと思います。 朝食ビュッフェも品数が多く食べきれない程でした。 ライブラリーラウンジは快適で、本を読んだり、ソフトドリンクやお酒を飲みながらとても寛げました。可能なら朝食ビュッフェでは飲酒できなかったので、ライブラリーラウンジで数種類飲めるとよかったなあ、と思います。
• Yi-Ming (6/5): 有些失望 - 1.雖然是溫泉飯店，但房間內卻沒有浴缸，更沒有溫泉。 2.房內的淋浴間非常簡單，水量也不足。 3.馬桶老舊，沖水按壓不便，每次按壓就幾乎要聞馬桶坐墊。 4.公共澡堂開放時間僅有15:00~23:00，早上完全沒有開放。 5.早晚餐豐富多樣，服務親切有禮，但人手稍嫌不足。
• Ben (8/5): Relaxing - Staff were helpful and the place was nice. Booking the private onsen incurs an additional charge (which isn’t mentioned at the time of booking - however is on the website). The hotel is somewhat remote, so best to arrange to have dinner and breakfast there as the town is a little far away - ok if you have a car though.
• Annett (9/5): Superb - nice big room with balcony. view on the mountain side. loved the yukata they provided. they are not always this nice. ^^ we appreciated the onsen very much as we walked a lot during our stay in Aizu. housekeeping was not ideal but certainly due to the language barrier as English is still a challenge for staff and my Japanese is not yet up to the task either.

Ah, and we were given yukata and we were also encouraged to wear them inside the hotel. All in all a great experience. Nothing really. Everything was as we expected.
