- David (10/5): - Higashiyama onsen is a lovely, narrow canyon on the outskirts of Aizuwakamatsu. The red and blue sightseeing buses stop within 150 yards of the hotel. The onsen baths are not too hot. The food is great. Our room was a regular one and was spacious. All in all it was a very nice place.

- Asako (10/5): - 東山温泉を訪れるなら、間違いなくこのお宿をオススメいたします。お部屋には大型テレビが設置、浴衣も用意してあり、館内を移動できますしお食事もそのままで可能。 徒歩３分ほどで姉妹宿の温泉にも行かれますし、無料です。ラウンジもありますし、飽きさせない工夫をなさっています。好感が持てました。 朝食の「ずんだ餅」が美味しかったです。ビュッフェメニューも豊富です。ここにちゃんと力を注いでいるのは素晴らしい取り組みだと感じました。

- NORIKO (10/5): 東山温泉に行くならここ! - お風呂の種類が4種類あり時間によって入れないお風呂があるので入る時間と回数を考えてどのお風呂へ行くか決めたほうが良いと思います。ラウンジでは朝7時から夜10時まで無料で飲める日本酒とワイン、ソフトドリンク及びちょっとしたスナック菓子が用意されておりコンビニへ買い出しに行く事がなくここで夕食後くつろぐ事が出来ました。スタッフの教育が行き届いておりみなさん親切で素晴らしいと思いました。 お部屋は清潔感があり広めです。 お部屋にも枕がありますが、廊下の一角に3種類の枕があり自分の好みの枕を選ぶ事も出来ます。 朝食は和食好みの方にはもってこいのビュッフェです。種類も豊富で大満足でした。パン食の方だとチョイスが少ないかも…でもパンの種類も3〜4種類ありましたしスクランブルエッグやソーセージ、スープはありました。 私的にコスパの良いホテルだと思います。

- Verified traveler (6/5): 出張で利用 - レンタカーで到着時にホテル従業員に入口付近まで手招きされると第二駐車場へお願いしますと言われ移動、夜の食事は５〜6000円ぐらいのコース仕立てのものしかないとフロントで言われ東山温泉の食堂みたいなのを紹介されたが再度車で出動、温泉の湯は悪くないが普通、朝のビュッフェ形式の食事は種類も豊富でそこそこ充実、東山温泉街自体は寂れており周辺の景色や雰囲気を楽しむことは難しい。

- Asad (10/5): Aizu1 night stay at Kutsurogijuku Shintaki - The location is just outside Aizuwakamatsu nestled in a beautiful mountain setting. Great location. You will need a taxi or a car to get here and to go to Aizuwakamatsu town. Room are Japanese style and you get to sleep on futon on tatami mats - great for your back. Room was very comfortable and strong wifi signal. Large clean room with a balcony and a great view of the mountains. There is no shower in the room but the hotel has a great "onsen" - natural hot spring bath. You must try the onsen and I think that is one main reason people stay here. The front desk staff is friendly but cannot speak English so be prepared for that. Breakfast is good at the hotel. For dinner probably best to go to town where you will have more choices. I would recommend this hotel.
