• Zhazira (1/5): - ничего номер не соответствовал картинкам на сайте, персонал был грубый, когда я обьяснила все предложили на выбор 3 номера, в первом кровать маленькая и сама квадратура маленькая, во втором окна выходят на крышу рядом стоящего здания, где все залита какашками птиц, и запах от этого, в третьем номере воняла туалет и ванная. Когда обьяснила все администратору, как выяснилось потом он является и владельцем, он сказал чтоб я отменила и у меня спишут штраф, после долгих споров и доказываний, что это их ошибка он отменил бронь без штрафа

• Lokar (4/5): hotel ben posizionato, colazione super ,un poco trascurato, difficile dormire ,impossibile lavarsi - posizione, vicina alle moschee, colazione di ottimo livello, personale addetto alla colazione molto disponibile su 5 giorni di pernottamento, 3 giorni non funzionava l'acqua calda anche se segnalato alla accettazione, il personale in questo lato dell'hotel non è presente durante la notte ,e quindi c'è confusione sino a notte inoltrata, gente che sposta mobili e che corre su e giù dalle scale senza controllo.

La disponibilité et la gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel. Dans l'entrée de Yakut hôtel il y a une moquette qui est très sale et sent très mauvais. A côté de notre chambre, il y a une sorte de débarras remplis de vieux ustensiles qui gâchent complètement le séjour. En plus, il y a une toilette juste à côté de notre chambre où tous les gens qui mangent au restaurant viennent l'utiliser!!! C'est vraiment désagréable. En plus, il y a trop de bruit, à la fois à cause des femmes de ménage et les gens qui passent dans la rue. Pas moyen de dormir par moment. Dans la chambre, il n'y avait aucune armoire pour déposer nos affaires. On prenait nos vêtements directement de nos valises pendant les 7 jours passés à l'hôtel !!!
• Gioada (6/5): Un sejur ok, probleme cu gălăgia și parcarea. - Foarte aproape de punctele turistice.Personal foarte amabil Gălăgie foarte multă.In camera 707 se aude constant streașina de parcă ar fi uragan.Auzi orice sunet al vecinilor.Am avut probleme cu parcarea deoarece când am ajuns ne-au spus ca o sa ne coste 45€(15€/zi), iar la final ne-au cerut 60€, pentru ca (chipurile)masina era mai mare, ea avand lungimea standard de 4m, fiind doar mai înaltă.

First, the photos online has nothing to do with the place.They take you to a building in front of the reception building which is dirty, smelly, had mold everywhere, the staff was very ironic, me and my family and another guests that arrived the same time had to leave at 2AM because the condition was super bad. I really do not recommend this place. I had booked 2 nights with my family and we had to leave right away after a long back and forth discussion with the ironic, rude, receptionist that only took us serious when another family with a baby join us to complain regarding the same matter. Everything, not worth your time and money specially if you travelling with your family. I would rather sleep at the airport than have a night here.

Edificio in pessime condizioni, sporco, puzzava di pipì di gatto, zero sicurezza con bombola del gas abbandonata sul terrazzo, una scala che dalla strada poggiava alla finestra e non è mai stata tolta, l’acqua non veniva e non ci siamo potuti lavare per 3 giorni, il rubinetto del lavandino rotto, in pieno inverno siamo dovuti stare con le finestre aperte per quanto era forte la puzza di fogna, in una camera addirittura gocciolava acqua dal soffitto proveniente dalle tubature idrauliche. Abbiamo fatto presenti tutte queste problematiche ma non hanno risolto nulla e nemmeno rispondono a Booking per il rimborso. Evitatelo come la peste e se già lo avete prenotato cambiate immediatamente! TUTTO! Innanzitutto si definiscono Hotel e poi non hanno la reception. • Γιώργος (2/5): Απαράδεκτη εμπειρία με έλλειψη καθαριότητας, συνεχές πρόβλημα με το ζεστό νερό και δωμάτιο που δεν ανταποκρινόταν καθόλο - Μόνο το πρωινό Καθαριότητα απαράδεκτη , δύο μέρες δεν είχαμε ζεστό νερό το φτιάξανε ενώ τους το είπαμε και μετά από 20 λεπτά πάλι δεν είχε ζεστό νερό , το δωμάτιο δεν έχει καμία σχέση με τις φωτογραφίες . Δεν υπήρχε θέρμανση το καλοριφέρ ήταν κλειστό και το αιρκοντίσιον ήταν του 2000 και δεν δούλευε καθόλου καλά , μας αλλάξανε πετσέτες και η μία είχε μαύρες τρίχες πάνω της και τα μαξιλάρια όταν πήγαμε το 1 από τα 4 ήθελε αλλαγή λόγω λεκέ !

• ELizaveta (2/5): I highly do not recommend this hotel to anyone, everything is bad in it - Nothing, may be normal location 1. the hotel is in terrible condition, the wallpaper is peeling from moisture, there are water stains, the walls are dirty, there was no jamb inside, everything is dirty. if the kettle boils, it smells like plastic, it is impossible to pick it up. 2. our drain did not work, water was pouring out of the shower onto the bathroom floor and into the hallway of the room, all the plumbing is old and falling apart, water is coming out of all the holes. we asked three times to fix the situation and only on the third time they helped us. 3. came to checkout and heard the administrator ask "how will you pay for the room", and we paid for it upon check-in in cash and he pretended not to know, although 4 days had passed. then he suddenly remembered and apologized.

• Hava (2/5): Je n’avais pas réservé dans une pension - Très très vieux . A part le personnel, le reste est très mauvais.le petit déjeuner est bien fait. J’ai réservé un hôtel et au final on nous à attribué une pension . Le ménage reste à désire.

There is absolutely no parking. 2 This hotel uses the check-in counter at Sultan Suleyman Palace Spa, which is located across the street. 3 Sultan Suleyman Palace Spa has an elevator, but the Yakut Hotel does not. -

Desperately needs repair works in bathrooms. In first room toilet was broken. Then we got another room but still problems in bathroom. Towel racks were falling off the wall, faucet was braking off the sink. In the room refrigerator needs replacement (door was rusty).

• nikswet (9/5): Бюджетный отель в самом центре Стамбула - Номер небольшой, но позволяет установить дополнительное спальное место (мы бронировали номер на троих). Прекрасный разнообразный завтрак в ресторане прямо под нами (шум не мешал). Ресторан кормит постояльцев нескольких отелей. Наш отель был самым бюджетным среди всех. Наш номер располагался над рестораном. Шум ресторана и запахи не мешали, но вот прямо около двери нашего номера располагалась комната уборочного инвентаря и на лестнице постоянно стояли мешки с бельем, мусором и т.д. Двери в это помещение нет и видно как там валяется всякое ненужное и грязное. Это сразу же испортило впечатление от номера. Днем постоянно в коридоре какой-то шум. Я бы сделала перепланировку в номере изменив местоположение входной двери и ванной комнаты. В ванной совсем нет крючков для полотенец. Пришлось притащить туда пуфик, а полотенца вешать на душевую перегородку. Слив плохо справлялся с водой при приеме душа.
• Azra (1/5): - Nic Extremely disappointing stay – completely misleading listing Our experience at this hotel was unacceptable from the moment we arrived. The room we received looked nothing like the photos on Booking.com. The pictures online show one building, but the hotel actually has two separate buildings, and we were placed in the other one without any notice. The difference was drastic and misleading. The cleanliness was terrible: • the rooms were dirty, • the bathroom was extremely unclean, • the towels were stained, • the bed linen was dirty, and in one room we didn’t even receive proper bedding. We had reserved three rooms with double beds and one triple room, but instead we were given two double rooms and two triple rooms, completely different from our reservation. The reception staff was rude and unhelpful, and instead of the “parking included” advertised on Booking, we were forced to pay an additional €120 for two cars, which was never mentioned before arrival. On top of all that, the water in the hotel was not clean, and after showering, several of us developed a skin rash caused by the poor water quality. Overall, this was a terrible and highly disappointing stay. The hotel is misleading, poorly maintained, and absolutely not worth the money. I do not recommend it to anyone.

• Radosevic (9/5): - Hotel je na odličnoj lokaciji,blizu Aja Sofije i Plave džamije,tu je u blizini i gradski prevoz,osoblje je bilo ljubazno,momak na recepciji nam je pomogao oko osnovnih informacija,doručak je odličan,slano slatko,kafa,ima za svakog nešto.Peskiri su zamenjeni već drugi dan,i čisto je.Jedina mana je soba,dobili smo sobu sa malim prozorom,nema svetlosti,na slikama ne možete da vidite,sobe sa velikim prozorima su ok,naša je gledala u dvorište i u krov od druge zgrade,mada ni to nije toliko bitno,jer tu samo prespavate. U Istanbulu savršeno funkcioniše gradski prevoz,tramvaji,autobusi,trajekti po Bosforu,svuda sa Istanbul kart Soba sa malim prozorom

Quasi tutto, in quanto a prima vista sembrava tutto ok, ma il primo giorno ci siamo accorti che la camera era molto raffazzonata nelle rifiniture, nella doccia l'acqua non defluiva e restava tutta li, anche dopo 4/5 ore. il secondo giorno, mentre eravammo all'interno del palazzo Topkapi ci è arrivato un messaggio dalla struttura che ci chiedeva di tornare in camera in quanto dal bagno perdeva acqua nella stanza inferiore. al nostro arrivo ci hanno dato una camwera al piano inferiore. tale camera anch'essa aveva problemi. Luce del bagno molto fioca, il rubinetto del lavandinoperdeva continuamente acqua. noi abbiamo chiesto, per il nostro disturbo, di concederci un pranzo al loro ristorante e successivamente al loro diniego, se potevamo posticipare il chek out alla successive ore 15.30, anche qui diniego. Per noi pessimo albergo.

Πρόκειται για ένα παλιό κτίριο χωρίς ασανσέρ, με λεπτούς τοίχους και κακή ηχομόνωση. Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη ότι βρίσκεται ακριβώς δίπλα σε έναν πολυσύχναστο δρόμο, ξεχάστε τη σιωπή. Η κουρτίνα στο δωμάτιό μου ήταν κοντή, δεν ήταν αρκετή για να καλύψει ολόκληρο το παράθυρο. Στο μπάνιο στο πάτωμα όλη την ημέρα έβρισκες νερά διότι είχε σπάσει κάποιος σωλήνα και δεν το επισκεύαζαν οπός και το έπιπλο του νιπτήρα ήταν σπασμένο και στηριγμένο πάνω σε τούβλα.Δεν μπορώ να πω τίποτα κακό για το προσωπικό, προσπάθησαν να φωτίσουν την τρομερή κατάσταση του ξενοδοχείου με την Ευγενία τούς
