• tam (10/5): Family Bluejays Weekend - Location was great, as it was close to everything we wanted to do. Could have been better communication with getting keys for the property, and where amenities were at the condo, swimming pool, gym, etc. Would definitely book here again for my family or just my wife and I .
• LINDA (6/5): - Great downtown location. There were a few maintenance problems - cracked closet mirror in bedroom, two burnt out lights, and once windows were open, you could not close them because of broken hardware. Dust bunnies on floor. There was only ONE key for six people. There were only enough towels for 4 people, although I had called the property before hand to advise that there were 6 people staying in condo. I was told that there were staff in the building and all I had to do was call and more would be delivered. NOT TRUE. I called and was told they would be there the next morning and they were not delivered and I had to call again for delivery that afternoon. Not good customer service. Later told that there were two beach towels in one of the closets - yes beach towels - the cheap weird feeling ones. When you have 6 people you expect 6 bath, 6 hand and 6 face cloths. The worst was that the temperature in the apartment was 75 F (24 C) and was told that I should open a window as it was cool outside and that it had been fixed last week and they could not have anyone come to fix it until Sunday and that was the day we were checking out. I think this was complete BULL. Property has great potential. Do not expect any customer service.
• Patrick (6/5): Check in stressant - Le check in n’a pas bien été nous avions une réservation au 20 Blue Jays ways et ont s’est retrouvé au 14 York street . Après plusieurs tentatives de discussion, et quelques racrochement au nez de la part de la compagnie nous nous sommes résilier a séjourner au 14 York street
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The condo condition the couch was sagging the other lounge chair the covering was tore up with a blanket over it. Major check in issue with key but was resolved. Location was excellent,condition of condo needs improvement. Overall would try this ssrvice again and hope the condition of the next Condo would be better next time.
