David (6/5): Let down by cleanliness on arrival - The apartment was in a great location and an actual lovely apartment inside. But when I arrived I had to wait 45 minutes to get in as I had received no instructions on how to get into the apartment. The intercom was broken and I needed 8 emails back and forth to get security to let me in. Upon arrival the apartment had not been cleaned from previous users. Dirty towels in bath, empty beer bottles on the floor. Dirty and un made bed sheets. If it had not been pre paid and so late in the day I’d have went to a hotel And stayed. Experience ruined by the state of apartment when I arrived.
