- ANDREA (6/5): Avoid: Poor Maintenance - Not much to be honest Avoid this place. From the photos it looks nice and perfect for a group of friends, but in reality it is very run-down. All the shower drains were clogged, and dirty water kept coming back up while we were showering (luckily we left without getting foot fungus). The pool is also misleading: it’s small, outdated, and clearly poorly maintained. We didn’t even use it, so I’d rather not comment further. The location is not ideal either — getting down to downtown or Barceloneta takes around an hour each time.

- Arsala (2/5): - The property itself was good, however, they have presented us with misinformation about the location. It is not 5 mins drive from Park Guella, similarly not 6 mins drive from Sagrada Familia, and certainly Passeig de Gràcia is not within 5 mins drive radius. Wasted a lot of money on commute! They had issues with Ants which I checked (because of my toddler) with them through Expedia and they confirmed that it has been addressed , yet I found ants again and have taken pics. For our checkout, I informed them that we can leave at 11am however our rent a car will be delayed, their colleague Luis/Lucas confirmed that I can stay there till 12:30 and that he will add this information on the system. But the cleaning team started banging the door, when I tried explaining to them , they couldn’t understand a word of English. I then explained this to their office who understood but later at 12 they started banging the door again. When asked what is going on they said they have other guests coming in so we have to leave, when enquired why wasn’t I told this last night when I had a chat with Luis/Lucas , their colleague Oscar said we don’t have anyone with that name working here ?! Then I went all the way to their office and spoke to the Indian/Asian guy who was there when I spoke to Luis/Lucas (last night) he apologised when asked why wasn’t all this put on your system as advised , he again said sorry! How ridiculous !

- Anja (2/5): Virkelig ringe. - Beliggenheden Meget hårde senge ( jeg plejer at sove på en hård madras, men denne var stenhård) Poolen var okay men stigen til at gå ned i poolen var vakkelvoren og stykker. Gulvet i køkkenet skrånede så man ikke kunne stå oprejst. Alt i alt var det snusket og fryseren var iset fuldstændig til.

- Quentin (3/5): Decevament reposant - L’emplacement Une personne c’est présenter à la porte à 9h du matin pendant le séjour, avec 3 bouteille de vieux mousseux. Résultat 2 jours de travaux, bloqué à l’appart avec un bordel énorme. Gros mépris de la part de ce qui nous recevait. L’appartement étais vétuste, beaucoup de choses abîmé, cassé, pas en états.. De plus, mal grès les demandé de relogement (mon amis étais en fauteuil roulant) il nous proposait des logement à étages avec escalier inaccessible en fauteuil.. Et ils ont garder la cautions alors que il y a eu touuuut ces dérangement.. vraiment très très déçus, c’est personne ne sont là que pour l’argent (ce que je comprend) mais eux sens fiche de séjour des hôtes... Mais voyer déjà la Clim entrain d’être changer et des travaux pour la film dans touuuut l’appartement. Salle de bain bloqué pendant 2 jours !!

- Hank (4/5): Disappointing - in the summer OK because of the garden and the small pool to get access to the appartement you have to fill out tons of forms very thin walls to the neighbour house - they had a sex party ofer there the kitchen is strange and rosty you have to bring your own soap for the bathroom....
- Youssef (1/5): Unfortunately, our hotel reservation turned into a scam, with misleading descriptions and terrible c - I recently made a hotel reservation and had a deeply disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I fell victim to a scam. The hotel I booked turned out to be nothing like what was advertised. The photos and descriptions were completely misleading, and upon arrival, I realized I had been deceived. The room was in terrible condition, the service was nonexistent, and the staff were unhelpful. I strongly advise against booking with this establishment, as it is clear they engage in fraudulent practices. I hope my review serves as a warning to others to avoid this hotel at all costs.

- Haleywynne6 (3/5): Nothing special - 400 EUR security deposit took over a month to return! - The apartment was in a good location and large to suit big groups, with a swimming pool. There wasn't enough bedding or towels for the group, we had paid for 10 people but 9 came in the end. There were not enough beds available even with one less person and 2 people had to share single beds. The electricity kept cutting out, about 10 times a day there would be a complete black out of power. It took just over a month to get back the 400 EUR security deposit which was meant to be refunded in 3-5 days, with no explanation or apology from the apartment even when chased. Every single thing had an additional cost, we had just stayed there for multiple nights with the issues of bedding/power cuts etc and when waiting for our return flight we wanted to grab lunch, there was 9 of us and they wanted to charge us 5 EUR per BAG!

We booked with the intention that we paid in full, then when we arrived they charged us 90 euro for cleaning.
