• Aishath (6/5): - The best part of this stay was the location. It’s very close to shopping areas, making it easy to walk around and explore. Overall, it’s a great place if you enjoy shopping. Unfortunately had some concerns during my stay. I was not comfortable with how the room cleaners handled our belongings, as it felt like our personal items were being touched without permission. Also, there didn’t seem to be clear responsibility taken if anything went missing, even when using the safe. This made the experience feel less secure, which was disappointing to us.

• Jürgen (9/5): Schönes Hotel in der Nähe eines Nightmarkets mit guter Anbindung zum Flughafenzug. - Wir sind sehr früh abgereist und haben statt des Frühstücks ein Lunchpaket erhalten, super. In der Nähe des Hotels ist abends ein großer Markt. Mit allem was es auch auf anderen Märkten zu kaufen gibt. Die Bahn zum Flughafen kann auch zu Fuß erreicht werden um einen frühen Flieger zuverlässig zu erreichen. Eine Fahrt mit Taxi o.ä. war uns bei den Stauverhältnissen zu unsicher.

• Natalie (7/5): Comfortable stay in a great location - The bed was comfortable and the location was fabulous. Staff were friendly. The constant communication before and upon departure to book a car service, yet vital communications affecting check in like requiring 1000thb in cash only for deposit in order to get your room key, was never mentioned. I had to leave the hotel to withdraw cash before I could get into the room, not a great first impression. I understand placing a deposit is common but without knowing no credit card deposit or how much before arriving is not good enough. You communicated the offer of a car service 5 times even after I said it was not needed but never once did you mention this was a requirement of check in. Please communicate the things that matter most for your guests after long flights for ease of check in. Thank you.
• Aleksandra (8/5): Good localisation for a descent price. - We stayed only 1 night. Good localization, close to the night market and to rail line going to the airport. Descent price including breakfast. The cleaning personel was quite noisy in the morning on the corridor not allowing to sleep a bit longer.
• Beate (7/5): Preisgünstiges Hotel nahe der Shoppingmalls - Einfach, aber saubere Unterkunft. Zu Fuß ist man schnell bei den großen Shopping-Centers. Das Hotel liegt in einer schmalen aber sehr betriebsamen Straße. Um die Ecke gibt es alles, was man braucht. Frühstück im Hotel gut, es gibt warmes gutes asiatisches Essen, aber auch Toast, Obst, Cornflakes. Uns war es zu laut.

• Shane (7/5): Great Location, Decent Hotel, Mediocre Breakfast - The location can't be beaten. If you're looking for a hotel right in the middle of all the action, look no further. Pratunam night market is a 2 minute walk and you're surrounded by tons of coffee shops and restaurants that run til late, even after midnight. Further to that, ATM's are right outside the door and you'll never get stuck for finding transportation. The biggest annoyance is that you need to pay a 1000 baht security deposit in cash when you're checking in. There's no mention of this anywhere so it can be quite irritating if you don't have any cash on you. Luckily, ATM's are right outside the door but annoying nonetheless. It can also be quite noisy. Walls are a bit thin so loud voices are easily heard in the corridors as well as TukTuks blaring away outside which kept waking us all up, and we were 5 floors up. This makes it incredibly difficult to get a good night's sleep so it's worth keeping this in mind. Breakfast was ok but not a ton of options. Coffee isn't great at all. I would definitely opt for buying breakfast at one of the many surrounding restaurants or cafe's for similar or less money than the cost of the hotel breakfast. No room service menu either but not an issue due to the plethora of surrounding eating spots.

• Caroline Nayanna (3/5): Não recomendo - Localização - O Hotel fica próximo aos principais shoppings da cidade. Eles pedem um caução de 1000 Bats quando é realizado o check-in, como já estávamos no final da viagem não tínhamos dinheiro em espécie e se fossemos sacar, não teríamos onde gastar esse dinheiro depois. Explicamos a situação, mas não abriram nenhuma exceção. Aceitaram os dólares que tínhamos no lugar ou o passaporte. Não aceitaram passar o valor no cartão e depois estornar. Isso foi uma grande dor de cabeça. A cama é muito dura e desconfortável.
