- Eda (10/5): Exceptional - The property is managed by a friendly family who are genuine in their willingness to make the stay a pleasure. The rooms are spotless. We chose the room with terrace and highly recommend this. It is a nice reprieve of fresh air in a stone house. Bonus is that you will see the hot air balloons intimately each morning from your terrace. The breakfast is an authentic Turkish buffet breakfast akin to visiting mom for breakfast - simple and delicious! The location is brilliant. Less than 10 minutes stroll to the city centre and far enough to be quiet away from the hustle and bustle. The value for this property is outstanding and we highly recommend to any traveller visiting Cappadocia.

- Melda (2/5): Kötü bir tercih yaşadık. - Odada felaket bir koku vardı, gece geç saate kadar dışarda olup havalanmasini sağladık yinede kar etmedi. Jakuzi kenarı kırık olduğundan çok guvenemedik. Odada klima olmadığından çok sıcaktı ve uyumakta zorluk yaşadık. Yine odada mini dolap yoktu soğuk bir içecek tuketemedik. Sabah kahvaltı ve çıkış saati erkendi. Saat 11:30 da sorduk ama kahvaltı saati olmadığından vermediler. Başka yerlerde konakladigimizda mekanlar sorun etmeden kahvaltı veriyorlar fakat yine de kararlarina saygı duyduk.

They helped book airport transfers, a traditional cave dinner, Turkish bath and did our laundry. The room was gorgeous and so roomy with everything you would need. In a great location, in a quiet street. A great tradition Turkish buffet breakfast every morning. Can’t say enough great things about this place, we had a lovely time.

Das Zimmer sehr sauber und mit aufhängen des Reinigungsschild wurde das Zimmer perfekt sauber und frisch gerichtet. Das Frühstück ist lecker und hausgemacht und wechselt täglich einige Gerichte durch. Vielen Dank!

- Olivier (9/5): Fabulous hotel in Goreme - Lovely place to stay in the middle of Goreme, close to everything you need with terrace and view over the mountains. The staff was amazing and informed us about all the activities we could do in the region. We could also book the activities through them making the whole process very easy and hassle free. We chose the queen suite and were very impressed by the standard, the quality and amenities of the room Would definitely recommend!

- Arthur (10/5): Maron Stone House is a solid stone stay! - We arrived to the hotel late in the evening, but the staff was still up and very helpful in checking us in and taking our bags to the room. In the morning, we had a delicious breakfast on the rooftop terrace while we took in views of the incredible valley and the dozens of hot air balloons all around. It was so cool! The Turkish breakfast consisted of sausage, grilled peppers and other veggies, hard-boiled eggs, potatoes, yogurts, fresh baked bread, tomatoes, various yummy cheeses, as well as cereals, coffee and juices. That was the best part of each day. The hotel is completely made of stone and is very well maintained. The rooms were clean and included a large bottle of water, electric kettle, coffee and tea, as well as fresh slippers (a nice touch!). We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and on our last night, they upgraded our room to a larger suite, which was nice for our final evening. The whirlpool tubs in the rooms were awesome! I highly recommend it. In terms of location, we were just minutes from the main plaza where you can shop, eat all kinds of cuisine, get a taxi, visit a hamam, and hike to breathtaking views. Finally, I cannot say enough good things about Jose and the rest of the staff. You get a sense that is family owned and operated, which made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. They were so incredibly nice and helpful every step of trip, from helping us schedule the green tour, the sunset atv tour, shuttles from and to the airport (at very reasonable rates of 10 euros pp), they took care of everything. The best part is the atv tour starts in front of the hotel, so we didn't have to go very far to suit up. I cannot recommend this place enough. You'll be very satisfied with your stay. My only issue, and it's not even a big deal, is that the wifi was really spotty in certain areas. Our room on the second floor had a weak signal, so I opted to use my data instead. But like I said, it wasn't a real issue since we were out most of the days. Who stays in their room to surf the internet in Cappdocia???

Yalnızca ilk gün kahvaltıya katıldım bu sebeple genel bir yorum yapmak doğru olmaz ama bazı hamur işi ürünler bayattı. Yoğunluğun düşük olduğu bu dönemde normal olabilir. Hergün oda temizliği yapılıyordu. Odadaki tek büyük eksik buzdolabının yokluğuydu. Hava şartlarından denk gelemedik ama balonların kalkış anının, gün doğumu ve batımının izlenebileceği güzel bir terası var. Kısa süreli konaklamalarda tercih edilebilir tesis.

It’s not far away from all restaurants, but at the same time it’s very quiet at night. Highly recommended!
- Malgorzata (6/5): superb staff in ok hotel. - Very nice and acomodating staff, they were very helpful, gave us tips on local atractions, and helped with any queries. Hence rating for staff and customer service is excellent. Our bathroom smelled really bad so they changed our room - it was no problem at all. We got a bigger room but not with Valley view. Few things were different that advertised on hotels.com : no tea / coffee / free water in room, no room cleaning (we stayed 4 nights and our room was not cleaned once), bedding was not premium. Our bed mattress was comfortable but board underneath squeaked like it was half broken. Breakfast was not a buffet breakfast but we got a ready plate of food and fried egg and some sausage - my partner liked it but I would prefer more fresh veg and omit all the carbs. I understand that there were few guests in the hotel hence they didn’t want to do a buffet but got plates ready for each guest. overall our stay was ok and we appreciated great efforts of staff but the experience could be improved. There is access to the roof terrace but all the chairs etc are put away so if we wanted to sit at the terrace we had to get the chairs. All this is not a big deal but it’s little different to what is advertised and to what you see in photos. Staff however is super nice and they made us feel really welcome and we’re generally very very helpful. Location is also great.

Location is excellent - easy walking distance to transport hub and restaurants. If you are a light sleeper, avoid room 4,as the stairway is right outside the window. All in all, good value for your money.

It was dirty the hygiene lever was terrible so considering this in the second day we wanted to leave and cancel our 3 days reservation. In the moment that we asked to cancel the staff was very angry “we don’t have cancelation policy. The hotels.com doesn’t allow cancellation “. Of course this was not an convincing exploration and we called the platform hotels.com. They said that’s up to the management of the hotel to cancel or not and for half an hour try to convince him to let us cancel. Obviously the manger didn’t want to refund us for the upcoming days that were to be canceled. But when I told him that all of this will be reflected on a detailed review that’s when he got panicked. With an angry and furious face and loud voice he said me you can go. We did the checked out and agreed to be refund but now 2 weeks has gone and no refund back. Very bad experience with the staff and

La habit 1 està muy bien, no tiene TV, ni A/A, ni frigò, el baño es escaleras abajo, pero todo lo demas muy bien, el desayuno està correcto, la ubicacion, perfecta. Te ofrecen todo tipo de excurciones a precios correctos( ej globo x € 150) podes dejar tu equipaje sin costo

- cheong (8/5): 카파도키아의 편안함을 그대로 - 새하얀 시트를 옥상 햇볕에 짱짱하게 말려 침대에 깔아두었습니다. 방은 동굴호텔 모드로 안락하게 되어 있고 햇볕 정말 잘 들고 따뜻한 물 잘 나옵니다. 특히 조식으로 나오는 어른 주먹만한 크기의 바케트 종류의 빵은 겉은 바삭, 안을 촉촉하니 너무너무 맛있었습니다. 터키 빵이 맛있는 이유를 알 수 있었습니다. 걸어서 카파도키아 오토가르, 마을 동사무소(?), 번화가가 가깝고, 두 마리 큰 개도 순둥순둥합니다. 새벽 3시 가까이 되서 체크인하였는데, 직원이 마중 나와 고맙고 죄송했습니다. 아쉬운 점은 창문 커튼을 조금 더 넉넉하고, 햇볕이 차단되는 것이면 좋을 거 같고 욕실 샤워부스가 조금 더 깨끗했다면 더 좋을 것 같았습니다.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 추천합니다 ;) - 터미널이나 중심지에서 걸어서 5분거리에 위치해 있어요. 생각보다 호텔이 크지 않지만 아담하고 좋아요. 방은 꽤 넓음 편이고 화장실이 복층이라 더 좋았어요. 따뜻한 물도 잘나오고 수압이 높은건 큰 장점인것 같아요. 사장님도 한국말을 잘하시고 스텝도 친절했어요. 단 하우스키퍼가 청소기를 사용하는것 같지는 않았어요. 그게 좀 아쉬웠어요 ㅜ
