- Sophie (10/5): Wow, un incontournable! - Cette établissement était très propre. Il est près d’une école culinaire et d’un temple. Le déjeuner n’était pas inclu, mais l’établissement fournissait tout de même des rôties. L’hôte était avenante, elle nous a donné toutes les indications concernant les activités à proximité et nous a organisé nos activités. Rien.

- randy (5/5): The management staff lacked customer service, is not cleared with communicating and will gossip - The location-close to Saturday night walking market. The room was clean and the kids loved the bunk bed. The bed was hard, no TV provided, and management was lacking in customer service skills. My wife spoke Thai, we requested for a TV (which should have already been provided) but received a respond of "it's only local channels", we didn't receive it until day 3. When we asked to use the lobby phone to book Thai Lanna show (as the room phone only works for contacting the front desk), management made the phone call instead. We were booked 3x the price as listed on the site. This was not clearly communicated with us and we were treated as if it was inconvenient to request for an explanation. The owner spoke poorly of guests while sitting in the breakfast area (provided only with toasts and coffee). We were sitting nearby and heard the whole conversation, which made us feel uneasy to hear management gossiping infront of other guests. Our young child was sitting on the swing in the pool area around 8 am, but only to be scolded by one of the onsite manager (or owner) for making too much noise. We did not feel welcome as a guest here although we paid a high amount of money for this 3 stars hotel.

It's in a great location, an easy two block walk from the ancient city but located in a quiet and peaceful residential area. It's very family friendly with large family suites to rent. But never fear solo travelers, the pool closes at 8pm and the rest of the night is so peaceful. EXCELLENT SERVICE! The manager even loaned me a sun umbrella for my stay. Everyone very friendly, housekeeping did an excellent job, my room was spotless upon arrival. Larger than expected rooms, large bath, balcony with seating overlooking the pool. 10/10, I will return in November for 3 months and stay here! Nothing. Everything was perfect

- Marie-Anne (8/5): Un super séjour en plein cœur de Chiang Mai! - Situation géographique idéale, au calme et à 10 min à pieds de l’hypercentre. De nombreux petits resto typiques juste à côté vraiment pas cher et délicieux! La piscine est top, très agréable après une journée de visites. Le personnel est sympathique et aidant, et l’hôtel est très propre. 2 bémols: pour le prix, le mobilier pourrait être en meilleur état et la literie plus confortable. Et surtout, l’insonorisation est très mauvaise. Heureusement les autres personnes étaient discrètes mais cela pourrait être très gênant si vous avez des voisins bruyants.

Het hotel is op een kwartier lopen afstand van Old Town en van de nachtmarkten, dat zorgt dat het wat rustiger is, wat fijn is, maar met kleine kinderen is het soms wel net te ver lopen. - Carmen (9/5): Schönes Hotel in guter Lage - Schönes Hotel mit Pool, ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem ist fast alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Eine Nacht war extrem laut aufgrund des Zimmers ein Stockwerk höher. Wie sich am nächsten Tag herausstellte gab es tatsächlich Probleme mit den Gästen, welche um 3 Uhr morgens mit zusätzlichen Leuten heimkamen und gewütet haben. Schade, dass (zumindest die nicht zahlenden) Gäste nicht rausgeschmissen wurden und somit die Nacht für andere Gäste um 3 Uhr vorbei war.

- Johannes (6/5): Einfaches Hotel, aber ok - Sehr nette Mitarbeiter, Hotel einfach, aber ok. Zimmer wenn, dann möglichst in der 4. oder 5. Etage buchen Klimaanlage hat ziemlich gestunken, Fernseher ging nicht. Sehr laut fahren die Autos und Mopeds durch die Straße, auch nachts, keine empfehlenswerten Lokale zum Frühstück oder Essen in der Nähe. Man muss schon ein 2-3 km gehen, bis man wo hinkommt, oder gleich vom Hotel mit dem Taxi ins Zentrum und zur Altstadt fahren. Pool ist klein, haben wir nicht benutzt, keine schönen Liegen drumherum und wenig Platz.

- Anaïs (10/5): Superbe séjour - L’hotel est bien entretenu et tout est propre, la piscine est très bien avec un solarium en hauteur, des serviettes sont disponibles pour la piscine. Entre 7h et 10h on peut grignoter toast, banane accompagné d’un café /thé. Nous sommes restés 4 nuits avec notre petite fille. Le personnel est adorable - un grand merci à la dame qui nous a accueilli et accompagné à notre chambre, la plus adorable de toutes ☺️ Le quartier est calme est pas très loin du centre historique. Nous avons tout fait a pied ou en Tuk tuk. Très joli temple juste à côté de l’hotel Si on doit trouver quelque chose de negatif - Le fait de changer tous les jours les serviettes alors qu’elles etaient sur le support et non par terre, il faudrait mettre a jour les photos car il n’y a plus de reel espace enfants il y a juste une petite balancoire

Lots of families around the pool which is great when you have a kid. The staff is very kind and helped us plan our days, always had good answers to our questions. The hotel is very accessible and our room was very large. I loved the neighborhood, super quiet but close to the old city. The design is not the newest but it doesn’t matter. The shower pressure could be a little bit better.

We especially loved the coffee at the temple courtyard across the road, the cheap ice cream freezer, and the morning toast and bananas to start the day. Mary's restaurant and the place opposite Mary's were great local dinners. Thanks for a fabulous stay. Beds are hard but typical for Asia. The pool could be 2 degrees warmer but I'm being very picky. We loved it!

Stort og flott svømmebasseng, og mulighet til å kjøpe drikkevarer til en veldig rimelig pris Senga var noe hard. Det er vannvarmer til dusjen, men om du liker å barbere deg forran speilet, å blir det med kaldt vann.

Vooral de locatie is top, dicht bij het centrum, op de scooter alles goed te bereiken. De kamer was schoon en wordt iedere dag netjes schoon gemaakt en handdoeken ververst. Eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk en helpt je waar nodig. Prijs kwaliteit is goed. Zeker een aanrader. Niks.

The rooms were clean and the location is just outside the square, close to several different markets. Eat just doen the street at two little family restaurants across from each other. A smart tv might be nice, but we had a laptop.

The rooms are lovely, and I was especially impressed by the open “wardrobes” where you can place open suitcases! If you leave your clothes for laundry in the morning, they are clean and dry by the evening, at a very affordable price of 50 THB per kilogram, which is excellent for travelers with limited luggage. The swimming pool is beautiful and clean, and the children really enjoyed it. The location is also very convenient, about 10 minutes from the city center. We are planning to come back in a few years. Convenient location close to the old city and a couple of restaurants, massage shops and small convenience stores. The place is absolutely spotless. The owner is pretty much available around the clock. Very nice pool area, including a kids pool. Event hough they do not offer breakfast, there is a little self serving station from 07-10 am where you can get toast, several spreads, coffee, bananas and biscuits for free. Beds are on the harder side, but that's how it is in thailand.
