Very cute! Reception also lets you rent out umbrellas - very handy! Really good location too, right on the river, and 10-15 mins walk from Old Town. Would recommend! :)
• Michael (6/5): - Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Zimmerausstattung sehr einfach und durcheinander. Kein Fernseher. Positiv war, dass es kostenlos Wasser und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer gab.

• Hebe (4/5): Mynext: My First e My Last - O quarto é apertado por conta de excesso de móveis. Muitos móveis desnecessários, estantes, armário demais. A limpeza é precária, a pia estava entupida e ficou assim todos os dias. Muita poeira e sujeiras debaixo dos móveis. Não repunham a quantidade de toalhas de acordo com a quantidade de hóspedes e nem papel higiênico. Era necessário pedir na recepção. O hotel precisa de reforma urgente, inclusive, com instalação de ar-condicionado. O verão europeu é quente e o ar é necessário. A diária é super cara se compararmos com as condições apresentadas pelo hotel.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Hyggelig, men litt mye rot - Jeg hadde et stort sett hyggelig opphold på Riverside Hotel Salzburg. Men opplevde litt surr. To ganger måtte jeg ut til personalet og etterlyse helt nødvendige ting. Først da jeg sjekket inn og oppdaget at jeg ikke hadde fått dusjhåndkle. Jeg bodde på hotellet i tre netter og etter første natt ble det gjort renhold på rommet. Etter natt nummer to ble det ikke gjort renhold av en eller annen grunn. Dette overlever jeg helt fint egentlig, men når hotellet bare spanderer en ørliten miniatyrflaske med kombinert sjampo og dusjsåpe, så gikk den tom. Så da måtte jeg etter natt nummer tre ut og spørre etter en ny. Det burde være unødvendig Ellers var oppholdet veldig bra. Sengen var god og internettet fungerte utmerket. Kjekt med gratis flaske vann og juice i kjøleskapet når man kommer. Beliggenheten er også god. Både i forhold til transport til og fra flyplassen, og det er kort vei inn til gamlebyen. Her kan man gå eller hoppe på en buss.
• Daniel (10/5): - We liked everything about the property especially the location right on the river and an easy walk to Salzburg's main attractions. Felix, our receptionist, was an excellent host. Our check-in was fast and he gave us directions, information, and got us a taxi right away. We appreciated all he did for us! The only we didn't like was the bed arrangement. The bed was in a wood frame and located in a corner against the wall. The mattress was comfortable and fine for a single person, but for a couple the person against the wall had to climb over the other person if they needed to get out of bed.

• Anne (10/5): Meget dejligt og afslappet sted - Rigtig dejligt ophold i Salzburg. Super placering ud til floden og lige ved en togstation og i absolut gåafstand til centrum. Fint twin-værelse med masser af skabsplads og et fælles køkken/opholdsrum. Enkelt, men meget funktionelt. Dejligt med gratis juice og danskvand på værelset. Uproblematisk bagageopbevaring og meget hjælpsomt personale. God atmosfære. Behageligt badeværelse. Rent og pænt, dog ikke grundigt rengjort i skuffer mv.

• Joy (8/5): - Hotel is pretty old, but the room is spacious. It had everything that I needed except for an iron that is available in the common area in the basement. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. They provide complimentary water and juice in the fridge for free. The walk along the river to the old town was amazing. The hotel could use some renovation, but room was clean and bed was surprisingly comfortable. They do have a fan in the room which helps with the warm temperature.
• Andreas (8/5): - Das Bett hat einen sehr ungünstigen Holzrahmen bzw. die Matratze müssen höher und fester sein, so daß das Aufstehen und Hinlegen sehr unangenehm werden kann, da man in die Matratzen einsinkt und dann der Holzrahmen ins Bein drückt.

• Helen (8/5): Great and affordable - Great place to stay and a good location. Accommodation was plain and simple but clean and I had everything I needed. Little freebies like fresh orange juice and coffee pods and lots of apples were a lovely touch!
• Allegra (10/5): Updated hotel experience for today's world - Clean and organized and had all the amenities I actually need for the kind of travel I do. Not your standard hotel, which has a lot of fluff you don't need. Having access to a kitchen and doing your own laundry made it perfect. Very kind staff. Nice to see families and young people comfortable.
• Anton (10/5): - I was expecting much less than what we actually found - clean room with everything we needed to comfortably rest after a day filled with activities. Very impressed with their attention to small details that make a difference, like fresh apples at the reception and juice and mineral water in the room.

• Paige (6/5): - The hotel is located about a 10 min walk from the old town which is fantastic. The staff were all very helpful, the down side was the rooms were slightly dirty. You could see grime along the radiator and on the floors. There also is no AC which in the summer makes the rooms uncomfortably hot even with the provided fan. Overall I would return but only in the fall/winter.
• Chloe (4/5): - The bed frame was so uncomfortable you feel the wood frame poking you if you try to sit on the bed or as you get in and out, I ended up with a cluster of bruises on my leg from getting in and out of bed. This was in a private room in a normal double or queen bed. The location is quite isolated in terms of shops or places to eat or get coffee, which is tough given that there is no breakfast option. There is a communal kitchen but there aren’t any stores nearby

• Peter (8/5): - The hotel is advertised as a hostel although all our rooms were en-suite. Everything was fine - it isn't 5 star but you're not paying 5 star prices. Clean, friendly staff, easy walk into Salzburg centre, quiet area with a Spar not far away.
• Michael (4/5): - Zimmer schlecht gereinigt, Duschkopf voller Schimmel, weiße Handtücher mit Schminkresten vom Vorhänger, nachts um 23:50 wehte plötzlich von irgendeiner Lüftung der Bratkartoffelbratenduft ins Zimmer, Fenster ließen sich nur schlecht schließen, da der Schliessmechanismus defekt war. Dass die Bahn laut am Hotel vorbeifährt sieht man vorher schon bei Google.

• 종선 (8/5): 준수한 호스텔 ~ - 제일 강점은 주변 접근성이 매우 좋다는 것입니다. 악평이 많아서 내심 걱정했는데 직접 보니 가성비 좋은 호스텔인 것 같습니다. 호텔이 아닌 호스텔이라는 수준에선 매우 준수한 편이며 안내 데스크에서 일하시는 분들은 영어도 잘 구사하고 물어 보면 정말 친절하게 알려 주었습니다. 그 덕분에 여행비 50% 이상 절감하는 효과도 봤습니다. 만약 다시 잘츠부르크에 가게 된다면 이 호스텔에서 다시 묵을 생각입니다. ~ ^^

• Verified traveler (2/5): Gute zentrale Lage, aber viel zu teuer... - Gute zentrale Lage, 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur Altstadt, nette Mitarbeiter beim Einchecken, ABER viel zu teuer. Kein Fernseher, was eigentlich kein Problem ist, aber auch kein Haartrockner und keine kleine Lampe außer der grellen Beleuchtung von oben. Bloß kein Zimmer im Obergeschoss (4) nehmen, da schlecht isoliert und unerträglich heiß. Handtücher werden NICHT ausgetauscht, überhaupt KEIN Zimmerservice, bloß ein Stückchen Seife am ersten Tag. Küchenzelle im Zimmer, aber WOZU? Kaffeemaschine mit ZWEI Kapseln funktioniert nicht. Und wenn man die Küche benutzen wollte, dann WIE? Weder Geschirr, noch Besteck))) Nächstes Mal Pfannen und Teller mitbringen! Absolut überteuert, die Hotelsituation zur Zeit der Salzburger Festspiele wird gnadenlos ausgenutzt. KEINE EMPFEHLUNG!
• Adam (6/5): Only book as last resort - Nice staff but pretty poor ventilation in summer. Effects yours sleep. Good location but just a very basic room.
• Sandy (6/5): Studentenwohnheim als Hostel in Stadtnähe - Studentenwohnheim das im Sommer als Hostel genutzt wird. Einfache aber zweckmäßige Einrichtung. Supermarkt in der Nähe um Verpflegung zu kaufen. Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Innenstadt gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle auch in der Nähe. Leider führt die Bahnstrecke direkt am Haus vorbei (nachts ist der Verkehr gering und man kann auch mit offenen Fenster schlafen, früh ab ca. um 6 wird es lauter) aber es ist auzuhalten
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Not flexible for check in time, no choice for early check in at all. But they do have a common room for you to store your luggage (at your own risk). Room is way too small to put four twin beds in for four people, especially for the price we paid: almost 300 Euro per night. Next to a train station where people sleep on the street, although it feels pretty safe during day time.

• Rudolf (8/5): Close to center but could be noisy from trains - My single room was adequate for my needs , the only issue was that my window faced the railway station next door and I could hear trains at night. If you stay in this hostel, get a room that faces the street and not the railway station. There is only one useful kitchen on the first floor which might not be big enough if there are people cooking. The hostel is a 15 minutes walk along the river to the main section of Salzbourg. There is a grocery store 2 blocks away on the back of the building. Wi-fi was slow but usually worked.
• Jordan (2/5): - It was like a homeless shelter but filthy smokers everwhere. Stayed 3 days didn't see anyone cleaning once. Students run it very rude look like they smoke pot all night. Homeless people and drunks all around. No AC no screens on Windows so eaten by mosquitos. A rip off even if free. Feel like I need a year's worth of baths.Horrible scarey.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Clean Hostel, 15-20min walk to Old Town - A nice clean hostel. Not very social. Convenient to airport (2min walk from tram #2) and 15-20 min walk to old town, 10min walk to Mirabell gardens, and 10-15min walk to train station. 4 beds/room with bathroom en suite--which is good and bad depending on the schedule you keep relative to roommates. No aircon--so can get hot. Cons: not a lot of floor space and right next to sbahn, so you hear trains pass by.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Clean and Comfortable. - Dorm rooms converted to hostel. 4 twin beds in 1 room with en suite bathroom, which was nice. No a/c, only fan, so a bit hot. 10-15min walk to train station or town and convenient to s bahn and tram to airport (2min walk). Towel and toiletries included. A very nice clean hostel and comfortable. Free coffee. Cons:Not social and floorplan cramped, plus, i could hear train every 15minutes all through the night.
• Richard (10/5): Comfortable hotel on the river - You can walk to the main tourist area from the hotel and also to the main station. There is a big kitchen, good for self catering, but some distance to the supermarket. There is a laundry in the basement. The bus across the border to Germany stops 1 block away. We rented our car on the German side to save money.
