• Guest (10/5): Wonderful stay in a great location! Highly recommend! - Loved our stay. Wonderful location, comfortable stay, and kind customer service for check-in. We are so happy that we found this place for our stay! Close to everything!! We were pleased with everything!
• Robin (7/5): Nice stay in old town - We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was very good and convenient for exploring Dubrovnik, with easy access to the main attractions. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and the room was clean on arrival. Basic toiletries were also provided, which was appreciated, although body lotion was not included. Overall, a good stay for the location and cleanliness, but with a few practical details that could be improved for guest comfort. A few things to note for future guests: our room was on the 3rd floor, so there were quite a lot of stairs to manage with luggage. We had help carrying our bags at check-in, which was great, but as we checked out very early in the morning there was no one available to assist, which made leaving with luggage a bit stressful. As the property is above a restaurant, there was smell of food occasionally coming up from downstairs, and music from the restaurant on the 1st floor could be heard in the room during the day (but not at night), which may be worth considering if you’re sensitive to noise. The air conditioning was functioning but only just, and could likely benefit from a service.

Clearer instructions for checkin would be helpful.. the first staff member at the wonderful restaurant underneath the accommodation were not helpful - then another waiter who knew people were checking in came to our rescue when we obviously looked lost outside the restaurant

Nous avons été, mon fils et moi, très heureux y avoir séjourné. Je ne peux que recommander. Et me réjouis déjà d y retourner.

• Ian (10/5): An oasis in the middle of Dubrovnik Old Town - A fantastic location and large rooms right in the Old Town of Dubrovnik. The room facilities were excellent.The only issue for some would be the stairs to negotiate with bags but the staff assisted which made it much easier. We were able to leave our bags before the room was ready and the restaurant downstairs is a must.

• Scott (10/5): Centrally located and has a relationship to Taj Mahal (Michelin Bib Gourmand) restaurant! - The apartment was centrally located and connected to an amazing restaurant. Since the apartment and the restaurant were conjoined we were able to schedule a last minute reservation to there Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant (Taj Mahal). It was a great experience, and an incredible meal. Travelling to Dubrovnik via a car was a challenge. Finding affordable parking took some research and a couple of Ubers, but we figured it out. It would be nice if the property had some sort of parking available.

Très propre, chambre spacieuse et refaite récemment et confortable. Le seul point négatif, c 'est que la chambre est située au-dessus, d'une salle d'un restaurant très fréquenté ce qui génère du bruit, tard dans la nuit.

Tout était parfait avec l’établissement. Je ne m’étais juste pas rendu compte que ce n est pas pratique de traverser une partie du centre historique piéton avec de grosses valises. De petites valises sont ok.

There stairs to go up but people help with this. The food in the restaurant downstairs well deserve their Michelin - best in old town .. 100% All was good

• Love (9/5): Brilliant Location, Exceptionally Clean & Comfortable - Location is brilliant very close to Ul. Stadun, the main street with an exceptional restaurant down stairs. Book early to eat. The hosts were great as was the communcation. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Great walk in shower albeit water pressure a bit light. A few stairs to manage but not over taxing. Perfect for shorter stays as there are no cooking facilities. Slightly on the dark side as is most of the accommodation in the small alleyways.

Room was an attic room and access by stairs only, but the views from the 2 windows were excellent, and room and bathroom were large, clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful and friendly. Only small suggestions. Better pillows would be good, and tea bag choices and perhaps some milk for tea or coffee would be good . Loved that there was a kettle and coffee machine.

• Anne (9/5): Nice location, big rooms, good value, great restaurant - Nice location with no steps to reach the building. Steps inside to reach rooms. Air conditioner works well. Rooms were very spacious and both very different from each other. Both were clean and nice. The restaurant below, Taj Mahal is very good and we received a discount as guests of the apartment. Old town is wonderful but if you want peace and quiet do not stay in old town. Noise did not bother me and only noticeable during dinner hours from restaurant below.

Every day they clean the room & bathroom that’s very good. 1) it’s just top of the restaurant constantly you can smell food in the night if you want to reduce the AC the smell is so strong. 2) the sofa bed the blanket & bedsheets was so small feels like a long table cloth . We asked for the blanket next day. 3)You have to ask everything to the restaurant guy they’re going to call someone. Don’t know about that! You have to enter through the restaurant also. So many narrow stairs .

Marco was very professional and responsive to all of our needs. Communication was easy and everything was exactly as expected.

I was in the attic room, which was fun, and the apartment is above a Michelin Bosnian restaurant. The most I paid for accommodation on my trip around Croatia and Bosnia, with the other places I stayed in offering more, but that’s Dubrovnik and why I only stayed one night.

We arrived late in the afternoon and Marco was very pleasant with us. They don’t have an elevator but the stuff will help you to carry your luggage upstairs. The location is great and you have a nice restaurant downstairs.

The room is large and clean with plenty of of room for multiple pieces of luggage and storage for clothing. We are 60ish years old and made it up the stairs with luggage, with some help from the kind staff. Don’t let the stairs deter you. The apartment is worth it.

The owner of the restaurant also owned the room . We were so well treated by the restaurant staff . They went out of their way to accommodate us .
