• CHRISTINA (5/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, η παραλαβή των κλειδιών μια χαρά, η κοπέλα εξυπηρετικότατη. Στο τηλεκοντρόλ της τηλεόρασης δεν είχε ούτε μπαταρίες! Αρχικά, νόμιζα πως της είχαν πάρει οι προηγούμενοι ενοικιαστές. Όταν όμως είδα το αμίμητο: να έχουν βάλει τις χρησιμοποιημένες ταμπλέτες του καφέ (nespresso) πίσω στο κουτάκι για να φαίνονται σαν καινούργιες... εκεί κατάλαβα πως οι ιδιοκτήτες έβγαλαν και τις μπαταρίες από το τηλεκοντρόλ. Γενικότερα το δωμάτιο δεν άξιζε τα χρήματά του... Δεν είχε το παραμικρό στο δωμάτιο, ούτε ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό, ή δείγματα από σαμπουάν, αφρόλουτρο, μπατονέττες κ.λπ. και καθόλου χώρο στο μπάνιο... Ήταν όμως καθαρό.

• Alexander (10/5): - Veľmi milý personál, ústretoví majitelia, možnosť parkovania na súkromnom parkovisku v blízkosti, výborná pláž, dobré reštaurácie priamo pri apartmáne. To je problém, ktorý nemá nič spoločného s ubytovaním. Použitý toaletný papier treba ukladať do nádoby a nemožno ho spláchnuť. Vraj kanalizácia je na vine. Ale v 21. storočí?

• Aneliya (9/5): - The staff was incredibly kind and helpful – we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. A big plus was the excellent soundproofing of the windows. Even though the hotel is located on a busy and noisy street, the room was perfectly quiet and peaceful. The room looked a bit bigger in the photos than it actually was. However, it was clean and well-maintained.
• Lucia (5/5): For an up to 3 days, it could be a great stay. For us, it represents the lowest value received for the money that we’ve - The room looks exactly like in the pictures and it is 2 minutes from the beach (you can see it from the balcony). It can be a great stay if you rent it for up to 3 days. I am not in the habit of travelling with cleaning supplies nor cleaning utensils. Maybe others are and I’m ok with that but, I am not. That being said, we chose this accommodation with 3 criteria in mind: - rating on booking - closeness to the beach - the room itself (how it looks) It has never crossed my mind to ask about the cleaning services (frequency, what you provide or if I have to make a special request in order to benefit from them etc.) Since you don’t present yourself as a long term rental, you charge by night and you present yourself as a “hotel like” accommodation, I expected “hotel like” services included AND provided - by default. We rented a triple room for 10 nights at the end of June and we’ve paid 975 Euros. At first, everything seemed OK as the room looks exactly like in the pictures and it is 2 minutes from the beach (you can see it from the balcony). It can be a great stay if you rent it for up to 3 nights because there is no place for 3 suitcases (not even on the floor), the room feels crowded and, if you plan to keep on staying, you start to notice that even though there was a change of sheets and towels, the room is not clean and neither is the bathroom. After the second change of sheets and towels, when the shower glass is still stained from the salty water in the pipes and the toilet is still rusty, the “WTF?” question appears. Then, one morning, the owner asks to check your child’s luggage as you are heading towards the beach… After that, you realise that there is no third change of sheets and towels, nor a forth one and you start remembering the little things that were overlooked at your arrival: the countertop in the kitchenette was dusty and sticky, with coffee grinds, sand and dust on it; the coffee box had used capsules instead of new ones and it was also dirty; the table in the balcony bares the traces of previous guests (all kind of stains, smoked cigarettes, ash, sand); the iron was dirty and the iron board was stained.

• Živanović (10/5): Very good for family - I must say that I am very pleasantly surprised by the very generous hospitality of the owner and his family. Everything was fine, they fulfilled all our wishes. A comfortable stay for parents with a baby, very spacious rooms, a full bathroom and kitchen, everything you need. They are always smiling and kind. We will be happy to come back again. I recommend it because of the excellent location by the beach and the center is right there. Everything is close. The price for September is a little higher, but that is known in advance.
• Katarina (9/5): Great view and location - The location of this apart-hotel is perfect. I liked the view from my room and even though street is busy and crowded during the night, isolation in the room was very good so I was not disturbed by the noise at any point of time. The lady who was working at the reception was super nice, polite and welcoming. The only thing I didn't like was the water, it had a salty taste. I stayed also in another hotel in the same place and I didn't experience this, but still I can't say for sure if this is a problem only with this hotel or other hotels as well. Anyway, I used the bottled water for coffee and drinking so it didn't affect my stay that much at all.

• Goran (8/5): Great location, clean water and nice beaches around. - Great location in the center of everything, the balcony view! (you can literally see the see lying down in the bed). Everything close by, supermarket, tavernas, beach bars etc. Everything at the main walkway. Location, it does come with cones to all the benefits, that one need to compromise on. Being straight on the walkway first parking is not available directly near the property (no park zone). Also the caffes and everything else on the walkway works till late in the night .. so you have to sleep either tolerating all the noise (with open balcony) or with everything closed and the AC on (good noise isolation!).

• Meri (5/5): Loud but livable - double edged sword due to location and noise - The location was both horrible and great - the "beach" is a few steps away, however the building/apartments are directly above two cafe/restaurants, which play VERY loud music, EVERY night. The noise isolation in the rooms is good, however at night if you try to go to sleep before 4am, the bass from the music from the cafe below is unavoidable, you will feel it on your pillow. The host lady (daughter of the owner) was very pleasant and helpful always. They gave us a second pair of keys without a problem. The rooms were nice and clean, comfortable, the interior with elegant modern furnishings. Restaurants, food, shops - everything was super conveniently near by - the best giro in town is just below the apartment! The noise at night makes it almost impossible to have a relaxing and quiet night's sleep. It's nice that everything is close by, however this is the price you pay for being in the center of it all. The apartments have great noise isolation from everything else, however at night the bass from the cafe music below is unavoidable. The host lady (daughter of the owner) was very pleasant and helpful always. There was an "incident" where the father (owner) accused us of damaging one of the room towels, there was some yellow stain on it, probably from sunscreen (but we only used the towels after showering) .... a stain which I think could have been bleached and cleaned anyways... nevertheless, we were charged for it during checkout. Honestly, for the already overpriced stay, I didn't expect to be charged an extra 15 EUR for a simple room towel, but it is what it is.

• Christopher (10/5): Exceptional - My husband and I stayed in the Superior Triple Room with Sea View. This was our first time in Pefkochori. Myrto is a small, family-run hotel located in the heart of Pefkochori.The room was on the top floor and it was spacious and well-appointed, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the sea. Aphrodite was very friendly and attentive. The staff will go out of their way to make sure that guests have a memorable stay. The hotel is in a great location, located across from the ocean and in the center of the village, so it's close to everything. You can easily walk to the various beach clubs (Fika, Los Hermanos, Adriana, Tridente Mar) under 5 minutes. Although the restaurants below stayed open late, to my surprise, the balcony doors were quite sound proof. I would highly recommend Myrto Rooms to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Greece.

• Nia (10/5): Perfect stay - .We have spent 3 nights at Myrto. Everything was perfect. The location its literally next to the beach. A lot of places to eat, shops, near by. The staff was awesome special thanks to Afrodite she is amazing. The only advice maybe its a little bit noisy at night but the rooms are very well sound proof.
