Guest Reviews
- ahmed (2/5): No one on site to help - It was horrible the key fobs to the gates did not work with 2 kids i literally waited 2 hours for some help to come and open up. They fixed my key fobs only on the last day of the stay
- Scott (2/5): - toilet is broken. check in is confusing. parking is inconvenient.
- Cenaia (10/5): - Fácil acesso. Confortável
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I don't like the way that it works! To get the key it's all a riddle.
There's not a front desk.
- sami khan (6/5): As they say..its "apartments" not a hotel.. - Complicated check in
No housekeeping so be prepared to clean on ur vacation
No black out curtains or any curtains. Just normal blinds that will wake ur kids up early
No replenish of toiletries so pack well
Area and property grounds v good. Nice restaurants and shopping near by
- Justin (8/5): Great Apartment, Great Location. Checkin - Beware. - The reviews I read said everything was great except the check-in process. Even with full warning, it still was a problem for me. I wound up walking around the large complex in the hot sun, dragging my bags trying to find the dropbox with the key. Well let me tell you, I did actually have all the information I needed if I had just read all of the documents sent to me. They do make it very clear what to do - so just don't skim and use only the app like I did and I think you should be fine. I especially found the pictures of the garage entrance and elevator wall to be helpful. The complex and apt itself is amazing and a GREAT location. There is a Starbucks right in the Village and you are walking distance from The Irvine Spectrum Center which is a fabulous place for shopping, eating, movies, cocktails, etc. Also very close to FivePoint Ampitheater and Amtrak station which is what drew us to it in the first place.
- Jade (2/5): - This is Airbnb property and should not list under hotel catogary. Getting your room key from safe deposit box mounted in garage wall. No one on site for service. Taking forever to get a hold of someone on the phone. You stay at a apartment with reaident. Really? If I book a so call “hotel” from Expedia I expect to have hotel service, or at least have some one on site for emergency matter. They have “leasing office” on site and only open during business hour which is from 9am to 5 pm. Worst travel experience ever!!!!!!!!
- donna (10/5): - couldn't ask for a better place to stay on vacation beautiful will definitely be staying there next year for vacation
- Jong wuk (4/5): - 컨시어지도 없고 욕실 비품도 부족하고 메이크업도 안해주고...
- Gregory D. (8/5): Convenient and efficient - The apartment in the Village near the Spectrum was super convenient and made living in the area efficient. Access to services from cleaners, restaurants, transportation, etc. where easy and the unit itself was well furnished and comfortable
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Beautiful place. Clean and nice. Need better communication about checking out.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I tried to postponed my reservation several times but they wasn’t a professional in the response and feedback.
- Jeanne (8/5): Nice hotel but check-in process was a problem - The apartment community where the hotel room was located was beautiful, unfortunately I was not able to check in during the first night of my five night stay. The hotel check-in process is through a lockbox system and unfortunately my keys were no where to be found. I contacted Global Luxary’s 24 hour emergency hotline and was advised that there was no one that they could send out to assist me and that I would need to wait until the next morning. I was told to look for another hotel to stay at for the night. This was dissapointing as I have a 2 year old with me and we were suddenly left with no accommodations for the night. I was eventually able to check in the next day around 3 pm. I was told that Global Luxary’s billing department would contact me regarding billing adjustments to my account first thing Monday morning, I have yet to hear from them and it is now Thursday. am very dissapointed with their lack of customer service and attentiveness to their guests. I recommend the hotel but do not recommend Global Luxary Suites.
- Teresa (10/5): Informar mejor para la llegada - Debe especificar mejor que es un departamento dentro de un complejo y que las llaves funcionen los dos juegos , costo la llegada pero luego todo muy bueno
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great Apartment, Frustrating Reservations - Was very difficult to lock in reservation - propably spent 4 hours (good, then needed more, then good, then needed more). Very Frustrating getting keys (provided 2 hours late - sent different places to pickup - not good after traveling all day).
Once at room it was a very nice place, great location near Irvine Spectrum. If knew we could book easily (like always did in the past on Orbitz, without the Hassel) - would definitely do again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Little Disappointed - The instructions on how to retrieve your keys was a little confusing. The apartment was clean, but one of the bathrooms had a broken toilet, which they did fix the following day. The beds were very very uncomfortable and you couldn't use the pullout bed from the sofa because that was worse than the beds and it didn't look very clean. It was convenient to have a shopping mall (Irvine Spectrum Mall) at a walking distance. I would give the entire stay a average rating.
- Elisa (10/5): Great location in SoCal and super kid friendly. - This was our first time at the property, couldn't be happier. The rooms are great and it has all the amenities you need with or without kids. A short walk to the Irvine Spectrum mall. The pools are pretty nice, sadly we didn't get to enjoy then due to a big storm. Will definitely visit The Village again.
