• kim (8/5): Homely feel and great location - Cosy and homely. Friendly staff. Information on local things to do available, clear check in/out information. Cosy bunks with curtain, lights plugs and shelves. Lockable cupboards/drawers using personal padlock. Kitchen utilities well stocked. House slippers/sliders provided. There's a communal eating/sitting area with board games, colouring books, reading books and TV. A stonrs throw from tram stops and a 10/15 min walk to the metro and train stations. I stayed in a mixed 4 bed dorm and could happily stay again. The ladder to the top bunk was really painful on the feet and trying to get back down was challenging. As soon as a bottom bunk was available, i grabbed it. Toilets are right next to the kitchen cooking area - felt a bit awkward.

The Playstation cables didn't work. I believe they will be fixed and it wasn't a big problem at all. Overall we had a great time. Thanks.

• Mutsuko (10/5): ヘルシンキに来たらまた泊まりたい - 駅から徒歩５分、とにかくロケーションが最高で便利でした。４階でスすが、エレベーターがあります。ベッドに使い勝手のよい棚が２つあり、カーテンも静かに開閉できる仕様でした。キッチンが使いやすかったです。コーヒーとお茶が無料でした。スタッフが親切で、忘れ物（プラグ）にチェックアウトの後気づき、違う日に取りにいくと、自分のものはなかったのですが、ホステルの同等のものをくださいました。 ありません。

There were many ages and it was easy to make friends. The beds were comfortable and the room was cute. Please get a shoe rack by the door! I kept tripping on all the shoes as you have to take them off inside.

I realised it can be bed bugs and i got suspicious abiut my stay there And i started to read the comments about the hostel. And there ! There are other guests that was complaining about it! I m so mad that why they didnt do anything about it before! So disappointed!

• Marcus (7/5): Decent budget stay with a few small quirks - Good location walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. Elevator in the building was helpful for luggage. Early luggage drop off was also appreciated. Budget is a fair description of the room, you get what you pay for. While the rooms are private, the bathrooms are shared with all guest which can make it a bit of a battle for showers and you’re also at the mercy of other guests cleanliness. Very small nitpick, the mattress slips around on the bed a lot. They’re really isn’t much to do in the shared spaces so don’t come to this hostel thinking it’ll be very social.

• Jack (9/5): Great 1 night stay. - Great hostel, clean, good location and a comfortable nights sleep. Also only 10 or so minutes from the train station for early services to the airport. I didn’t see any staff the whole time. Also charging for towels seems a bit much. All other hostels I stayed in during this trip in the Baltics had towels included.

• Isabel (8/5): Uma boa opção para uma estadia descontaíada - A localização é excelente. O espaço comum é muito agradável e com sugestões de programa a realizar na cidade. Cozinha bem equipada e sala de leitura muito interessante. Próximo de supermercados, shopping, estação de comboio e ferry. Que chuveiros e WC's fossem mistos.

• Hana (10/5): don't walk, run to this hostel - I honestly do not have anything negative to say about the hostel – location, check-in process, facilities, cleanliness, kitchen appliances and the "bed booth" too & TV and board games available were nice options to keep one occupied. Everything was in great condition and you're getting your money's worth. Maybe consider rearranging the chill area, cuz the way it was when I stayed there was quite restrictive.

Good space in the room, shelves, sockets, mirror and curtain on all beds, key cards for the door. Common areas good for meeting other travellers, and the staff was so friendly and helpful!
• Volha (1/5): Bedbug nightmare - Nothing, see below. I have no idea why there so few comments mentioning this. I booked this place thinking I would save some money since I was only staying for two nights and just needed somewhere to sleep. I chose it mainly for the central location. I honestly cannot believe I am writing this. For the first time in my life, I experienced bedbugs here. I had never dealt with this before, and it has been a shock. My entire body is now covered in bites – large, swollen, extremely itchy welts. It’s uncomfortable, stressful, and frankly disgusting. I regret trying to save money. Whatever you think you’re saving is absolutely not worth the physical discomfort and the anxiety of dealing with this afterwards. For reference, I stayed in Room 8 (female dorm). I have stayed in very basic accommodations in much poorer countries and never encountered anything like this. This was by far my worst experience.

• erin (9/5): Great location & bonus metal bar next door! - The hostel is very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The location couldn't be better. Walking distance to everywhere you want to go and as a fan of metal music there was a metal bar next door which was a bonus! The staff was very nice and helpful but they have very limited hours when they are there. As a solo traveler I prefer when staff is available 24/7 in case of emergency. However, I would definitely stay here again regardless!

• MARION (8/5): Idéal pour découvrir la ville - Endroit super calme et agréable en plein centre ville. Les lits sont extrêmement mous, nous avons toutes eu mal au dos en seulement 2 nuits. Et le fait d être au dessus des bars provoque des nuisances sonores … boules quies indispensables!

Buradaki temizliğe ilişkin yorumları okuyarak orada kalmaya karar verdim ama yorumların karşılığını bulamadım. Banyo ve tuvaletler kirliydi, bir banyonun kapısı kapanmıyordu. Ayrıca sadece kadınlara özel odalarda sanki banyo tuvalet varmış gibi gözüküyor fakat banyo ve tuvaletler kadın ve erkeklerin ortak kullanımında. Görevlileri görmüyorsunuz.

• JimPojke (9/5): Magnificent stay in Helsinki - Close to train station (specially helpful on an extremely freezing cold day), very clean room and cozy environment. Helpful information all around the hostel. It was just a couple of nights, but could easily spend a longer time. Charging ports and outlets in sleeping spaces.
