Gymmet, frukosten och personalen var fantastiska. :) - Jag och Isabelle (min nyblivna 10 åring) åkte för att hon önskade sig en resa till Stockholm med bara mig (mamma) och detta meddelade jag hotellet om, det var så fint att hotellet lämnat grattis kort, uppgraderat rummet och lite godsaker till Isabelle. Helt enastående, så fint. Och frukosten var magisk!

The bedrooms were very clean & the bed linen was extremely comfortable. The staff were very professional but not overly friendly. I would suggest there could be a warmer welcome with a little guidance for tourists visiting Stockholm for the first time. The corridors on the bedroom levels are very dark. There were service carts left in the corridors day and night. This may cause issues for certain guests. The ice machines didn’t work on several levels.

J’avais effectué une demande importante pour l’anniversaire de mon compagnon ou j’avais reçu une réponse de confirmation et quand je suis arrivée dans la chambre rien. Je les ai prévenu et le soir ils ont rectifier l’erreur mais c’était trop tard car la surprise était gâchée. Le dimanche au petit déjeuner j’ai dû réclamer deux fois mon Cappuccino et l’attendre pendant 45 min alors que j’avais terminé de manger. Les verres à eau au petit déjeuner sont petits et il faut chaque fois se relever et parfois nous étions assis loin, donc embêtant. Sinon l’hôtel très bien et alors très bien insonorisé. - Madelene (8/5): Lyxig och bekväm, men lite dyrt för att inte vara helt 100% gällande bekvämlighet. - Fräscha och lyxiga hotellrum. Mycket trevlig frukost och väldigt bra läge centralt. Kuddarna i sängarna var hemska, man hade lika gärna kunnat sova utan kudde. Platta och inget ”fluff” överhuvudtaget. Märkligt att det ens kan få kallas kuddar. Minibaren (kylen) var inte ens igång, inte kall alls.

- Maria Paola (7/5): Excellent breakfast, poor beds and pillows - I will start with the positives: the room was very clean, we really liked the style and decor of the room with the industrial lamps, and the highlight was for me really the breakfast, the pastries were divine, the fruit smoothies were incredible, and the dominance of lactose-free product was an absolute winner for me, so every morning I was truly looking forward to breakfast! I should also mention that the atmosphere in the breakfast salon was super nice. Perhaps the only feedback I have on breakfast would be to offer more fresh fruit as it is very dominated by melon. Now the bad points, starting from the most important one: the pillows are very, very uncomfortable, and I slept very badly for the entire stay. The pillows are those that go completely flat when you are on it, it’s like having no pillow at all. I asked and was given a firmer pillow, which was a very small, orthopaedic pillow that ended up being even worse than the pillows. The mattresses are also quite unusual, very thin, like mattress toppers on top of a base, and I found them not supportive enough. Another negative aspect for me is the bathroom, it is definitely not a bathroom of a 5 star hotel! Small, cramped, there is no shower cabin but a bathtub with the glass, and the bathtub itself is quite slippery. The lack of a heater in the bathroom is also something that I did not find very nice. Lastly, what is complimentary and what is not in the room is not super obvious and they should be more clear about it. We took away the bags of candies as they were on show on the furniture, and they were not in the drawer with all the snacks, so we assumed those are free whereas the snacks are not. The hotel charged us for the candies in the end, and a non-negligible amount, which I find a bit silly. The snacks are in a drawer that is right above the fridge and they receive all the heat coming from it so I would recommend not to keep them so close to a source of heat.

- Frida (6/5): Sov gott. Många irritations moment. - Sängen var toppen allt från sovkomfort till sängkläder och täcke o kuddar. Ledbelysning på toaletten mycket bra. Överpris på parkering, överpris för rummet, ett femstjärnigt hotell som inte har plats för skor och någonstans att hänga undan ytterkläder i hallen = dåligt. Önskade badkar men fick inte den önskan mött vet ej om det var Bookingsfel eller hotellets. Brunchen var en enda stor kö. Notan slängdes på bordet med upplysning att vi behövde gå. Ingen vill sälja oss mer dryck. Maten var god men kön förtog upplevelsen och att matstationerna var långt ifrån varandra. Av någon anledning hade jag lyckats boka 2 rum med endast en gäst i var rum. Vet inte varför och varför detta aldrig hänt tidigare. Vid incheckning blev vi lovade att endast betala extra för frukosten. Men ser på kvittot att det dragit mer. Jämför dessa 5 stjärnor och Ritz i Paris - det går inte.

- thomas (9/5): Zentrale Lage - Zentrale Lage Das Frühstück war perfekt sehr lecker und frisch. Die Zimmer modern eingerichtet und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind klein. Wir hatten das Deluxe Zimmer sah fast genau so aus wie das normale Zimmer nur noch kleiner. Überteuert!
