- Paola (10/5): Un buen escape tranquilo y acogedor con tu pareja - Es un lugar acogedor con pocas habitaciones, por lo que lo hace más cómodo si se quiere escapar del ruido. Sin embargo, está muy cerca del centro, se puede llegar caminando, así que está muy bien ubicado. No me metí a la alberca, es pequeña, pero tamaño suficiente para refrescarse y relajarse por unos momentos. No tuve ningún inconveniente. Todo funciono bien, solo problemas de conexión en ciertos momentos, pero bien.

- Alina (8/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! - Gute Lage und schöne Zimmer! Bei Fragen aller Art konnte man sich ans Personal wenden und bekam umgehend Unterstützung. Leider etwas hellhörig, was aber in vielen Hotels in Mexiko der Fall ist. Außerdem wäre ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer schön.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were excellent in providing help. We parked on a near by street which was very safe and was free. No parking outside the hotel but a drop off zone is there for checking in luggage drop off. The hotel does have access to a paid parking area close by which we chose not to use. We would happily stay here again. No refrigerator in our room but was able to use one down stairs.

- Holly (8/5): Lovely little boutique hotel in the heart of Merida! - Property was clean and comfortable. Well located just outside the centre of Merida. The bed was big and comfortable. We had a room with an outdoor bath which was great in the heat! Staff were very nice and we were able to check in early on the day we arrived and leave bags on day we left. The aircon was very noisy which was a bit of a shame as we couldn’t leave it on overnight. The shower was quite unwieldy (though very warm and powerful).

La tienda del lobby, aunque es chiquita, esta muy bonita. Toda el area del hotel, muy bonito decorado con toques mexicanos hermosos. Los cuartos no están muy acogedores. Las paredes son completamente blancas lo que hace un poco fria la recamara… le faltan algunos cuadros o algo que lo haga mas acogedor. Las almohadas son super incomodas y la regadera estaba llena de sarro.

- Ernesto (8/5): Well-located stay in Mérida - Our stay was nice at this quiet and well-located hotel -easy to walk and explore Mérida. The staff was friendly, the property is decorated with charm, and the rooms were spacious. If you are renting a car, they offer parking for 150 pesos per day (cash only, not included in the booking) and a tasty breakfast for 150 pesos. I would recommend this hotel to couples looking for a quiet stay within walking distance of many bars, plazas, and landmarks in the city. * We had internet in our room for only a few hours when we arrived. For the rest of the stay, we were promised the problem would be solved, but we checked out and still didn't have internet in our room. * The sound in the hallways can be a lot if you are sensitive to noise; the doors closing cause a lot of sound. I hope they find an easy solution to this.

- Friedrich Christoph (9/5): Wir hatten eine gute Zeit, fühlten uns wohl und wurden gut umsorgt in der Casona de las tres Marias - Das Hotel ist sehr nahe beim Zentrum, welches zu Fuss gut erreichbar ist. Eine Köchin bereitet ein leckeres Frühstück nach Wunsch und serviert es am Tisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein junger Mann, welcher unsere Zimmer bereitete, überraschte uns jeweils mit schönen Figuren auf dem Bett, welche er aus Tüchern des Bades formte. Die Zimmer sind funktional und großzügig. Im Bereich der Rezeption gibt es eine Wand mit Damenmode guter Qualität und lokalem Design, welche man kaufen kann. Die Infrastruktur für die Restauration könnte grosszügiger sein. Die Köchin bereitet das Frühstück in einer Miniküche neben dem Essbereich. Es gibt nur wenige Esstische. Eine Bar, um während des Tages und am Abend noch etwas zu trinken, gibt es leider nicht. Das Hotel hat ein Abkommen mit einem bewachten Parking in der Nähe, ca. 5 Min. zu Fuss. Allerdings schließlich dieser Parkplatz um 18 Uhr. Ab dann muss die Person der Rezeption den Autofahrer zum Parking begleiten und das Tor öffnen. Dies ist umständlich und könnte einfacher gelöst werden. Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug.

Vrouw aan receptie heel onvriendelijk, haar mannelijke collega wel super vriendelijk. Hadden kamer met privé zwembad (eerder bubbelbad) maar moesten het zelf vullen met water wat we niet gedaan hebben voor 1 nacht. Begrijp hygiënische reden maar vonden het water verspilling. Hotel lag een beetje in armoedige buurt

- Katie (9/5): Awesome stay in Mérida! - It was a great location. I discovered a very cool jazz bar just two blocks away. Super fun. It was centrally located and many restaurants and shops were within walking distance. The only negative was that they had multiple floors and no elevator that I saw. So it could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating. Dani was great and helped me find an atm quickly when I realized I needed cash for a tour I was taking the next day. I wish they had in room coffee makers because I am an early riser (usually around 5:00 am) and the surrounding coffee shops are not open then. They do offer coffee and breakfast but not until around 7:00 am. The bed was very comfortable and with in room air conditioning it made for a pleasant nights sleep. The WiFi is decent too. No in room coffee makers

The Positives: Wonderful Staff: The reception staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful with all our questions. Decent Apartment: The apartment was nice, well-kept, and provided everything we needed for our stay. Perfect Location: Being able to reach the center of Merida so easily on foot was a huge plus for us. A Note for Travelers: The building is a bit thin-walled (quite "hellhörig"), so you might hear some noise from the neighbors or the hallway. If you are a very light sleeper, you might want to bring some earplugs. Overall: Despite the noise levels, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it for its great service and location!
