Guest Reviews
- Jolisa (9/5): The Best location to stay in Samoa affordable and convenient. - The facility itself is so clean, best location because it is near to supermarkets, shops which makes it convenient to stay. The staff are so friendly and they have very good customer service. The security in particular is so kind. We arrived in early morning around 3am but he was not informed of our arrival, he was so kind enough to let us in the room that we preferred to stay in for the night and we'll sort it out the next morning. The rooms are so nice and very spacious. I will book again with you when I come to Apia soon. Fakafetai lasi It is so hard to think of a thing that I don't like but I'm gonna say that the room that we stayed is too close to the road. And disturbance from vehicles and loud music from cars are the only things I was not used to.
- Iris (7/5): -
- Jessie (8/5): - Staff very welcoming and accommodating, kettle tv and fridge in rooms

- Helen Eleni (6/5): -
- Suraj (9/5): Great place in central Apia if looking for something simple but good - Good location, easy check in, safe, attentive staff, clean, room spacious, hot showers and comfy bed, electrics worked well, breakfast was wholesome, water filter comes in handy No change when trying to pay for check in
- Ryuichi (10/5): - The breakfast was very nice.
A supermarket is in front of the hotel.
There is a nice kitchen. None.
- Prodip Chandra Roy (9/5): Totally satisfying experience - I liked the location and the arrangements.. The bathroom is outside the room, but exclusive. If that was inside the room, the better.
- Jamie (9/5): Very nice place to stay in the heart of Apia - Very good wifi, had a tv, staff & security guard were very friendly
- Hayley (10/5): Refreshing. Comfy. Amazing - Everything was exceptional! We couldn't stay longer
- Katherine (10/5): - The staff was most wonderful. The room was comfortable. We got our cash deposit back on check out.

- Robert (9/5): Excellent value for money. I would stay here any time I am in Apia. - Very comfortable room - very good value for money. Quiet, nice AC, nice bed and clean and nice staff. All was OK.
- Jr (5/5): Passable -
- Marc (8/5): Good base in Apia. - Great location, clean, friendly staff. Noise in the street.
- Christian (7/5): Good - A small, safe, friendly guest house with only few rooms, very central but apart from some security guards you're the only one on the street after 6pm if not driving. The AC room was big and clean. They offer a small complimentary breakfast in self service with sometimes fresh fruit. The rooms seem not to get serviced during the stay but I only stayed 3 nights.
- Gem (8/5): Very good - Location was convenient to a lot of places - grocery, western union, cafe, McDonalds. It was easy to walk around downtown.
The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Because the location was downtown, it was noisy at night.
- Zih-yun (10/5): Cheap price with a high quality value 👍🏻 - Very clean and tidy in whole hotel. Staff very nicely to help me with everything. Distance close to Apia downtown, you can take a walk to anywhere. 😊😊
- Josie (9/5): Superb -

- FILOMENA (2/5): - THE WORST EXPERIENCE TO HAVE MY BROTHER STAYING AT YOUR HOTEL. THE OWNER IS ONE OF THE WORST AND DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. MY BROTHER BOOKED TO STAY HERE FOR TWO WEEKS AND THAT'S HOW YOU TREATED PEOPLE. YOU ARE PATHETIC. I WILL LOOK ELSEWHER FOR HIM TO STAY.

- Maria (10/5): Good - Good and staff are very kind and accomodating!
- Eunice (10/5): Exceptional -
- Foo Wah (8/5): Basic, clean accomodation in Apia. - We stayed in their room with two twins. It is basic, clean, a good shower, and an air con that cools the room if you need it. The room is without character but the location makes up for it. The included complimentary breakfast of cereal, toast, and fruits is sufficient.
- Jin (10/5): - The place is very clean, girls who work there are very helpful and nice. Breakfast was made for everyone when you seat on the table, loved it.
- Thushara (7/5): staff ok - No I couldn't charge my laptop and phone as there are no power adaptors provided . Pluge base is different type . I came Sunday and all near shops closed ,
I think if they have multiplug is better .

- Maria (10/5): Convenient location, close to our training venue and friendly staff. - Staff were friendly staff and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Breakfast and WIFI were provided. One morning we were offered traditional breakfast and it was delicious.
- Afano (10/5): No hassle, peace of mind and nice sleep/rest. - Purchased breakfast was just the right portion before a day's work. Coffee was awesome. Place was clean and staff were welcoming and accommodating. Keep up the great work. The bathroom outside of the accomodation/room, ot all room, I guess you get what you paid for.
- Phil (8/5): Comfortable room, clean, lovely staff, nice breakfast. - Clean and comfortable Hard to find it .
- Graham (7/5): Good -
- Viliami (10/5): Quite enjoyable and comfortable - Breakfast of fruits and cereal is healthy and a good start of the day. The staff welcome and immediate assistance to any request big or small. The lay back atmosphere is quite medicinal after a hectic day of work at the meeting attended. I did not had any dislike of anything big or small during my stay at Talofa Inn. It is conveniently located and quite accessible to any other shopping center, etc., even a choice of church to attend on Sunday which were all conveniently within walking distance.
- Laura (9/5): Clean, friendly, and very helpful. - Very good location and a wonderful staff Need one or two hooks in either the room or bathroom.

- Corinna (10/5): fantastic - the included breakfast was excellent - toast with jam / peanut butter, oatmeal, and cereals. great tea&coffee
staff were absolutely excellent!
room was so comfy, great that there was free wifi and aircon all the time
would definitely recommend a little bit noisy
- Uinise (10/5): - Very convenient location. Everything is within walking dustance. Staff were very welcoming and assisted whenever we need anything. Place us very clean. Highly recommend.
- Greg (6/5): Staff and location are good, it's the crazy street noise that is not acceptable. - Breakfast was ok, staff always obliging and helpful The disappointing thing about Talofa Inn is the traffic noise in the busy street outside. At all hours of the night there were vehicles going up and down the street with loud awful music blaring. Just got to sleep then another one goes by to wake you up. Some decent windows and attention to insulation would help.
- Chris (8/5): Great, central option in Apia - I found the Talofa Inn to be a very good option in Apia; it's close to amenities and to most of the tourist sites in the town. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby which is very handy. The room was quite good and - most importantly - the air conditioning worked well!! The proprietor very kindly prepared breakfast for me even though I had to leave early the morning I checked out (i.e. before the standard breakfast time period). It also has a nice common area which was a welcoming area to relax in and also to escape the heat of Apia! I was happy with my stay at the Talofa Inn - I arrived late due to a mix-up with the public airport shuttle (autobots) because the driver thought there were 2 people coming when it was just me - so therefore we waited at the airport for about an hour for a non-existent second person to arrive.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Central location, big room able to use kitchen area
- Phillip (8/5): - Close to markets and security on site.
- sadia (10/5): - Great property for price, very clean rooms, staff were lovely and helpful.
- Moses (8/5): - The bed was squeaky and uncomfortable but it’s what you’d expect with the cheap price. Overall nice hotel if you are after something cheap and convenient to the city centre.
- Brian (8/5): - This is an island style inn with only 6 rooms on the 2nd floor (at least this is what I saw) which are nice and clean. All the ladies who work in the hotel are the sweetest people you will ever meet. Try the pancakes with their signature coconut syrup/jam. Keep up the great work ladies and keep smiling:)
- Taylor (8/5): - Convenient
- Mavoa (9/5): Superb - Friendly staff and good location TV didnt work
- Drova (8/5): Staff are very friendly and recommending Talofa Inn to those looking for accomodation near CBD. - It has a homely set-up and situated in a very convenient location. There is a supermarket across the street.
- Helen (10/5): Friendly service and great location - Great location and the staff were friendly and accommodating. N/A
- Horacio (8/5): great - convenient none
- Liviu-daniel (5/5): 8 nights at a 2 stars service inn - It is located downtowwn.
The staff seems to be OK, generally kind and communicative. So many things! The policy of the inn is so curious!
Nobody cleaned my room in 8 days of accommodation.
No one changed in the room the bed linen, pillowcases and towels during my 8 days spent at Talofa Inn.
Except 1 soap at the beginning, I reveived no other toiletries for 8 days (but when I nedeed a some shampoo, an employee managed to find a little, left over from previous tourists).
I asked the employees to wash my laundries twice. The second time, when I only had to wash about three quarters of what I had requested the first time, I was informed of a 50% higher price compared to the first time. After we discussed and I explained that the price was lower the first time, when I had more clothes, the employee said that she would discuss it with her colleagues; later she told me that it was a mistake and asked me for the same amount as the first time. I paid and I did not receive any receipt for the amount paid.
- Jean (8/5): Very good - Friendly and helpful staff Not enough channels on the tv for entertainment. Maybe could provide more breakfast as inclusions during hotel stay.
- Andrew (8/5): Excellent value and friendly, personal service. - It's a small guesthouse located immediately above a clothes shop, and run as part of a mixed business model. Although the facilities are modest, I thought the staff were very welcoming with a strong personal touch. They served a home cooked breakfast every day, with little variations (banana cakes one day, eggs the next), and always fresh fruit. With only six rooms, they quickly learned the names and food/coffee preferences of guests and looked after us. When I asked for help with replacing a shirt button, they fixed it for me at no charge. When I pointed out a maintenance issue, it was addressed straight away. When I asked for a desk to do my work on, they brought it into the room instantly. The value for money was also exceptional. Talofa Inn is in a very central location, near shops and major roads, and directly over the road is a supermarket that makes good coffee and great smoothies in their bakery section. Being located on a busy road, the traffic can get a bit loud, especially when the local lads want to show off their subwoofers and Samoan stylings. But that settles down very quickly at night, and there's a general sense of law and order with a couple of the businesses employing friendly night watchmen to help keep things quiet. It was a hot time of year too, and it's possible to feel a bit trapped in the air-conditioned room - but that's true of all of Apia in March. This is not a luxury hotel, but it's very good value and the small size and good attitude made it much more personal than some other experiences I've had in Samoa.
- Prasad (10/5): Exceptional -

- Nese (8/5): Central in town if you like to do business & shopping. Various restaurants around the area. - Central & walking distance to do shopping & business in town. Breakfast was great. - Ramonito (10/5): Excellent - Friendly staff, homey.
- Juliet (7/5): Wouldn’t mind staying here again. Great stay if you’re looking for something cheap. - It was a nice stay. The aircon was great. Always looked forward to getting into our room after a long day out. Room was small but not bad
- Fiafia (7/5): It was ok - None Noise from traffic late at nite with idiots loud music

- Sarah (10/5): - easy safe and convenient and accomodating to our needs
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - everything very very accomodating
- Kumar (1/5): Bad -
- Tah (8/5): Very good - Free and reliable wifi, a rarity in the Pacific islands. Excellent location near the market in the city centre. Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff were friendly in offering breakfast. I had a private shower, but it was not in the room. I had to exit the room to get there. It's a minor annoyance.
- Khoi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ifopo (8/5): Nice cosy place affordable and clean - Air con and available chilled water tank and great staff who were available at hand and looked after property Squeaky single bed Room 3, shower head falling

- Nuttasit (9/5): Clean & Centrally-located - - Location close to Apia waterfront, cathedral and many shops and restaurants, including McDonald's that opens on Sunday
