- Verified traveler (8/5): - En general es un hotel muy aceptable a pesar de no ser nuevo tiene mas que únicamente lo indispensable, lo que permite brindar una estancia agradable y placentera siendo un lugar limpio y seguro. El staff se mostró amable y atento.

- MAURICIO (4/5): Es motel de paso, no regresaria - Es un motel de paso aun que no lo indica, la taza de baño estaba sucia, la habitacion daba a la avenida, y habia muchisimo ruido, las ventanas tambien estan flojas y con cualquier viento hacian mucho ruido, no pudimos dormir bien, pedimos cancelacion y reembolso de la segunda noche, pero el hotel no lo acepto, no regresaría ahi.
- Anai Rukmini (4/5): Mala decisión - La habitaciones tienen buen tamaño, aunque las camas tienen colchones que se caen en los costados. No salía agua caliente en la regadera. La alberca es mucho más chica de lo que parece en las fotos. El servicio mal porque ponen jetas al verte; la única sonrisa que vimos fue la de la persona que nos recibió en la pluma del estacionamiento.

- Mayra (8/5): - Me gustó el hotel, pero si se mete mucho el ruido de la calle, además creo que le deben de dar un poco de más mantenimiento a las instalaciones, ya que la puerta del baño estaba desatornillada, un mosaico de la regadera estaba a nada de caerse en nuestra cabeza y los mosquitos de la alberca privada también se estaban despegando, fuera de eso, todo estuvo muy bien, la comida del restaurante muy rica, el servicio también muy bueno, la televisión de paga, excelente, el colchón un poco duro para mí gusto, pero bueno, en general cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

- Miguel (6/5): Mala fachada pero buena estancia - De entrada es un auto hotel de paso, la primera impresión es que no es lo que contratas y por lo mismo el personal de la entrada se te queda viendo tal cual y es incómodo. Firmas tu ingreso en un comedor. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba, no hay agua caliente en la regadera. Y la parte buena es que la camarista y personal de restaurante excelentes, la atención, los alimentos, la privacidad muy buenos. Amenidades excelentes. Podría ser un mejor hotel sin esa fachada de auto hotel. Durante nuestra estancia una familia no se quedó por lo mismo y fue problema porque ya habían pagado. Nosotros por lo mismo nos quedamos.

- Eliat (2/5): Roaches in the room - Location Room apparently clean. Roaches at night in the bathroom. Called reception, they sent someone to spray something in the bathroom and all around the room. Later, they were on my bed. Called again at 1 am. to complain again. My sister and I were moved to another room. The next day at night, we came back to our room from being out all day, and as soon as we turned on the light, we saw them again. Very disappointed we called again to complain. The receptionist tried to explain that they fumigated some rooms earlier that day. I asked to speak to the manager, and after multiple attempts, I was finally able to explain the situation to the manager. She offered to move us to another of their properties nearby as an alternative, but I was tired and upset, so I requested a refund for 2 days as I've decided to move us out to another hotel. I don't trust their properties anymore. Lost confidence and trust at that time. She asked me to give them another chance but it was too late. I wasn't willing to go to the same as I checked the hotel online and didn't like what I saw. As I was waiting for the car service, I was told that the accountant wanted to talk to me, again I explained the reasons we had to leave the hotel, she tried to convince me but understood the situation and agreed to look into 2 day refund I requested. She promised to call me the next day and I'm still waiting. We stayed 2 days on Saturday and Sunday, April 27-28. We left on April 29th.

Location is horrible, the rooms DO NOT look like the pics in this description, the hotel is basically a sex motel with pictures of naked women on the wall and everything. I was completely bamboozled with this reservation such that I will not be using this site again after this trip.

- Elena (6/5): Ok hotel - The rooms were clean and big, and every time they come clean your room, they leave it very clean. Only thing is the air conditioner is a small one you turn on, but doesn’t give much air. Breakfast is just coffe, a piece of small bread, and a bit of fruit. It also doesn’t have a closet at all so no iron or place to hang your clothes. Pool was not clean and hot tubs were always closed. Gym was not big at all, bike was broken. Only the elliptical worked, that’s all they had. Staff was helpful though.
