El lugar es muy limpio, la atención muy buena, el restaurante muy rico, hay muchas amenidades de cuarto para disfrutar. Cuenta con estacionamiento, el desayuno está incluído. Sin duda regresaré pronto.

- Tomas (10/5): - Es un lugar agradable, el espacio un poco forzado, el único espacio abierto es el estacionamiento, la alberca esta techada y los cuartos tienen muy poca vista al exterior. Los desayunos inician hasta las 10, así que si quieres salir temprano a pasear ya no puedes aprovechar el desayuno incluído. Lo bueno, el lugar es agradable, se siente buen ambiente, los cuartos son amplios y espaciosos. El SPA esta muy rico, los masajes muy buenos.

Hay muchísimo ruido en las habitaciones, es imposible dormir y descansar ya que escuchas el paso constante de los coches y el ruido de los cuartos vecinos. - Jesus (10/5): - Muy agradable la estancia, al llegar Debo aceptar que esperaba menos de lo que recibímos, una atención cálida, es pequeño si, pero muy pintoresco, bien cuidado, me hubiera gustado que la temperatura de la alberca fuera mayor, la del jacuzzi excelente, son pequeños pero tampoco había muchos huéspedes, y es pequeña pero para mis pequeñas no necesitamos una olímpica, el desayuno muy rico, la atención en el restaurante muy bien, yo si regreso, del ruido, al ser una propiedad al borde de Av principal es lógico el ruido, si no se quiere ruido o se busca una opción con amplios jardines etc, está no es, pero si vale la pena.

- JUAN CARLOS (4/5): Check in terrible, el hotel bien - El check in fue toda una pesadilla, el hotel estaba cerrado y con personal sin capacidad de toma de decisiones ni revisión de la plataforma para confirmar mi reservación, tuvimos que esperar más de media hora fuera del hotel para que se pudiera hacer efectiva y me dieran acceso a las instalaciones, en lo que toca al hotel todo bien

El desayuno por $90 por persona lo puedes subir de calidad, pero cuando llegas al restaurante vecino en dónde lo hacen válido, tienes que pagar otra cantidad más para disfrutar un desayuno completo Definitivamente no es un hotel boutique con spa

Mi cuarto no tenía agua caliente. En el restaurante pedimos unos chilaquiles con salda roja y lo que nos dieron fueron unos chilaquiles con salsa para pasta (un preggo que ni siquiera sazonaron, lo echaron tal cual del bote).

- JORGESLUQUE (2/5): VERY BAD EXPERIENCE - The room we had was the "BALCÓN #1", and is right besides the street, so the room was very noisy ALL NIGHT LONG, we can´t get a minimun rest at all. When we asked the admin office to move us to another room, the said the hotel was full, and it was not at all, we were the first people to arrive at the hotel, and I think this is the room nobody wants, TERRIBLE AT ALL. The room was very very small.
