• Chinmaya Shripad (10/5): - Property manager provided excellent help during check in and check out. He went out of the way to call taxis whenever we were not able to get the Grab taxis. Not only that, he also drove us to the airport when our grab car cancelled and we were getting late for the flight. It was a delightful stay.
• Chinmaya Shripad (10/5): - Excellent service during check-in and checkout. The property manager went out of the way to arrange taxis for us when we were finding it difficult to get app rides. Not only that, he even volunteered to drive us to the airport, which was five minutes away when our app ride canceled at the last moment and we were getting late for the flight. He insured a delightful stay for us in every possible way.

The most comfortable bed, very clean and spacious bathroom, with a street side view. Ask for Quan if you need anything! His English is perfect.

• Jeffrey (2/5): Be more selective - Expensive for what it was. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut. The shower fitting was not attached to the wall and the shower attachment wasn’t attached to anything. It had string tied to it but nothing to attach the string to, so we had to hold the shower head in one hand whilst showering. The beds were so uncomfortable, a bit like sleeping in a ploughed field, I think the springs were coming through, it was so lumpy. We all had back ache for the next 2 days. We were told we could only leave the hotel from the second floor for some reason though we entered at ground floor level. The accommodation in all of our chosen hotels until this point has been excellent. It was our last day in Vietnam, a lovely country with lovely people but sadly this could be our lasting memory of Vietnam. I hope not. I chose this hotel as we had an early morning flight and didn’t want to risk traffic jams.
• 829bridgetf (8/5): A perfect place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. - My partner and I had a one night stay at Chio, as we needed to be close to the airport. The manager there was incredible, he sorted a much cheaper bus option and he even drove us to the bus for very small cost.

• I3218XJwilliaml (10/5): Great affordable choice close to the airport - I would definitely recommend this hotel for a quick fordable stay close to the airport. We called them when we arrived and they were kind enough to send out a shuttle because all the taxi drivers wanted $20 to go 1 mile to the hotel! The next morning they even cooked us a home cooked meal which was extra special and unexpected. Highly recommended!

• shotsblue (8/5): A place to relax before flight home - I booked this small hotel for us to stay in daytime before a 1:00 AM flight home. It was so relaxing for us. We arrived just after lunch and went to room for a sleep. In the evening we went down the road and had a beer with the locals then a meal in family restaurant. Then back to hotel for a further relax and shower before our ling flight back to UK. Hotel is so relaxing and quiet with a warn welcome.

• Ronaldo Carvalho (8/5): Convenient place. Hassle free. - Convenient place if you need to get to or from the airport. Ot is quiet at night and the usual Vietnamese noise in the morning. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. The room was clean and the shower was really good. The air conditioning dis not work but this was not an issue as it was a fresh night. Housekeeping will wake you up in the morning with their noise. They shout in the corridors and play very loud music, even if they are not doing your room.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The Chio hotel is very close to the Hanoi airport and an excellent place to sleep after a long flight. The staff are very friendly and helpful, including with transfer service from the airport. It is very quiet, and the breakfast is great.
• jadoreorange (4/5): Average at best - consider elsewhere - I should preface the review by saying we only arrived at 11pm then left the next morning at 7.30am. The airport pickup was good but at 5$ for what was essentially a 4-minute drive it seems expensive. The hotel itself had an elevator which was something of a rarity in Vietnam and the room was quite big. But if I’m honest the overall experience was average at best. Everything in the hotel inc. room and bathroom furnishings was run down and needed repairing or replacing (sink and shower leaked, several bulbs were blown in the room, air con blew out dust), which you don’t expect for the price that you pay ($26 for the cheapest room). Breakfast was standard for Vietnam. All members of staff were friendly but word of caution - there was some underhandedness in their dealings with us. Not only did they round up our hotel bill by a couple of dollars without explanation and then refuse to give the correct change (we couldn’t argue as we had to catch a flight), but upon arrival the receptionist tried to pull the “you pay for an unnecessary upgrade” trick, and handed us the wrong room key whilst asking us to pay more. The only real positive to staying here is the proximity to the airport but I would seriously consider booking a room elsewhere.

Arranged airport cab that was on time and ready to pick me up when I came downstairs (It's 4.30 Am) and gave to us breakfast take away. Over-all, this is a hotel I will be pleased to recommend to friends who will come to Hanoi in the future.

The hotel is so amazing the room are clean and super comfortable. The room was really big and the bathroom too. The hotel bed was big double bed, so soft and comfortable. The staff is helpful and friendly! Thanks Mr. Quan to welcoming us and making our stayed pleasure.
• lukeh936 (4/5): Closer to a roach motel than a three star hotel - So this is not without character. I have paid over $120 dollars to stay in a soulless yet clean cubicle by airports. In this case this is not soulless, it has the character of a grotty dump. At the price we paid for one 3 bed room it is close to extautionate, the proximity to the airport the only saving grace. Tripadvisors getaroom took our money, but somehow the hotel had no record of payment and I damn near had to pay twice for the room. All this aside, the super uncomfortable bed with the bowing mattress served a purpose. We had a shower after a Halong bay cruise, managed a 30 minute nap, before an insanely early 1:00 am flight from the airport. Would I stay here again? maybe.

Recommend for a one night stopover before a flight. There's a restaurant across the street you can eat at though we didn't have a chance to eat there.
• 917arianav (2/5): Decepcionante - The worst hotel we stayed in our trip in Asia. Dirty sheets with some Strange yellow and orangy colors, the shower was clogged and with fungus on the corners. The walls of the room where also dirty as well as the floor. The bed was hard as a rock. The attention wasn’t good since we complain about the dirty sheets and the Recepcionist got mad and left us waiting without changing them. Later the owner, I guess, offered us a free ride to the airport (5$) so we leave a good feedback... but I dont recommend this hotel to anyone, there are better hotels and better price.

• VyshakMV (8/5): Close to airport - Chose this hotel purely due to its proximity to airport. Basic facilities in the hotel and honestly I was there only for 5-6 hours to catch some sleep. Hotel managed to arrange taxi at a very short notice for 530am for $5.
• kerrysomewhere (10/5): I'm so glad I found this hotel! - I decided to stay here the night before my flight left Hanoi and I'm so glad I did. Not only do they offer an incredible price for a stay here but the staff is amazing. As soon as my taxi pulled up the staff was outside helping me unload my luggage and bring it upstairs. Then I quickly got checked into my room and received help with everything including where to eat for dinner. The room was very large and clean. I actually don't usually stat at 3 star hotels because I'm a diva (ha) and I'm so glad I gave this place a chance! I now am convinced that 3 star hotels and can be very nice and clean. :) . The air conditioning even worked very well, I loved all of the fruits they had for breakfast, and it was nice to have a ton of good Vietnamese restaurants on the same street. As I mentioned I am a diva I was joking with the hotel manager about how I was craving some wine but I wasn't expecting to find it anywhere in that area and he went straight to the fridge to bring out a bottle of wine! I paid $10 for a great bottle of red which was perfect for my last night in Vietnam! Lastly, the $5 airport transfer was perfect! I highly recommend booking here as there is a reason why they have so many great reviews.
• 776emilyr (10/5): Great Service - I stayed at Chio Hotel for one night before an early morning flight the next day. The hotel was clean and very conveniently located. The five-star rating is really for the incredible service I received from the hotel. The hotel staff transported me to and from the airport. My flight to Noi Bai kept getting delayed (tip: DO NOT fly VietJet Air; it is honestly the most unreliable airline I've every used, and I've traveled throughout North America, Europe, and Africa). My flight was supposed to arrive at Noi Bai at 9pm; I ended up arriving after 2am. Chio Hotel staff picked me up from the airport and checked me in without any problem - even that late. Despite the hour, everyone was very friendly and kind. I really recommend this hotel for folks who need somewhere to stay close to the airport. It's incredibly convenient and the service can't be beat.
• alirob123 (10/5): Fabulous airport hotel - Very clean, very friendly, very comfortable and five minutes from the airport in hotel’s car. Also, a good basic breakfast. Well done to the Chio! It is incredibly close to the airport, so a really good choice if you have an early flight.
• shonosuke (8/5): 安い！空港の近くのホテルの中では綺麗な方！ - まず、安いです。値段の割に、ベットも部屋もしっかりしてます。エアコンもあるし、冷蔵庫もある。 シャワーが弱いですが、そこは我慢しましょう。 空港からは直線距離的には徒歩圏内ですが、大きな道路を挟むので徒歩だと時間がかかると思います。 pick upサービスを使うか、タクシーを使うことをお勧めします。 おそらくバイト中ですが、スタッフに可愛らしい子がいました。笑 また、皆んな愛想も良かった。
• Bente N (8/5): tæt på lufthavnen - fin service og god pris - Vi skulle bare have en overnatning tæt på lufthavnen grundet tidlig flyafgang så hotellet var rigtig fint til det og værelset var pænt og rent. Servicen var god og der var mulighed for at blive hentet og bragt til lufthavnen (mod betaling) der er ikke så meget at se på i lokalområdet men det er muligt at gå en lille tur
• andrewjL890EV (10/5): Great Hotel - very accomodating - I stayed here one night prior to an early morning flight. This is the perfect hotel if you’re catching a flight the next day - it’s only 5 minutes from the airport, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the price was great. Though I needed to leave around 630 am, the staff got up early, made a great, free breakfast, and provided a shuttle to the airport for only 5 dollars. I’d definitely recommend this hotel!
• T (8/5): - ハノイからホーチミンに日帰り出張があり、翌朝便で帰国しなければならなかったため空港近くのホテルを探したとき、評価が高かったので利用してみた。22:30頃ノイバイ空港に着きタクシーを拾おうとしたが近すぎて行ってくれない(ぼられる)。歩いて行くにはしんどい。結局ホテルに電話して迎えに来てもらった。翌朝も国際線ターミナルまで送ってもらえた。安いのに部屋も広くスタッフも親切で良かった。 送迎を頼む場合は事前に連絡しておくと良いだろう。

The service is excellent, with very smooth pick up and drop off at the airport, and the rooms are pretty clean and comfy. It would be better if they provided reusable water dispensers rather than tiny plastic water bottles.

• richardeckersley (8/5): Good airport hotel - great owner - Good value. Spacious room. It’s not glamorous, but it works for a quick overnight near the airport. Mr. Quan - the owner(?)/ manager was really great. Very welcoming and helpful. He took us to airport for $5 usd and made our stay feel pleasant and safe. Nothing sketchy at this place. It’s a good choice.
• Ayae (8/5): - いたって普通のリーズナブルなホテルです。壁がちょっと剥がれていたり、シャワーの出がいまいちだったりするのは、アジアではこんなものかな、と。 依頼すれば車を用意してくれますが有料。空港まで（２名で）１２０，０００ドンはメータータクシーよりだいぶ高かったですが、この辺を空車が流しているわけではないので仕方ないかな（メータータクシーを呼んでもらえるのかは試してませんが）。旧市街まで３５０，０００ドンだったのはメータータクシーと変わりませんでした。 建物のクオリティは普通でも、スタッフが家族的で気遣いしてくださったのが心地よかったです。 ちなみに、もともとは「グリーンホテル」と言っていたようで、建物上のネオンサインはチョーホテルではありませんでした。
• Karin (10/5): Ótima opção no aeroporto de Hanoi - Precisava de um hotel pertinho do aeroporto e o Chio foi uma ótima opção, a 5 minutos e com shuttle disponível (mediante pagamento de US$5). Quarto enorme, com ótimo banheiro, silencioso, café da manhã ok. Simples e eficiente para minha necessidade.

• KIT LO (6/5): 不過不失 - 位置方便，在機場需坐3-5分鐘(要跟司機議價)的士到酒店。我花了的士費10,000越南盾。除的士外，沒有其他交通工具可到達。可在機場大堂詢問處，查詢的士費。上車前跟司機講好價錢。酒店可安排私家車到機場(只限酒店到機場一程)，亦需付款，價錢跟的士一樣，10,000盾。對鄰近機場的酒店，只待一晚的，環境及設施要求不多。服務尚算可以。 經理是個英文說得不錯的男士。我們晚上到市中心玩，事前向他查詢，並交代如有需要，請他代為叫的士，從市中心回酒店。晚上，他見我們未回來，細心地發whatsapp信息問候。 訂房時，房間類型是2張床。Check in時，職員說2張床，要加錢。感覺有點不好。 優：位置近機場、包早餐(yogurt、水果、牛肉/雞肉河粉/公仔面、牛奶、果汁、面包+牛油...)。 缺：清潔度一般(估計床單及被不是新洗乾淨的，應該用了至少好幾個房客)，設施有點舊。
• Manfred (8/5): Hotel vom Flughafen auch zu Fuß erreichbar - Hotel ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Grosse saubere Zimmer. Früehstüeck war auch in Ordnung.Eine klare Empfehlung.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent service next to airport - Amazing service, friendly and helpful. Owner even helped me resolve dispute with taxi driver! Good wifi. 5min access to airport, but I did not notice airport noise.
• Manuela (4/5): Dirty room - Bad experience. The room was really dirty , in particular bed sheets. We had to change room , but , although sheets were clean, the rest of the room, ex included, was not clean at all

• Uday (8/5): Clean, cheap, and convenient - This is a great hotel for transiting through Hanoi for an overnight connection. It is clean, cheap (I paid about USD 22). A jam and toast breakfast with fruit and coffee is included. It is literally 5 minutes from the airport. I would stay here again if needed.
• Verified traveler (8/5): コ・ス・パ優秀 - 翌朝のフライトが早い場合、ゆっくり眠るにはオススメのホテル。時間に関わらず朝食を用意していただけたのはありがたかった。コ・ス・パかなり良し。第1ターミナルから07番のバスで行ったがTAXIの方がスムーズ。

• chulhong (8/5): 가격대비 나쁘지 않으며 친절한 직원 - 하노이는 처음 방문이었는데, 노이바이 공항 인근은 전체적으로 어둡고 칙칙한 분위기로, 호치민과는 많이 달랐음. 공항인근의 호텔들이 대부분 비슷한 수준의 호텔들이었으며, 위치는 다른 호텔보다 5분 정도 더 걸어가야하는 뒷골목에 위치. 그러나 직원의 서비스태도는 굉장히 적극적이고 우호적이었음. 과분하여 부담스러울 정도로 조식과 공항 샌딩서비스를 제공하여 주었음. 택시타면 2불 정도 이내의 요금이 나올 것 같은데 공항샌딩은 별도로 미화5불을 요구함 (차량 공항 출입비용이 별도로 있다고 함)
• Yumi Kim (10/5): 숨은 진주 - 깨끗하고 친절합니다. 가성비 갑입니다.
• Son (6/5): Convenient location to Noi Bai airport - Staff at the hotel is very accomodating. The area is remote. I stayed here as it is literally 10 min from Noi Bai international airport. The manager is great. They have a car so you can hire if you like.
• Kim (8/5): Tæt på lufthavnen - Godt til stop-over, bestil dog afhentning da taxa chauffører ikke kender stedet (det var vor oplevelse efter at taxa chaufføren havde sagt at han kendte stedet og så kørte os 42 km rundt - der er 2,4 km til overnatningsstedet)
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 离机场确实非常近的酒店，整洁而干净，接机非常准时，老板十分热情负责。虽然房间设施十分简陋，但是相比其价格已经非常划算，房间很大，晚上十分安静
