• Etsuro (4/5): - 受付、レストランともにスタッフの対応はとても丁寧で良かった。外国人スタッフも丁寧な日本語を話せてもてなしもしっかりしているので違和感なく過ごせました。 不満は部屋の扉関係、掃除、備品です。 入り口の扉、トイレの扉、シャワー室の扉すべて遮音性が低く音や声がそのまま聞こえる。ベッドの下の清掃が行き届いていない。洗面所備品がほぼ無い（ロビー横から手持ち）。シャワー室のソープやシャンプーの量が少ない。様々な事情で温泉に浸かれない人もいると思うので、シャワー室の備品はきちんと揃えてほしい。

• Steven (10/5): - Amazing location, scenery and views! The area around the hotel is beautiful, and so many things to see within easy walking and driving distance. The on-site Onsens were also great! Parts of the property are getting old and worn, but otherwise clean and well kept. The included buffet breakfasts and dinners were an unexpected bonus!

• YUEN (10/5): - 早晚兩餐，款式超級多。烤牛肉粒。大而鬆軟，內裏多汁。一人一爐的火煱，烤肉任取。房間極大。除了兩張大床，還有一要大貴妃椅，足可當床睡。有穿梭巴士來往附近的冰祭。
• Mervyn (6/5): An ok hotel but showing it’s age - The hotel is quite old and could be in need of some renovation. The area itself is pretty dead during the winter. Only reason to stay here is for the ice festival if you are not driving. The staff were friendly and the included meals are a stellar deal. Could be better during the other seasons.

• Kim (10/5): Nice rustic onsen - Dated hotel, as are all the hotels in the area, but very well maintained. Staff were all superb and the food service was very efficient and tasty. Not Michelin starred, but neither is the cost.

• Kum Ling (6/5): - The hotel is near the Hells Valley so it is accesible. The property needs refurbishment critically so guests can have a better experience. The room is clean but the mildew smell is unbearable. It is a quiet location which makes it enjoyable.

• Mark (10/5): - The hotel is lovely! A bit dated but very well maintained. The included buffet dinner and breakfast were amazing with many choices of Japanese and Western food! Lovely rooftop onsen plus ground floor onsen. The area around the hotel is a quiet with many ships and restaurants closed but that allowed us to enjoy the hotel facilities.

• Neil (10/5): - The hotel aesthetic is wonderful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the food provided was wonderful and the hot springs were incredible. The location is slightly difficult to get to as a foreigner (I speak very little Japanese but can read a little bit) but once there it was an incredible experience. Easily one of the nicest locations and hotels I’ve stayed in.

• ATSUSHI (2/5): 最悪でした。 - 以前の口コミにもありましたが、部屋がたばこ臭くたまりませんでした。夕食朝食のビュッフェは品数が少なくおいしくないものばかりでした。また、握り寿司とか刺身とかいつからおいてあるのかと疑いたくなるようなものでした。 食事会場の従業員は『研修中』の名札がある隣国の外国人でした。入り口でスリッパを脱いでどうすればよいのか聞いたところ、スリッパを指さして自分でげた箱に入れろ、とのこと。飲み物の説明はカタコトで早すぎるので何度も聞きなおしました。 最悪は飲み物の追加オーダーをするときに食事中の皿の上で喋られたことです。マスクをしているとはいえ、昨今の騒ぎの中、話題になっている国の従業員が、客の皿の上で喋るとは．．． すぐに食事を中断して部屋に帰りました。 また、朝食時には件の『研修中』の皆さんが食事中のお客さんの横の床をモップ掛けしておられました。離れたところだったので『えっ』と思っただけでした。 時期が時期だけにもう少し衛生面で配慮していただきたいです。

• kuei-chen (8/5): 離層雲峽很近,層雲峽風景真的很美,四季有不同的景色,很適合渡假泡湯,遠離市區的好選擇 - 餐食尚好,還算不錯,炸魚超好吃的,建議可以在這裡住二晚,才有時間坐纜車上山好好走走,看看層雲峽的美景,這次很幸運看到野生的花栗鼠,超可愛的,山上的空氣也很棒,泡著湯看著美景,是很棒的享受,夏天來這裡很適合避暑,看到山瀾,雲海....喜歡大自然的人,一定要來這裡走走

• Angela (6/5): A very old 3star hotel. - A very old hotel though clean. WiFi always disconnect. No WiFi in the dinning hall. It's a hotel full of group tours. You will not enjoy staying in this hotel if you have been to other places of Japan with onsen facilities. In possible to have anything to eat within 1 hours drive.
• Verified traveler (8/5): 家族旅行には最適 - 禁煙のお部屋を希望したつもりだったのですが、「エクスペディアからの予約なので変えられない」と言われてしまいました。空気清浄機は届けてくれｒましたが、部屋がそもそも古い感じでした。それ以外は、お食事も美味しい。特にいわなの天ぷらがおいしい。バスでリゾートホテルの方のお風呂にも入れて楽しめました。本館2階と７階のお風呂が素敵でした。天気が悪くロープウェイは使いませんでしたが観光にも最適な場所にあるホテルです。

• Siu Ying (8/5): - 房間舒適，晚餐是自助餐，食物一般，不要期望太高。地點鄰近上山的纜車站，如要乘坐十分方便。
• Yu-Chieh (2/5): - 當初已在可免費取消期限前取消預訂了，居然還收到飯店信件告知我因沒有出現，而預計將向我收取費用，經寫信告知希望查明狀況後，居然也未給予我任何回應，讓我不知道事情後續如何，實在太糟糕了，也因為這件插曲影響整趟旅程的心情。
• Hyun Jin (2/5): the worst hotel - the worst hotel ever. not kind at all. smells really bad. when we ask to change room because of the bad smell, the front desk simply say no in Japanese and they pretended to not be able to speak in English. I knew he can speak English because we talked in English (even tho it was simple) just before that. all he said to me was "i don't know" in Japanese. really bad experience.
• Hideto (10/5): 朝陽亭 - 部屋にあるシャワー室の湿気と言うか、排水溝あたりの匂いがちょっとした。ドアが薄いのか、朝方モーニングコールや、携帯の目覚まし時計の音がそこらで聞こえてくきた
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 旭山動物園から約1時間ほどです。温泉に泊まりたく、利用しました。 とても大きなホテルで、海外の団体のお客様が多かったですが食事会場も広く特に混雑を感じることはなかったです。ただスタッフの数は少ない印象はありました。 ビュッフェのジンギスカンをおいしくいただきました。 部屋も和モダンで清潔でトイレとバスが別なのもうれしかったです。お部屋が気に入りました。建物自体は古いと思うのですが、部屋はきれいにリフォームされていました。 ありがとうございました。
• Peerapong (8/5): บ่อน้ำร้อนดี ทิวทัศน์ดี ราคารวมอาหารเช้าและเย็น - โรงแรมมีกลิ่นบุหรี่จาง ๆ อยู่ค่อนข้างทั่วแต่ก็ไม่ถึงกับแย่ ส่วนการบริการก็เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการให้บริการในโรงแรมทั่ว ๆ ไป แต่ทิวทัศน์จากโรงแรมและบ่อน้ำร้อนของโรงแรมนั้นดีมาก เงียบสงบและผ่อนคลายเป็นอย่างมาก ใน 1 ห้องพักเรานอน 4 คน เมื่อถึงเวลา พนักงานของโรงแรมก็มาทำการเคลียร์ห้องและปูฟูกเสริมให้ด้วยความรวดเร็ว บุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้าและอาหารเย็นของโรงแรมมีความหลากหลายพอสมควร โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่น่าประทับใจ
• Ah Luan (10/5): - Highly recommended. Though its pretty far from Asahikawa and Furano but its worth the traveling. Great onsen pools, good buffet spread. Excellent customer service, from valet, front desk to restaurant. Highly recommended!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - When we asked to switch to a non smoking room after discovering the room that was given reeked of cigarette smell, it was done pretty quickly. The dinner and breakfast buffets were great - we felt that there was always something that we wanted to eat or try on the both days we were there. The hotel itself was old, decor is dated. Onsen was good.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - 무릎이 아프신 70대 노부모를 모시고 비오는 날 도착해서 로비에서 무거운 짐들과 부모님을 먼저 내려드릴려고 했는데 여직원이 건물 뒷편의 제2주차장에 주차를 먼저 하라고 했다. 2주차장에 연결된 엘리베이터가 있거나 짐을 옮겨주는 서비스가 있나보다 하고 주차를 하고 무거운 짐을 들고 비를 맞으며 후문으로 들어갔는데 엄청난 계단만 있어서 너무 놀랐다. 다시 1주차장으로 올라가보니 주차공간이 5개는 있었는데, 왜 로비에서 짐도 못내리게하고 우리를 2주차장으로 안내했는지 너무 화가났다. 직원들은 영어를 잘 못하고 모든 객실이 흡연실이라 담배냄새가 심했다.

• Angela (10/5): Fabulous relaxation and stunning views - A truly outstanding experience and amazing value for money. The outdoor baths on the 7th floor were incredible and it was such a treat to wear the yukata, obi and haori to the baths and to dinner. The duvets and buckwheat pillows were luxurious. The staff were terrific. A unique opportunity to experience the Japanese version of the spa holiday, crazy souvenir shop and all!

• Seng Heng (8/5): Take the half board package - The best part of the hotel is the dinner, we took the half board package. The onsen is ok, beware they change the onsen location between male and female between day and night.
• CP (8/5): Nice osen in hotel - Big rooms. Nice buffet breakfast and dinner. Osen was great too. Near the cable car station. Decent souvenir shops at lobby.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The staff was impatient and unfriendly most of the time, which rarely happens in Japan. Even there was a closer elevator to the room they did not let us use it when we were carrying four large luggages. In the morning they were calling every ten minutes to check out when we already asked for a late check out. The room is old and the water is not warm at all,not a nice experience when it is ice cold outside. The sheets were smelly and we can still see ashes not cleaned. The location was good for hot spring and ski.

We stayed in the western style modern room, but too warm for us ~ we called for a technician who said no aircond but heating. The window can hardly be opened. The reception was not very friendly when we checked in, and probably he was not in good mood while his colleague was scolded by another guest in front of us. We were a group of 5. Another room was brighter and less stuffy. We were punctual for dinner at 7pm but there was no table for 5. They dont have shuttle bus to the nearly public bus station. We would not stay there again.

The room is not clean and old. and the condition is not good in the hot spring. I do not recomend to this Hotel to anyone. you want to try I don't mind you will feel just like dead!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Family friendly and onsens with superb view - Nice onsen with indoor and outdoor options, and great views of Sounkyo surroundings from the onsens. Rooms are comfortable and staff welcoming. Buffet dinner spread is good, though some variation for visitors staying more than 1 night would be better. The Kurodake ropeway and town centre are about 5-8 minutes walk downhill, hence a very good location to explore the spectacular autumn colours on Mt Kurodake. The hotel also has a lovely garden with views where one can spend pleasant afternoons.
• Boo Hwa (8/5): Modern Japanese rooms are big and comfortable - Their onsen facilities are limited. I've been to better ones. Buffet dinner quality was good although choices could be improved. Breakfast spread was ordinary. Need to drive to get to sightsee waterfalls and ropeway.
