- Aloïs (10/5): Magnifique localisation & staff aux petits soins - La localisation est très centrale, juste 2 minutes à pieds des télécabines du Pléney. Les chambres confortables, une terrasse avec vue sur les pistes. Le staff était aux petits soins, en particulier au restaurant avons pris nos petits-déjeuners & dîners, deux des serveurs en particulier ont été extrêmement gentils et prévenants avec nos deux enfants de 4 et 7 ans, tout au long du séjour. Nous reviendrons.

- Matthew (8/5): - A very comfortable hotel in an ideal location. A delicious selection at breakfast and very helpful staff. The addition of a room to store a bike was also very useful. The only thing that could be improved was if the cleaners could lock the door after cleaning my room. Everyday I would lock the door before leaving and return to find it unlocked. This is the only thing I would improve!

The hotel is very clean and cozy with delicious dinner and varied breakfast. The atmosphere is relaxing at every step, starting from the entrance. The hotel staff are very nice, helpful and friendly, at the first request rushing to help and doing everything very quickly. The room was cleaned every day at a convenient time for me. The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bed linen is very beautiful! Everything was excellent! I will definitely come back!

I booked a last minute ski trip and was due to arrive late night, so the staff called me and arranged two delicious cold plates for our room instead. The staff are brilliant, so friendly and helpful. The Hotel is beautiful, spacious authentic rooms, lounge and dining areas, centrally located, with a few minutes walk to the Super Morzine lift. Now the food…OMG..Amazing gastro experience! I knew nothing about this Hotel beforehand, I literally booked it on the plane as I was flying out, so expected to pay a bit more….the reality was….it was worth every single penny..it’s an absolute gem and I’m making plans to go back. Thank you to all the staff ✌️🙌

It was absurdly small, 6 sq meters at most plus a small (!) bathroom, with a glimpse (!) of the sky. I suspect that they mistakenly rented out the broom closet.

- Flavio Daniel (10/5): - L'établissement était sympa nous somme allez pour nos 1 ans de couple j'avais demandé a la dame si ils pouvais mettre un petit quelque chose ils nous on mis un cœur en pétales sur le lit et offert 2 verre de champagne c'était super meme si nous somme allez sur le week end du rally la chambre était super bien insonorisé établissement super joli dans le thème ( chalet ) Pas vraiment de parking approprié a l'hotel ce qui est dommage mais plein de parking payant est non payant au alentours

Excellent selection of fresh fruits, cereals, juices (you can even squeeze your own orange juice - delicious) cheeses and cooked meats Staff were so friendly and the hotel beautiful. We will definitely be staying there again. Can recommend the barbecue in the evening (only on selected evenings though)

We had a massage in the spa which was amazing Hairdryer in room wasn’t fit for purpose unfortunately. Breakfast was delicious but I would have liked some dried fruit and nuts.

- Benjamin (10/5): Une équipe aux petits soins dans un établissement avec de belles prestations - Vous ne savez pas vraiment ce que veut dire "aux petits soins" avant d'avoir visiter cet hotel. Tout le personnel, et en particulier la gérante, sont absolument adorables et proposent des services en plus ce que qui était prévu dans la réservation. Petit déjeuner servi plus tôt dans le cadre de la Spartan Race, accès à un parking privé gratuit à 2 pas, accès à la douche après le checkout... Absolument FABULEUX !

- Lisa (10/5): We highly recommend this gem in downtown Morzine! - All the people at the front desk were exceptionally helpful to us. Our baggage was lost at the airport but they gladly made phone calls for us as we do not speak French. They even drove to a tech store 5 km away to purchase a SIM card for our phone. We are truly grateful for such outstanding service. Also, the hotel is beautiful with authentic wood interiors and decorating. Excellent breakfast!

I mostly liked staying there even though the negative part might be bigger than positive. Delicious omelette for breakfast I had the smallest room and IT IS REALLY SMALL approximately 2x5m including bathroom, so check carefully your reservation. The breakfast is very basic, everything is tasty but it might be not the buffet you're used to.

- David (10/5): The hotel had very friendly and helpful staff, and a delicious, gourmet quality, dinner menu. - The hotel is very central in Morzine. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to obtain a single occupancy room, something that is unusual in a ski resort. For those who are interested, there are bookable spa facilities on the lower ground floor and an on-sight bar, named the 19.38, after the year the hotel was first opened. Whilst the breakfast menu was very good, with daily 'specials', the four course evening dinner was excellent and of gourmet standard. In short, Hotel Le Samoyede is a great place to stay. I have nothing to add as, from my perspective and requirements, the hotel provided everything I needed.
