• Mohamed (1/5): Not worth for money. Try other property in Summersuite - Location was super comfortable This is worst place i have ever stayed within Summersuite apartment. There are plent of apartments within the summersuite. This property owner and the staffs were bad. Not wprth fpr the money. Room is moldy and smelly. No bathroom amenitites. They have add the same handwash for the showergel, bathgel and in the kitchen. AC was not working. The towel and bedsheet was not washed. Called the staff and got the new one. No washing machine. Bathroom was very bad condition. All this were compared to some other summersuite apartments i have stayed. I had to change to other property as this place made my trip worst.
• Mohamed (1/5): Not Worth the Stay – Avoid This Property - Location I’ve stayed in various Summersuite apartments before and had great experiences, which is why I chose this place for my recent trip. Unfortunately, this particular unit was a major disappointment, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. First, let me say there are plenty of other properties within the Summersuite series that are incredibly comfortable and clean, and I had high hopes that this would be the same based on my past stays. Sadly, this apartment was a huge letdown compared to the others I’ve experienced. From the moment I entered, I noticed an unpleasant, musty smell in the room, which was hard to ignore. The space felt damp, and it was clear that it hadn’t been properly ventilated or cleaned in a while. The room also had visible signs of mold in various places, which made it uncomfortable to stay in for long periods. It really didn’t feel like the high standard I was expecting. The bathroom was in a similar state. There were no basic amenities provided – no shampoo, conditioner, or soap. Instead, they had one generic handwash that they used for both the shower gel and kitchen, which seemed rather lazy. The condition of the bathroom itself was poor, a general lack of maintenance. Another huge issue was the AC – it wasn’t working. The room became unbearably smelly, and I couldn’t get any relief. For a place that charges what it does, I expect the most basic of comforts, like a functioning air conditioning system. When it came to linens, I was disappointed to find that the towels and bedsheets were not clean. They looked like they hadn’t been washed properly, and I had to call staff to get fresh ones. While the staff eventually responded, it was not the level of service I expected. To top it off, there was no washing machine, which is a pretty standard amenity in most apartments. It made things very inconvenient during my stay.
• Mohamed (1/5): Bad mistake to choose your accomadation - Center Location of the Kuala Lumpur where you can have MRT in 2 minutes walk and 7/11 shops. This is worst place i have ever stayed within Summersuite apartment. Staffs were supre rude. No customer serice. You have to call for everything including getting a new bedsheet or towel. After the i check i noticed that the tlwels and bedsheets were used and have oil stinks. When we call the staff return after an hour. No room clean service will be there when you stay multiple days. They cant keep ur luggage for 1/2 hours after checkout or before check in. Not a single water bottle was provided within the room for 4 days stay. There are plent of apartments within the summersuite. This property owner and the staffs were bad. Not worth fpr the money. Room is moldy and smelly. No bathroom amenitites. • Sander (3/5): Ballentent - The location was great and the room was good as well The check in desk is a coffee stand, which is really weird and hard to find if you don’t know this. We booked a night in this room. However when we arrived they told us we booked a day for a few hours but that they couldn’t put this in booking.com. In the booking it said we booked for the night but they wouldn’t let us stay unless we paid extra.

Oven, electric pot, didn’t work. No hot shower. Colder than “warm”. Also, building B units don’t have laundry washer even though it is indicated as amenity. No coin laundry nearby. Rooms is Building A that are managed by a different company seem to have washer installed in each room. M

• Carmen (6/5): Fair for the price - 1) Location is good - located near a train station 2) Convenient - 2 convenients store at the lobby and price is not expensive, and ATMs are available as well. 3) The swimming pool is unique where it is made of glass. Hence, see thru. 4) The room is somewhat clean with basic amenities (except for the bathroom) 1) Customer service Check-in information was not clear, especially on the key collection, and there was no guidance on how to hse the access card during collection. It stated that the deposit can be made via credit card, but it is not the case. Lucky enough, ATM is available at the lobby. 2) Mouldy bathroom The bathroom is quite rundown, where moulds are all over the ceiling as well as the door, and the lock does not work. The moudly smell is all over the unit, especially after the shower.

• Ol’ (5/5): Never again. - No breakfast so not applicable Communication with the management was difficult and fraught with what I would call deliberate misdirection. The quality of the apartment was well below my expectations and well below what the advertised pictures and description presented. As previously mentioned, when I arrived I was charged RM100 more than advertised and then given a complicated story to give me what I was led to believe would be a discount or rebate of RM60. This never happened. Smoke and mirrors. There was much smiling, nodding, hand wringing and “I DO understand, sir” comments but it was all, I felt, rather dull and I feel like I have been treated poorly. We’re not talking huge amounts of money, but the principle is important. Also, I’d like the Booking.com website to more accurately portray this property to reflect it’s reality.

No update, we had to ask by ourselves on whatapps. - 200 ringits deposit that we were afraid to fight for on checkout. Turned out being hassle free, but we were concerned). Still very annoying. - Lot of fines threats (like being told on whatapps that late checkout is charged extra or smoking fine on the room wall etc). That's not super friendly. - Owner slow on answer and not trying to provide extra mattress - Annoying card access to elevator - Rooms not feeling fresh. Old paint, old and ugly and badly equiped bathroom. But nothing overly bad. Just not great. - View facing directly another building

• Megala (5/5): Overall it’s ok - Easy location. Easy check in and out. The 1st day stay is ok.. just the tv remote cant be used. The 2nd day stay the room lights only one can be switched on. So the room is dark.

• Scott (7/5): Good - Reception staff were super friendly from arrival to departure. We had a late flight and they looked after our luggage too. Property gives you great access to the monorail, walking distance to a number of attractions. Good value. Pool area was great! Brilliant break from the heat. The room we were in was starting to look a little bit tired. Nothing major but needed a touch up paint wise the bathrooms are a wet room style without having a great deal of space so unfortunately the door frames have seen some water damage so again just need a little bit of TLC. But nothing that would put me off booking there again for an excellently priced stay!
• Jayadeep (10/5): First look before you book booking.com didn't mentioning it's a 6hr booking hotel.otherwise problem - It's one apartment this is the most beautiful room with everything on it u got personal sofa,tv, refrigerator, personal dinning overall experience on the room good though booking.com has to change its for a day book not for 6 hrs book if you are doing then mention it clear They didn't give me early check-in and first time I booked a 6hr.hotel.room i never know this type of booking are there.BOOKING.COM didn't mention on top that you are booking for 6 hrs after arriving there then I know I booked for 6 hrs this is very bad experience again the staffs Also told this type booking comes only from booking.com.Its so bad to reach a new country and have to book again a new hotel though you paid for a hotel.

• Monika (9/5): Good choice - The apartment is cozy and the Summer Suites complex overall is a great place to stay - modern, secure, there are grocery stores and a cafe at the lobby. The elevators are clean and really fast (you wont get that in all residential buildings in KL). Plus, the area around is pedestrian friendly, so you can easily walk to some of the main spots of KL Didn't like the shower. No hand soap provided. Couldn't find any international channels on TV.

Now it is in the details but when I booked, they just mentioned that the check in was after 3 pm but it was until 9 pm after all. Well my flight arrived at 9:30pm and they only decided to tell me this in the same day as the check in. So, everything went well but i was so stressed not knowing if i was going to have accommodation or not after a 20h flight.

• Jo (2/5): Below standard cleanliness - Central location and accessible gym in the building. Convenient having shops on the ground floor. The bathroom was mouldy and the wooden door and frame are rotting due to the moisture and there were small flies around the drain. The dirt around the extractor fan made it ineffective. The mattress and bedding needs replacing and there is a large stain on the sofa seat. One of the air conditioners was not working and the carpet in front of the sofa was dirty. Our apartment was on the 22nd floor, apartment 16 and we feel that the owners could make a few small changes and attention to detail/cleaning to make this a comfortable, pleasant experience for guests. We stayed here for 6 nights and sadly we would not recommend.

They not prepare towel like usual hotel...the security is good but it become so hassle for me because they have gate before you going up and you need to touch card inside the lift if you going up or down...
