• Regina (9/5): Super Lage gegenüber der Kathedrale - Ich habe mich die letzten zwei Tage in meinem 9 qm Zimmerchen wohl gefühlt. Die Pension liegt fast gegenüber der Kathedrale, besser kann man kaum wohnen. Da das Zimmer zum Innenhof lag, war es auch absolut ruhig. Bars und Restaurants liegen vor der Haustür. Es war ein wunderbarer Abschluss meines Caminos.

• Alai (10/5): Excelente Ubicación - Nos quedamos aquí luego de hacer el Camino de Santiago y que sabroso lo céntrico que estaba! Vino super bien para poder pasear la ciudad, tener muchas opciones para comer cerca, y además para ver las procesiones de semana santa desde la ventana! La chica de la recepción fue sumamente amable! Si queríamos tener las ventanas abiertas para airear la habitación, nos veían todo desde al frente.

• debora (5/5): - El personal es maravilloso, súper atento y nos atendieron super bien. Las instalaciones muy limpias. La ubicación es excelente para ver el centro. Las habitaciones de la pensión son extremadamente pequeñas, de un edificio antiguo han hecho todas las habitaciones posibles sin que te puedas casi mover dentro. La zona es súper céntrica y depende de para que quieras alojarte allí está bien …o no… ya que hay mucho ruido por la noche y las paredes finas del alojamiento no ayudan. Se escucha todo en el edificio.

• Charles (8/5): For solo travelers looking for a nice private room at the end of the Camino for a great price. - Excellent location close to the main cathedral square and within easy walking distance of so much of the old city. The staff at the nearby hotel was extremely helpful and even helped book a taxi for me to get to the Santiago airport. The shower and bathroom were modern and clean. Be prepared for the concept of a "Pension" - meaning you only have a small private room and a bathroom. For me this wasn't an issue but do not expect a hotel-sized room.

• Lauren (9/5): Wonderful stay after my Camino , central but quiet. - This property is right in the middle of the historic section and yet not on the busiest street so quiet. I had a room on second floor and it was small as advertised but comfortable and modern and totally fine if you don’t have a lot of gear which was the case as I packed for my Camino walk. So convenient to step outside and be amongst the historic section and close to the cathedral. Friendly staff when signing in . Only comment would be when it rained the drops were noisy on something in the courtyard which was loud through the night. Perhaps it could be looked at?
• Mabel (10/5): Te la recomiendo 100% Las fotos no le hacen justicia, es mil veces mas bonita - La ubicación inmejorable Pero además las instalaciones nuevas ,impecables Tenía miedo de sentir claustrofobia porque era una habitación individual de 9 m2 ,pero para nada .Es perfecta Una 2da planta sin ascensor pero son tramos cortos ,no fue nada Le doy 1000 puntos Por decir algo El aire estaba en color. No se podía poner frío Y daba un poquito de miedo abrir la ventana porque terminaba un techo justo al lado de ella. Pero cuando me duché y me dormí, lo hice como un ángel Me sorprendió mucho para bien

• Nancy (9/5): Superb location, excellent staff. - Location was excellent! Short walk to everything. Staff was very helpful, especially with setting up bag transport. Hotel and pension are a block apart. Lots of stairs, no elevator. But we had just finished the Camino, so we were in good shape.

• Wild Galicia Adventures (2/5): Was very disappointed and would not stay here again. - The room was clean and comfortable, the location was great but there was a problem with the booking that could not be resolved by the time we traveled. As someone who regularly uses Booking.com to arrange accommodations for both myself and my clients in Santiago, I was very disappointed by this experience with both Booking.com and Pensión Rua Nova. I was traveling with my brother and booked a room with two twin beds for two nights just a few days before our trip. (Typically, I book well in advance, but this was a last-minute trip.) During the booking process, there was no warning or indication that twin beds were unavailable. I selected the two-twin option, proceeded to payment, and only afterward received an email from the property stating the beds might not be available. I replied immediately, explaining that two separate beds were essential, but were told that a double bed was the only option. This was not acceptable, as I was not going to share a bed with my brother. I requested to cancel the reservation, but the property directed me to Booking.com, and Booking.com directed me back to the property. By that time, the full payment had already been charged. Despite several emails back and forth, the issue was never resolved in time for our trip. I stayed at the pension, while I had to book a room for my brother elsewhere, incurring additional cost and frustration. The pension, located around the corner from the main hotel, also had issues. On the first night, around 10:30 PM, the fire alarm went off. No staff came to check on guests, and after several minutes, one guest had to call the front desk. The alarm was eventually turned off, but no follow-up or apology was offered, leaving us feeling uneasy and a bit neglected. This whole experience caused considerable stress and frustration and I would not book with this property again.

Faute de restaurant de dejeuner ouvert nous avons prit a la carte et tres decevant la personne qui s'occupait du dejeune etais pas tres souriante je ne recommande pas vue le prix et l'acceuil. Maintenant on parle des lits pas confortable et de la chambre minuscule pour le prix. Chercher autour il a mieux ...
