• Jatu (8/5): A place to rest during Blok M Culinary Trip - It's located in Blok M area, close to the very hyped Obihiro Nikudon and Drunk Baker. A good option if you look to spend a weekend exploring Blok M culinary. I had problem with the AC in my room but the hotel staff fixed it right away and the rest of my stay is comfortable.

• Haji Othman (3/5): Encouraged me to find other place in the future - NOTHING 1, THE COFFEE WAS COLD... 2. Starbucks in the Lobi, no lobby space to ease off. 3. The AC was so hot after 2.00 PM, and the maintenance staff did not attend. 4. The room floor has access to the toilet, RIDICULOUS. 5. The electrical kettle had a faulty system. It did not stop automatically, and overheated with split water. There was a Safety Issue.

All staffs at hotel were very helpful. Mr. Ami Sebagai Front Desk Agent was very helpful, gentle and ever smiling person. He was very prompt. early morning at 2:30 am he promptly book taxi for airport. He guided taxi driver to take me airport comfortably. I am looking forward to see him again in my next visit. It is cool to have Starbucks in the lobby.

Check in process was smooth and fast. Location wise - walking distance to all the famous and hipster places. My toilet clogged and took quite some time for the water to flow

The hotel personnel manager Mr. Dicky (?) checked everyday the work of the staff personally including the ones who clean the rooms. No restaurant in the hotel. Only bakery. Must go out to have a meal. The lobby has not enough chairs for the hotel guests because many seats and tables are occupied by young people who did their work on their laptops for hours. Sometimes the noises from the street disturbed us. Luckily we were staying on the 5th floor.

• Listria (8/5): It was pleasant experience overall - One of staff at the evening shift ( receptionist ) were so rude to me judging by my appearance. I mean cmon , I paid for two nights stay and checked out at first day , yet she was treating me like I am some beggar just bcz my appearance a bit messy ( I am a mother of 11th month old baby , we were staying there before travelling to dubai ). The rest of staffs are very kind and helpful , especially the security and bell boy who helped me printed some documents that I forgot to print before I went to the airport .

It is convenient because there is a Japanese market right in front and a shopping mall 5 minutes away.

There is a Starbucks on the ground floor where breakfast is provided by 9:00. WIFI is free but not strong. Although the room was non-smoking, it was filled with smells of cigarettes when I checked in. In total, the hotel is cost effective.
