Hotel was smaller & simpler than I expected and location wasn’t awesome, but convenient if you wanted to be close to shopping centers Probably just location and that there was only one elevator. I was suppose to travel for work but that fell through and it was too late to cancel, so that was a bummer.
• TKOUTDOOR (8/5): The location and amenities at the hotel are top notch! - The size of the room as well as the stocked kitchen (although we didn't need to make sure of this). Great option for people staying for a few days. We like the location as we travel through quite often.

The pull-out bed/loveseat you have to make yourself and mattress was too thin. Hated the sliding barn door for the bathroom.

The ice machine on the second floor was out of order, and large carpet stains were in the hallway. Mildew in corners of the shower.

• Verified traveler (10/5): The staff is very accommodating and friendly - The hotel was amazing. Unfortunately I’m embarrassed to have been the part of noise complaints coming from our room. I had an angel (Cassie?) pull me from a domestic violent situation. I am forever grateful to have that intervened when it was happening, without her- and her comfort to me, I would’ve stayed in a situation that we all know would have gotten worse. She took care of me and saw what was happening. I’d like to have a conversation with her, because it all happened so fast and I’m trying to put the puzzle pieces together from that night.

• bryan (6/5): - Bathroom fan didn’t work, reported to maintenance and was told something on the roof was broken. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Pool wasn’t maintained during the day so there was standing water everywhere which made it unsafe
• Joshua (10/5): - The only thing bad about this facility is the pool. The floor is so slik, my kids kept sleeping and falling. I had to walk like I was 60 years old to not feel like I was going to fall. The tile is like a slip and slid.

• Alger (6/5): Stay was fine but after traveling a long day with kids cool hot tub was a disappointment - Room was clean. Beds were comfy. The room was a great size and loved all the counter space vs annoying coffee tables. Breakfast was fine wish there was fresh fruit though besides bananas and apples. Ie melon, berries, grapes I would expect that from a hotel this nice. Hot tub was wasn’t hot at all. But there was no reason as to why the staff just said yep it’s not hot as if it was the norm. We heard the person above us in their bathroom. That was odd.

• Teri (8/5): - The upholstery in the breakfast area was soiled and dirty. Our room was noisy one night and I called down to the desk. He tried to call the neighbors no luck —they offered to move me at 11:30 at night. That was not a solution. They took $44 off my bill. I stayed 4 nights. That was not a lot off for the noise. Better insulation. Disappointing.
