It’s a nice hotel in an excellent location. The facilities were quite nice and the staff helpful in providing space for our family gathering. However, there were kids running up and down the halls at 2:00 in the morning, so the staff does not do a good job of managing guest behavior. I also felt that the hotel is overpriced for what you get in return. I have stayed at nicer hotels complimentary services such as water and/or coffee all day and, at the very least, a light continental breakfast.

• 707alainat (10/5): 10/10 would recommend - Very nice rooms, clean, functional, and comfortable. The designs in the room are modernly updated, the shower in particular is quite nice. THE MANAGEMENT, Justin in specific, was exceptional. Very kind and attentive, we had a slight inconvenience and he handled it with ease. 100% would recommend and would stay again.

Loved the bar next door. Excellent area! Also the balcony was an added bonus for us. Not clean, cleaning staff needs to pay more attention to details. Daniela at the front desk was smug, rude, cut my husband off from speaking. Extremely poor customer service. At check in room still wasn’t ready until 430.

• Quianna (9/5): My stay was amazing. I will stay there whenever I’m in Grand Rapids. - The staff was top tier. Renee was the best upon first greeting and any time I seen her throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff was also amazing, they made sure we did not miss anything. There was some gym equipment that was not working properly.

• matthewsQ3866SD (10/5): Nice place! - Great location and beautiful room. Spacious room with a nice balcony. Pool area was nice and indoor/outdoor hot tub is fun. Breakfast is $20 per person so we grabbed breakfast at a local donut shop.
• 156ishanij (6/5): Business Travel Stay - Average Service - I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. Although I didn’t use all of the amenities, the hotel appeared to offer nice options for guests. The only area that could use improvement is customer service. At times the interactions didn’t feel as warm or welcoming as expected. With a bit more focus on hospitality, this hotel could be an excellent choice for travelers visiting the area.
• Becky (10/5): - It was a perfect place to stay to visit our family member at Raybrook Senior living . We could walk over to visit. The only issue we had was with kids running and cannonball jumping into the hot tub while we were trying to enjoy it. That totally ruined the relaxing time of the stay.They were in the pool area from the time we checked in until closing time of the pool.

• Trek33848771149 (10/5): great Hilton option! - i stay at alot of hotels- this Hilton is better than the rest! clean comfortable rooms, but the entire staff was top notch- the bartender was fantastic, the lady helping everywhere in the bar restaurant clearing tables, asking how everything was, and even the gals at the front desk were over the top with service- pleasant and friendly. i ate dinner there 2 nights in a row- both nights it was fantastic. i highly recommend if in the MI area. close to shopping too!

• Pisula (9/5): Our stay was good and overall comfortable. - Everything was good as far as quietness of room, location, staff. Cleanliness is big factor in my choice of places to stay. The room was very clean and I even felt comfortable walking on the carpet barefoot. I loved the shower! Not sure there is anything. The pet fee was higher than most places we have stayed but acceptable for our 2-night stay.
• Miles (7/5): Not what I was expecting from a Hilton. - The layout of the room and the amenities were great! The sheets and the duvet were perfect. I wish I had them at home! The hostess did an excellent job of checking me in and answering my questions. Breakfast was tasty, and the variety was perfect. There needs to be a mat to stand on for the shower. The shower bottom was slippery. I was with two 71 year olds and they decided not to use the shower since I had a bit of trouble with the floor being slippery. Also, I could not get the shower head to switch to the handheld side. The beds were hard and had no give. The pool room was extremely warm, and the windows seemed to be corroded by rust. None of them were functioning to let some of the heat and humidity out.

• Claudia (8/5): - I stayed at this hotel for a day and was very impressed with the overall look and cleanliness the place is beautiful and well maintained. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and attractions nearby, which made exploring the area very convenient. However, the service at the front desk could use some improvement. I found the staff lacking in customer service skills, which took away from an otherwise great experience. With better front desk service, this would be a top-tier stay.

• jalee58 (10/5): Nice hotel Clean Quiet Spacious Rooms - This is a great hotel. Well maintained, guest rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. Nice showers as well. We did have an issue with the Direct TV box connected to the TV. I had to turn it on separately with the remote by going over to the credenza it was mounted behind and pointing the remote behind the credenza to turn it on. Not the end of the world, but it shouldn't be that way. The only drawback for some might be that they don't offer a complimentary breakfast. I will say that $20 per adult for their breakfast buffet on weekends is kind of high. Especially when so many other hotels that are just as nice offer complimentary breakfast. That said we had a great one night stay and would stay here again.

All hotel staff we encountered were very friendly, even wished my daughter good luck on her cheer competition. We will definitely be staying again next spring for competition as well. Lots of food and shopping options around as well. Very clean hotel and check in/out was very easy.

The hotel was clean and well taken care of. The mattresses and pillows weren’t my favorite. They were both a little too soft for my liking and it made sleeping difficult.

Soo many good eats in GR for same or less. TV internet reception was very spotty, good thing we only wanted to watch in morning.
