- Suzie (5/5): - Location Charged for parking in their own parking lot. Breakfast cold and juice dispenser out. Very noisy.. We were there for a big volleyball tournament and the hotel couldn't have common courtesy to open the breakfast up earlier on Saturday and Sunday so the teams and family could get breakfast before games.. they already had the food set up before 7:00 a.m. both days but wouldn't open the curtain sooner to access breakfast .. The toilet didn't flush and I had to get them to fix it.. which meant someone was going in my room without me there. No supervision of the swimming pool and hot tub area by staff to make sure rules are being followed. There was a situation in the pool area I went to the desk and the front desk worker said I don't have access to cameras.

- Paul (8/5): Great hotel for the price! - Rooms were great with kitchenette and we were able to have a connecting room with our daughter’s family. No housekeeping service our whole visit (Wednesday through Sunday). And breakfast buffet was mediocre.

- Carolyn (10/5): - The rooms were perfect. The kitchen area was superb! The staff were also very nice. The pool was filthy with gobs of hair both in the water and round the pool on the floor. Door locks were not working and so doors were left open to the outside.

Floor 3 might need some work done to it cause you could hear the floor making a creaking noise walking down the hall towards rooms 411-403

- Tracy (4/5): - We checked in late and parking was full were told we can't park in restaurant lot but then told we could (which made us nervous about getting towed). Night check in was new and not very helpful - but morning person was much more supportive and helpful. Room overall was cleanish but areas were really dirty (shower entrance, dishwasher exterior, etc.) so made us feel like overall cleanliness was lacking - even my husband said it seemed a little gross (and he isn't picky). We did check in late and tried to switch rooms to give the hotel a second chance but none were available so we decided to check out early. I provided feedback directly to Hilton and they emailed and acknowledged the issues with the shower and said they were addressing - so really appreciated the quick feedback. The location was really close to restaurants and the mall and the pool area looked pretty nice - but our next trip to Roanoke we will be staying someplace else.

- Ashley (10/5): One Night Stay - Spent one night here. It was a wonderful experience and the restaurant across the street was also a plus.
- Gurley (10/5): The best stay we ever had anywhere! - We received an upgrade to a larger suite and it was amazing! It was only for one night but the TV was difficult to use.
- Shaun (2/5): Disappointed from Delaware - The staff were polite and the exterior was well kept The first night we discovered we had fleas in our room and the beds were very uncomfortable. After notifying management our rooms were switched and yet again more fleas, more uncomfortable beds and this time I had to be a maintenance worker on the toilet. Luckily, I was able to remedy that matter. We cut our stay short and left a day early. To top it all off our last night the fire alarm went off at 4:30am fire trucks showed up to the property we all had to temporarily evacuate our rooms. At this point we left understanding this was a sign to leave. I was very disappointed we weren’t offered any sort of coupon or adjustment for the many troubles we experienced. I travel about every 5 weeks for a week each time. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had to date. See attachment for flea killed in our room

The adults were standing outside or drinking by the grills, but not 1 adult in pool area the entire hour we were there. This included unsupervised toddlers! They were also in the hot tub!

- Amanda (2/5): Noisy guests - Convenient location and we have stayed here many times before when it was newer. Close to highway, easy access to downtown Room was in disrepair - curtain roller couldnt be raised or lowered, switchplates missing, lamp by bed was hanging (someone may have bent arm) and lampshade detached. room had adjoining room which was occupied by a loud couple who had friends over and were partying until going out at 11pm - and returned to have a loud fight at 2am - then watched TV until 3am loudly. Adjoining room made it sound like they were in our room. At check out mentioned maintenance issues and was given a angry look (and I didnt even bring up the loud neighbors). Never again will I stay here.
- Amanda (6/5): Was a nice hotel - good location, close to mall and chain restaurants (Longhorn, Chikfila, Olive Garden etc) and easy drive to downtown Some issues w maintenance - switch plates missing, curtain roller non functioning (couldnt raise/lower because chain no longer engaged), peeling wallpaper, lamp not working. When I mentioned at check out, in a kind manner, I got shot a look. So thats fine. There are other choices.

- savvyj726 (10/5): Great accommodations and amazing staff! - An attentive and accommodating staff! Kudos to Alison, Nakita, Antony, and Gary. Traveling with an elderly person requires additional amenities, and they did not disappoint. The room was spacious and looked like the one online. I appreciated the hearty breakfast, including a cage-free egg patty, spinach roll, waffles, etc.

- BethAnn01 (6/5): Reasonably nice but with safety issues. - The hotel itself looks new and is reasonably nice but clearly not being maintained at all. The pool was out-of-service with no indication it was being worked on, several items in the room were broken, and most concerningly the security latch on the door was broken, leaving no way to safely secure the room overnight, in a building that is easily open to the public.
