• nezam (10/5): - Ich könnte ohne weiters einen Koffer über die Zeit meiner Rundreise lagern! Ich komme wieder! Jakarta geht unter. Nach einem heftigen Regenfall stand alles unter Wasser. Hatte aber nichts mit dem Hotel zu tun. Die Lage ist mitten im Herzen Jakartas und somit bleiben diese Eindrücke nicht aus.

Need to prioritize the cleaning p - The property is look welcoming at first and the staffs are nice and accomodating . The linens, comforters and pillows are all filthy. They charging customers about stains and holes in the linens for certain amount but we inspected the room especially the linens and pillows we found out that linens are dirty and stained and the worst part was the comforters are dirty and get blood stained and pillows are all filthy and stained too . And linens get holes and the coffee maker is broken and not working so I have to get it replaced . The AC was dirty too and smells molds in the room . Need to clean the AC because it made the guests sick . They want us to change rooms but when I checked the rooms it's all the same. Pillows , comforters and linens are filthy.

• LUCINDA (10/5): Great transit hotel - Clean ,comfy bed. Good hot water shower with free shampoo and soaps etc. Room number 517 - really quiet room. Staff were all lovely. Airport pickup was easy. I had number to Whatsapp the driver and it was all easy, they came 10 mins early. Lots of great places to eat around hotel and a roti O inside for breakfast. For an overnight stay it's great. It was 12 mins from airport. Dropped of by bus in morning on 7am shuttle for 9.30 flight. Only took 12 mins again. I was worried when I booked due to bad reviews but it has been the best transit hotel I have stayed in Jakarta for the budget. Nothing

• Louise (8/5): Très pratique pour une nuit proche de l’aéroport - Super pour une nuit, très proche de l’aéroport. Et une navette gratuite est mise en place par l’établissement donc vraiment très pratique. Le personnel est très accueillant et aidant. Un service de réveil est même utilisé pour nous rappeler l’horaire de la navette ! Rien qui puisse nous déranger sur une nuit.

• Neevetha (6/5): - I like the surroundings of the hotel. It had alot of shops(for food). The local food were nice. The breakfast provided at hotel wasn't much of a choice. It was just nice. The Roto O cafe downstairs is really nice. The coffee and the bread. I was abit disappointed with the management. Since I booked two rooms with a large bed on online. When I went to check in at night around 8pm. The receptionist simply said large bed rooms were booked. And we only left with twin beds. Whereas I made a booking for the specified room too. Anyhow I was staying at dprima hotel since it was closer to airport and it's very convenient. My previous stay was at dprima 2. I loved it there..

• Cristina (7/5): - Don’t expect a five stars hotel but it is very clean and for one night stop is great. Very close to the airport. The hotel offer free shuttle service from and to the airport. The communication before arriving to the hotel was pretty hard. Thought I contacted the staff 2 days before our arrival, they sent us the info about the shuttle when we arrived in Jakarta Airport where internet did not work too well. In the end, after one hour of messages, we found the spot.

• Giulia (5/5): - Positivo: è abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto (per quanto sia necessario prendere un Grab per arrivare in struttura). Negativo: avevamo scelto questa struttura per la vicinanza all'aeroporto e per il servizio di navetta tra questo e l'hotel, servizio del quale non abbiamo potuto usufruire perché attivo solo in determinati orari (e il nostro aereo sarebbe atterrato troppo tardi). Consiglierei di mettere in chiaro gli orari della navetta sulla pagina di descrizione dell'hotel. Inoltre nonostante il nostro piano fosse non fumatori, nella nostra camera c'era una forte puzza di fumo di sigaretta. Abbiamo provato a rivolgerci alla reception per risolvere la situazione; ci è stato detto che qualcuno del personale sarebbe passato a controllare, ma non si è presentato nessuno. Il costo complessivo non è commisurato ai servizi che vengono offerti.

Por lo demás, tuvimos que dormir con la luz encendida porque no hay interruptores en la habitación. Lo único bueno, el precio y el servicio.

Shuttle bus condition needs improvement 🙂 I do not complain, since its included in a very cheap hotel's price. Yet, i am pity to the drivers/stafs. They are already helpful & nice, if the shuttle bus' door that can not be closed, or the bus suddenly stopped and needed customers to push it 😅, this situation may lead to customer unsatisfaction. And I think it's totally not the drivers to be blamed.

Overall nice and cozy for stay we booked for twin single bed but was given twin queen bed instead

Morning eyes catching cos so many beautiful training air stewardess just beside the premises.. Grab service was fast and efficient. Not much choices for breakfast because it was being packed and send to the room. Aircon need to service ,quite noisy and Water heater as well. Shuttle service timing doesn't suit the check out timing.
