tareq_alomairi (8/5): Nice hotel in holy place - The hotel has verity in rooms type and the staff so friendly , also the buffet was good with nice verity. I recommend this hotel and many thanks to reception supervisor AZAAM TERKESTANI for his attitude and cooperations.
merabet20 (10/5): Amazing trip and best service ! - I just returned from a trip to Saudi Arabia and I booked Afraa hotel. It was the best decision, it's clean, spacious, the staff is super friendly, the food is excelent, the inside rooms are modern. They have a bus doing back and fourth to el Haram. I highly recommend you to follow the standards, if you need the room to be serviced, please call the department, don't just tell the housekeeper if you see him doing the next door one. ...etc..... They have a nice cafeteria where you can enjoy a nice capuchino, tea... Mr. Díaa from the front desk and his team are simply spectacular......Jameel from the front desk was excelent, I can't wait to go back and see the Afraa family again.

ABDULRAHMAN (6/5): - الفندق لم يتوفر به خدمة حمل الحقائب بالإضافة الى ان مواقف السيارة لا تمكن جميع السيارات الدخول بها بسبب المدخل الضيق ، الإفطار لم يكن بذاك المستوى والخيارات محدودة
ahrari (4/5): Close to Main Street - The overbooked the hotel, the security guard and cleaning guys were stopping me from entering the hotel. Finally another guy who spoke a little English came and allowed to enter the hotel.
Ahmed (8/5): - Very good stay. only the bus to HARAM is not coming on time all the time. In RAMADAN you need to take the hotel bus to a place where you then have to take public bus to go to Haram and vise versa. Not sure if this is the same in other days

azsultan (8/5): Good value for money - The hotel is new, the staff is very helpful and the location is very good as we are talking about the hotels located out of HARAM area, the breakfast was very good and they provide free transportation to HARAM. the room is good and the bed is comfortable.
ahmedsubah (8/5): Nice hotel to stay in - I stayed for two nights in this hotel, the room was very clean and beds were clean. Wifi was really slow and the service was below average. We had iftaar, food wasn't that good, i give the food 6/10. They need to hire more staff to serve the residents.
