İlk kez gittiğimiz bir ülkede bebeğimizle güvenle konaklamamızı sağladıkları için teşekkürler. İsteklerimizi hızla yerine getirdiler. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemekleri için otelin tam altında anlaşmalı bir restoran vardı ve yemekler muazzamdı.

• Rafiqul (1/5): Very very worst experience I have ever experienced in my life. - One of the worst guesthouse in the world. Even the servant room is much better than this room. It is soo dirty, glass partition in the bathroom is broken. No lift, there is staircase but the width of the staircase is 2’ which is very narrow. There is a small space in front of the reception which is full of scrapes. They took USD t170 room rent per night whereas it’s not worth of even 20 Dollar. I wanted to pay the bill by credit card but receptionist asked additional 3.5% for credit card commission. Nothing reflect this property for guest stay.

Breakfast was nothing very fancy but tasted fresh and good. Room was good and clean but the bed linen needs to change. Linen is old and yellow.

• Nic (9/5): Staff were very kind, attentive and eager to please so that my say was exceptional. - The beach is just naturally beautiful. I was a little surprised that there was trash scattered on the beach and at times broken class. It seems it could be helpful for the local government to hire people to pick up trash and glass multiple times a day. But the beach was still VERY beautiful so I just cleaned up a little where I sat to be safe. The food smelled nice and warm. I misunderstood that I had a dinner option as well so I never ate it. Only ate breakfast one morning and preferred to buy fresh fruits from the market the night before. Maybe a little microwave in the room as well could have been nice for reheating food but not a horrible issue!
• Anslam (5/5): Passable - Location I sincerely hope Booking.com takes this feedback seriously and prioritizes customer experience over profit. The property listed does not match the photos shown on Booking.com. The doors were covered in fungus, and there were no basic toiletries provided—not even hand soap. I had to go to a supermarket at night just to buy soap. Cleanliness is a major issue. The room was full of mosquitoes, and the towels were old, faded, and clearly not replaced in years. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and often didn’t work at all. As for the breakfast, it was very disappointing—just three pieces of toast and one fried egg, which was not at all appetizing. The only positive aspect of my stay was the older waiter who served breakfast; at least he greeted guests with a smile. Booking.com should focus on ensuring quality standards are met and not just listing properties for revenue. - i my self is a Hotel General Manager

They were doing some kind of construction work right in the next room and hence it was very noisy and dusty. The picture on the booking page is totally fake. Really appreciate their work, the dinner was good (they provide the good deposit in cafe next to hotel) It was impossible for our family to sleep. After a week on the island, we adopt with the whether, but here was too hot to sleep without AC or Fan, but FAN is too fast and can’t control the speed (became too windy - easy to get sick), AC isn’t clean inside to be used. That’s why we had to open window and tried to sleep under the noise from street and tons of mosquitoes.

Power sockets are not adjustable, feels like need to travel with adapters in order to connect any electrical device. Spider net under the table.

The restaurant below is Kicks and the next bldg is Coconut tree. Says incld brkfast. In brkfast u receive 3 extremely dry slice of bread, extremely over fried and dry egg with 1 sausage.

• Wee (8/5): Coconut Hulhuvilla - A pleasant 2 night experience - Pleasant 2 nights stay with comfortable bed and good water pressure. Staff, especially Imran was very accommodating. Only a stone throw from the beach. The complementary Male city walking tour is a great bonus. No elevator. Stairwell is rather narrow. Breakfast options could be better

In the middle of night calling to collect the remaining charges for accommodation , it was informed to reception on check out I will pay. But in the middle of night they will call 2. No security, there is no safe box in room 3. The staffs are rude , Prasant and Habeeb 4. There is no one on the on duty , even when you come for checkout at 0500 am the hotel reception is closed. And you neeed to call them and bring. This is really unacceptable and inconvenient 5. I had the worst take away breakfast in there , one piece of cheese sandwich, and two of watermelon and 1 egg . 6. I book the premium room of them , the villa with spa bath . But there is no privacy for tourists. When we ask them to make some arrangements for privacy they told it’s not possible to cover the places . (When you are in bathroom, the next building people will see you )
