• gianluca (9/5): Amazing hotel on the Salar! - Amazing hotel! Loved it since the time we stepped into the reception. Great style and design. Lovely service. Nice spa. Large and comfy rooms. Great breakfast. Good choices for dinner! Surely not a cheap option (rooms a bit too pricey even if low season, personally speaking), but a luxury experience indeed. Only remark: in the morning spa is open but sauna and steam room were not operating even if they told us they were.

• craigsY5487NR (8/5): Tiny rooms, good outdoor amenities. Nicest hotel around this area. - The outdoor fire pits and ponchos are great additions. The rooms are tiny and I’m not sure why given how much room they had to work with. Internal rooms have windows to the hallway with inadequate privacy blinds. Dining staff were excellent. Had check in issues due to bad communication at Hidalgo tours, which owns both the tour co and the hotel. Spa looks better in photos but is fine.

• Rafaela (10/5): Da diversão ao relax no meio do deserto! - O hotel, por si só, já é uma experiência no deserto! As atrações e a presteza dos funcionários em cada canto são diferenciais! Apenas uma observação para o banheiro, na minha opinião, não condiz com a estrutura do hotel.
• 泰幸 (8/5): Great location, fantastic view. Hotel needs a facelift though, - Fantastic location. You can walk out onto the salt flats from the hotel. Great view as well. The hotel was well-heated taking into account the tempurature drop in the evenings. The salt construction seemed a bit of a novelty and hotel infrastructure was dated(ex. slighty moldy showers and facets). Seemed overpriced.

La agencia de turismo que tienen adentro del hotel... contrate tour y no fue bueno menos tiempo y al llenar encuesta que ellos solicitan esta la guía encima de uno leyendo lo que se escribe... y fue ella la que estaba desde un comienzo apurada por terminar el servicio siempre, contrate 2 hrs por 400 dólares y con suerte me llevaron a 2 partes en 45 minutos A una velocidad muy lenta diciendo que no se podía andar mas rápido... siendo que todos los otros vehículos andaban a mas velocidad

Queriam fazer um grupo de seis pessoas aguardarem um único quarto que faltava limpar, sendo que os outros estavam limpos e prontos. E ainda atrasou 30m do check in.

• Daydream738380 (10/5): Incredible stay - The hotel stay was incredible and the spa specifically was so good it was truly a one of a kind experience with a jacuzzi with drinks and snacks to a one hour massage by Ariana. I was hosted by Laura the whole time and was truly taken aback by how great the service was the whole time. Joana was a great hostess in the restaurant and outside activities during sunset/movie hours and carousel rides

• NeilCu (8/5): Good public areas, ok bedroom but appalling bathroom - The public areas are airy pleasant and comfortable. They’re well kept and the friendly staff are always on hand. The bedrooms are ok - not sure what room type we had but it was a “matrimonial” room according to reception (don’t think honeymoon!!). The room was ok, small but comfortable bed, aircon and heating, tea/coffee. Not much of a view as the hotel is on the muddy bit of the salt plain. Most of Uyuni is a mud plain, obviously the salt plain is different and amazing. The food is all buffet - it was ok, we were a bit poorly so it would be wrong for me to judge the food. The bathroom was like something from a 1950s Berlin state owned hotel bathroom (to conjure up a picture)… think broken tiles, missing grout, tiles falling off, wobbly toilet seats, awkward door openings etc. Overall really awful for such a hotel… maybe we got a “not yet refurbished” bathroom? On a very plus side there’s an on site doctor which we had to use for a bout of sickness - we administered pills and oxygen which was all for free which was generous (main reason for giving it 4 not 3). Anyway it seems this is as good as it gets around here so you’re stuck!

• Sanaa (8/5): Great experience - We love the location in the middle of the desert. We felt so peaceful. The room is very nice and big, well designed. Breakfast was very good. The hotel has another restaurant that we’ve been to twice for lunch and dinner, the food is delicious and the service was just perfect. The outdoor seating area especially during the sunset is spectacular. We loved the vibe. The staff of the hotel are very friendly. There is a free shuttle to the airport. The bathroom was not very comfortable. The shower leeks so the water goes out and we had to dry the floor after every shower. The toilet door doesn’t close it needs repair. There is not even one hanger in the bathroom for a single towel which was inconvenient.
• Tatiana (9/5): - In this area, it is one of the best hotels. It is not a 5-star or a premium property — rather simple and provincial — but acceptable for this location. You are unlikely to find anything better nearby. Breakfast is average, with a lot of bread. A nice plus is the beautiful common outside area with a fireplace, perfect for spending the evening by the salt flats.

• Gusespeche (8/5): El lugar es excepcional, aunque durante mi estadía sucedieron algunos inconvenientes - La ubicación, las comodidades y la atención del personal. El primer día nos dieron una habitación que no era la que vimos en fotos al reservar, con una cama muy corta en la que fue incómodo dormir (somos personas de estatura media). Al segundo día nos cambiaron a una como la elegida y estuvo todo bien. La última noche hubo una fiesta con música tipo disco a muy alto volumen hasta las 3 am, que no dejaba dormir. Llamé a recepción para quejarme y me dijeron que el dueño del hotel había organizado esa fiesta. Me parece desconsiderado de su parte, ya que muchos huéspedes se levantan al amanecer para ir de excursión al salar o para tomar vuelos. Además, el complejo Palacio de Sal cuenta con un restorán externo, donde quizás podían hacer la fiesta sin que la música llegara a las habitaciones.

Paiement en bolivianos au change de 10 au lieu de 6,7 taux officiel du jour, parce que réservation faite via booking! Tout simplement inacceptable de majorer autant! Très déçus de ce service et on vous déconseille de passer par Booking car ça nous a coûté 100 dollars de +. Vraiment inadmissible!!!!

Many rooms have twins bad that is an issue . Although we came as couple we were given a room with two single bed. Fire places outside are very nice and good for extremely cold temperature. Breakfast and dinner were very good many variety of selection.
• Patrick (10/5): Wonderful - Room View Hotel facilities Staff Breakfast Spa Taxis organized by the hotel are very overpriced and not comparable to regular prices offered by taxi drivers in this area itself. In addition, they do not charge per taxi but per person. Call a taxi service from Uyuni and you will pay a 4th of it.

• BrazilViajante (8/5): Solid Choice in the Region: Strong Service, Minor Drawbacks - This is a very good hotel. The staff is extremely friendly, and the common areas are very beautiful. The pool and sauna area in the spa are very nice, although the number of lounge chairs by the pool is very limited. There’s a small amusement park with a merry-go-round and a Ferris wheel, along with a restaurant/karaoke bar. The rooms are comfortable but very small, with no closet or drawers to organize our clothes. The bathroom is good, but the shower is really small (I have only seen such small showers in budget hotels, which is not the case here). The food is very good, made with regional products such as quinoa and llama meat. It’s a little overpriced, though. Nevertheless, it is a high-level hotel compared to the choices in the region.

Voto eccellente per lo staff sempre attento e gentile, ottima la pulizia degli spazi comuni. Tutto ciò che vedrete è gratuito, ad eccezione dei servizi massaggi e del cibo. Bella la ruota panoramica, il focolare, la possibilità di dipingere. Struttura molto calda La struttura si fa pagare molto bene, non accetta i pagamenti in valuta locale. Camera pulita ma non in modo eccellente, vetro della doccia che perdeva acqua, un unico piccolo armadietto malandato, assenza di ciabatte di cortesia (per un luxury hotel dovrebbero offrire questo ed altro). Qualità del cibo sufficiente, colazione non molto ricca di dolce (il cappuccino si paga a parte). Prezzi dei massaggi totalmente americani

• Giulia (8/5): Amazing escape, magical location - Amazing hotel in the Uyuni Salar, superb location and good food! The pool and sauna area are nice but should be maintained a little more (my hair became green after a sip in the pool). Also, considering the location of the hotel, it should offer non only a transfer from and to the airpor (once a day) but also a free transfer to Uyuni center if needed.

• Giulia (10/5): Struttura da sogno nel salar - Posizione nel salar, staff gentilissimo hanno avuto over booking e una notte ci hanno mandato in altro hotel a loro spese ma sono stati molto bravi a risolvere il problema. La struttura in sè è la migliore in assoluto ad uyuni. Mi è piaciuto tutto. Forse le stanza con letti singoli un po' piccolina.

• Shital (6/5): - This property is located in close proximity to Uyuni Salt flat besides that services, staff and property is mediocre for the amount you pay. Property is unique, made from salt blocks but all other amenities are poor. Limited food option for dining, either food truck or buffet (which gave us food poisoning), spa staff have poor attitude and misguided us during our stay in result we couldn’t get spa service. Expedia VIP access is not recognized here. We communicated with front desk staff day before for room adjustment which was verbally confirmed but not provided at the time of check in. Check in staff have poor attitude and lack of communication. The only attentive service by staff was at the restaurant. Overall our stay was mediocre given that this is the best hotel in the area. I would rather book other economic options in the area vs paying more and getting less.

• William (10/5): If you want a unique stay in a unique place with a unique spa. You picked the right place - The spa is amazing! Bathroom could use a facelift for the price you pay for night. But on same note everything else about the place is exceptional.
• marygree (8/5): Perfect place from which to visit the Salt plains - What an interesting place to stay. Beautifully presented hotel. Staff were lovely. For me the buffet was disappointing, but the breakfast omelet was great. Small double beds were a shock after a month of travel sleeping in huge beds. Our shower was hot then cold and we were in a upgrade room
• Jane (10/5): Amazing stay!! Great staff !! Great Location!! STAY!! - The hotel is amazing and unique with a brand new kids playground with large adult ferris wheel, outside carousel 🎠 ride . Additionally they are currently finishing off bbq 🍗 pits so you can sit under the stars 🌟 and gaze ! They also have installed outdoor trampolines! The hotel is beautiful inside. The external areas probably could do with some regular checks and inspections. Our view from our room was amazing. Our room was built of salt blocks in an exposed ceiling. Very unique! 10 min drive straight onto the salt flats! Perfect 🤩 It is charging too much - but if you can afford it the. Book ! You won’t be disappointed
• ozallan (8/5): Interesting Hotel - A large interesting hotel on the shores of the salt pan. Rooms are a good size with two single beds. The roof is made of salt blocks. My room was on the opposite side to the lake& had no outdoor window but one that looked into one of the hotel corridors. The bathroom is quite large with a walk in shower. There are the necessary amenities. There are no TVs in the room. But the wifi is quite good and it is possible to stream onto your own devises. Most of the columns in the hotel are also made of salt. The floors are a bit odd as they seem to be wavey & not totally flat. The finishes aren’t the highest standard but are adequate. There is a small indoor pool in the hotel. It also has some amusement park rides outside which were not operating when I stayed there. The dining room is large. There is nowhere else to eat close by. The food quality is pretty good and the breakfast has a good selection of hot & cold dishes. There is also a separate bar area that looks out towards the salt pan. The hotel is a comfortable place to stay while visiting the salt pan.

• Felipe (10/5): Oásis no deserto - Trata-se de uma hospedagem incrível no salar do Uyuni. Destaca-se o atendimento, onde toda a equipe demonstra pro-atividade. A reserva pelo hoteis.com foi uma extensão da reserva realizada pela agência de tour que contratei, o que permitiu mais tempo para usufruir da infraestrutura. Por conta das reservas separadas tive que trocar de quarto. Percebeu-se que o segundo quarto, reservado pelo hoteis.com, ainda carecia de um reforma que já havia sido feito no primeiro, além de que por ter um anexo fechado, ficava extremamente quente durante o dia. O hotel conta uma uma piscina fantástica, área externa com roda gigante, bar, e fogueiro recém inaugurados, além de transfer gratuito para o aeroporto. O restaurante foi um destaque com comidas típicas como picante de língua, carne de llama e kalaphurka. Igualmente, os drinks são muito bem elaborados e com preço acessível. Vale observar que durante a estadia o hotel estava enfrentando um problema com água, de forma que a sauna a vapor não estava funcionando, e a pressão do chuveiro era fraca. Voltemos!

The tour to the salt lands is one Life time experiece. Definetly coming back, i sugest to take the whole tour with the same hotel

• Kelly (4/5): Greenhouse room - The room was fine when I first got there at night. However, during the day, it transforms itself into a greenhouse. There is only a tine window u can open. It is nearly impossible to stay there without at least two fans. However, it is very cold at night. Since I had made two different bookings. On the second night, I tried to change to a room with a king size bed. But apparently there was no availability for the room I had booked. The options given were, either stay at the greenhouse with two fans or move to a lower standard accommodation. I choose to stay in the room.and they tried to help with the fans. But it is not a good option.

• 437jacquelinew (8/5): Stylish Hotel - Very well located for the Salt Flats, & beautiful lobby & public areas. The spa was impressive, but sadly the swimming pool was not available due to some issue. The standard rooms are pleasant with a stunning salt ceiling. The bed was comfy, but a little small. Dinner buffet was limited, but the breakfast was varied & tasty. Rooms are off hallways that have irritating piped music, at hours of 0900- 2200 that could be heard in the room - very annoying.

• Vamsi (10/5): - Perfect location to be close to the Salt Flats! It's a bit of a distance from Uyuni but if you plan properly, you'll be fine. Staff here take very good care of you. Our bed was small, when we pointed it out they immediately added another bed. The hotel interiors are beautiful and interesting, and try to showcase the local environment. The breakfast buffet was very good, with an egg station. The one thing I wish would be better - the bar menu. The dinner buffet is not well suited for everyone, and the only other option for food is to order from the bar menu, which has very few options.

The tourist should understand that the rooms are relatively small because the hotel is built with salt blocks. It is a spectacular hotel, with saunas, swimming pools and jacuzzi. Massage service at incredible prices. The fabulous food and impeccable service. This hotel is not open twelve months a year due to the rains that can destroy it. Let's be aware of it.

• Dinah (6/5): Beautiful looking hotel with facilities but no privacy in your room and issues with shower and food. - Beautiful building and environment. The carnival theme outside looks like an awesome addition to their design/decor. I love the billiard table and fireplace as well as the pool and spa amenities. This was my favorite part of the hotel. the view was bothered by a constant stream of staff working and walking very close to my window so I had to close it. The room had water temperature and pressure issues. The pressure was fixed by calling the front desk and having service come but the hot water never came even though they said we needed to wait 5 min. We waited 20 4 different times and weren't lucky. The food for breakfast and the restaurant was terrible. We waited over 1.5 hours for our dinner.
