• Justyna (10/5): - Właścicielka czekała na nas z kluczami mimo późnego zameldowania. Była bardzo miła i uprzejma. Obiekt jest położony niedaleko Starego Miasta, prowadzi do niego mnóstwo schodów (można jednak część z nich ominąć). Dla nas nie był to problem, podróżowaliśmy bez dzieci. Obiekt jest bardzo czysty, łóżka wygodne, pościel świeża, pachnąca. Wspólna kuchnia jest wyposażona we wszystko co potrzeba (zmywarka, lodówka, mikrofala, czajnik elektryczny, toster, zaparzacz do kawy), cały czas utrzymywana w czystości. W koszyczku leżą owoce, którymi można się poczęstować, poniżej foldery i ulotki na temat Dubrownika. Z kuchni jest wyjście na wspólny taras. Nam to nie przeszkadzało, wiedzieliśmy o tym. Za darmo dodatkową opłatą istniej możliwość zrobienia prania. Widok z pokoju cudowny, poranna kawka i śniadania z widokiem na Stare Miasto i wyspę Lokrum-bezcenne. Nic.

• Harada (10/5): 素敵！ - 宿からの景色が素晴らしかったです！ キッチンは共用でしたが、同日の宿泊者の方々もマナーが良く快適に過ごすことができました。 バスルームは各部屋にあり清潔でした。クロアチアで宿泊した他の宿ではボディウォッシュがなかったですが、こちらは用意されており助かりました。 チェックアウト後も無料で荷物を預かってくださったのでとても助かりました。 シャワーの水圧が少し弱い点だけ気掛かりでした。
• Laurence (9/5): A pleasant stay, with April being the ideal time to visit. - The view is superb, with a terrace overlooking the old town. Thoughtful touches are everywhere—everything is provided: coffee, tea, sugar, and even towels for the beach. Everything is impeccable and very clean. The house is located on higher ground, so access is quite challenging (there are 430 steps from the beach). If you have a car, it’s better, but parking can be difficult.

• Weronika (10/5): Kameralny hotelik z pięknym widokiem - Kameralny hotel z sześcioma pokojami, do którego można się dostać po pokonaniu wieeeeelu schodów . Widok z pokoju był rewelacyjny, w pokoju czysto i niczego nie brakowało nam w wyposażeniu. Właścicielka naprawdę sympatyczna i pomimo tego, że zameldowanie jest oficjalnie od godziny 13, to nie było problemu z wcześniejszym zameldowaniem (bez żadnych dopłat). Śmiało mogę polecić ten obiekt! 😊 Brak. Jedynie należy wiedzieć, że żeby dostać się do hotelu trzeba pokonać prawie 400 schodów, co dla niektórych może być nie lada wyczynem. Słyszeliśmy również kłótnię właścicielki z innymi gośćmi hotelu, którzy nie potrafili się zachować i byli naprawdę głośno. Nie jest to jednak wina właścicieli ani obiektu. Szkoda tylko, że niektórzy goście nie potrafią się zachowywać jak należy.

Widok z okna przepiękny. Kawka przy wschodzie słońca i oczywiście piękny widok na zachód słońca. Dostępna kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie akcesoria niezbędne do przygotowania posiłków. Kawa i herbata oczywiście też jest. Pani właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna . Podsumowując pobyt BARDZO NAM SIĘ PODOBAŁO. Nie bylo niczego co by mogło mi sie nie podobać

In order to get great views you have to work for them but it’s only a 15 walk with stairs to the Ploče Gate and absolutely worth every step!

• Natalia (8/5): De ensueño - El dormitorio tiene una vista espectacular a las murallas y el mar. Estaba impecable y todo con mucho detalle y preocupación. Botellitas de gel de ducha, shampoo, toallas blancas, el tipo de sábana y colcha impecables. La ubicación es totalmente caminable (15 min) al old town y a las murallas, luego con ánimo nada más hay que subir las escaleras. Lamentablemente tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado, pero la anfitriona muy amorosa a pesar de no hablar tan bien Inglés me trajo de inmediato un ventilador para poder solucionarlo.

Not all rooms have a balcony attached, but there's a common balcony. So if you want a room with balcony, make sure you communicate that and confirm it.
• EDUARDO (10/5): - L'hotel es molt confortable. L'habitació molt maca I neta. La zona compartida per esmorzar (inclou cafe I te), s'ha de comprar el menjar a un super I te nevera per guardarlo. Es pot menjar a dintre o a la terrassa amb vistes al mar. Les vistes del mar I de la ciutat de dubrovnik son realment meravelloses. Les millors de tota la zona. Una auténtica postal. La propietaria molt agradable I hospitalaria. La ubicació te pros I cons. Al quedar bastant damunt de la ciutat s'ha de fer servir cotxe o uber per pujar. La distancia no es gran, son 15 minuts, pero la inclinacio es força dura.

No estaba lejos del centro, pero yendo con el carro del niño hay que rodear. Tiene para hacer café y café, y se agradece. Tiene unas escaleras para bajar y después unas cuantas para subir dentro del propio alojamiento. No sé si viene en la descripción pero yo no lo leí. Nosotros íbamos con un niño y carro, por tanto, en ese caso, no lo recomiendo. Además, para llegar al centro y a la playa de banje, que está todo relativa cerca, había muchísimas escaleras. No tiene sitio cerca donde aparcar. A la cocina le falta microondas.

Lots of sweating every time. You'll be okay if you're fit. The house is shared with 4 other rooms, so the view is often not private.
• Héloïse (7/5): Un appartement sous les combles avec une magnifique vue sur la vieille ville. - Nous avons apprécié que l'hôte nous propose de nous ramener en voiture à l'endroit où nous avions dû laisser notre voiture à 20 mn pour un prix raisonnable (15 euros). Nous avons été aussi agréablement surpris par la belle terrasse en commun que nous pouvions utiliser. Très sympa de boire un verre le soir avec la belle vue sur la vieille ville ! Nous ne savions pas qu'il était interdit de circuler autour de la vieille ville en voiture. Seulement les résidents y sont autorisés. Ce qui fait que nous avons dû laisser notre voiture à l'autre bout de la ville et venir avec un taxi jusqu'au logement. De plus, nous n'avons pas vu que la topographie était autant en pente, ce qui fait qu'il était super difficile de faire des allers retours depuis la vieille ville, ça grimpe très raide ! La vue se mérite !

It’s only 15 min to old town, but these 15 minutes is just steps, steps and steps again. Do it when it’s 40*C outside and you are going to lose your will to live.

Communal Kitchen had lots of amenities and kept clean. Lack of privacy. Not being able to undress in the room unless curtains closed as balcony for communal use and room backed on to balcony. Could be seen and heard by other guests if they were on the balcony.

• Sadia (10/5): - The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the property itself was spotless with an amazing view truly a peaceful and scenic spot to unwind. I really enjoyed my stay here! A few things to keep in mind: the property is on an incline and requires taking stairs to get around, so it may be challenging for those with mobility issues. While you can take an Uber from the airport or bus station, relying on one every time can be a bit impractical depending on your plans. Also, the Wi-Fi in the room wasn’t very strong, so it might not be the best choice for remote work. That said, it’s a lovely place overall and great for a relaxing getaway. I’d definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a scenic and peaceful stay!

We would have like to have room numbers marked on refrigerator shelves because we had a group of eight and we didn’t know whose food was whose. There were 2 other rooms that shared the refrigerator with us. Nothing big but a little suggestion

There are a fair amount of steps up to the hotel from the beach/ into town but your taxi can drop you right out side the front door!
• txutxi (8/5): Escalones - El apartamento está muy limpio. La terraza es compartida. Nosotros estuvimos en el ático y teníamos que bajar si queríamos disfrutar de la terraza. Tienen cocina compartida que se puede utilizar y también esos espacios muy limpios. La ubicación es mala, está en la zona alta de Dubrovnik. Para bajar a old town muy bien pero para subir hay 382 escalones contados. Si no estás en forma o tienes algún problema físico imposible hacerlo por lo que te tendrás que coger Uber cada vez que quieras subir al apartamento con el implementó de coste que supone. Unos 10 euros cada viaje. También hay autobús pero no lo cogimos, aunque también habría que subir escaleras una vez que te bajas. Valora los precios excesivos de Dubrovnik para valorar tales opciones

Localisation éloignée de la vieille ville, plus de 350 marches (sport local vers les locations!) en dénivelé de la plage. Difficulté à trouver des places de parking autour de la location. Prix des parkings trop élevés.

A leírás nem tér ki arra, hogy a panorámás terasz (ami tényleg szép) csak a közös konyhából közelíthető meg, és 4db szoba közösen használja. A foglalásban a szoba részleteinél 4db szobáról mutatnak képet, 2 a tengerre néz 2db nem, ezért 50% esély van arra, hogy kilátást kap vagy nem a vendég. - Autóval megközelíteni nem lehet! A leírás megemlíti, hogy parkoló nem biztosított, azonban arról nem tájékoztatnak, hogy behajtási engedély köteles a terület, hiába nem az óvárosban van Az ajánlott legközelebbi parkoló 1,7km van ahol 2nap-120 euro, 3nap 240 euro (tényleg)! A legolcsóbb parkolás messzebb van 24 euro/nap, de taxival (uber) kell menni utána. -A házigazda a panaszokkal nem foglalkozik. - A wifi olyan gyenge, hogy nem működik. Ezeket az információkat ismerve jó hely, csak a megérkezés örömét a sok kellemetlenség elrontja. The accommodation is good, but they cheat the guest! - There was no panorama from the booked panoramic room! The description does not mention that the panoramic terrace (which is really nice) can only be accessed from the shared kitchen and is shared by 4 rooms. When booking, in the room details, they show pictures of 4 rooms, 2 with sea view and 2 without sea view, so there is a 50% chance that the guest will have a view or not. - You can't get there by car! The description mentions that there is no parking, but they don't inform you that a permit is required to enter the area, it is not located in the old town. The nearest recommended parking is 1.7 km away, where it costs 120 euros for 2 days, 240 euros for 3 days (really)! The cheapest parking is further away, 24 euros/day, but you have to take a taxi (uber) to get there. - The host does not deal with complaints. - The wifi is so weak that it does not work. Knowing this information, it is a good place, but the joy of arrival is spoiled by many inconveniences.
• Cornelia (9/5): Exceptional view! Short hike from the city centre - Highlight of the property is definitely the shared balcony from which one has an amazing view over the old town and Lokrum. We loved having breakfast or dinner there! 😎🤩 The host was also super nice and helpful. A lot of stairs to climb - no supermarket/café/restaurant that’s just around the corner. But that’s the price for the fabulous view!
• Michaela (10/5): Ankommen und wohlfühlen - mit Wow-Ausblick! - Wir sind begeistert von dieser tollen Unterkunft! Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist sensationell. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber - man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich und spricht sogar deutsch. Es lief alles sehr unkompliziert und reibungslos. Toll fanden wir, dass es kostenfrei Strandtücher zum Ausleihen gab. Die Unterkunft befindet sich am Hang ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß außerhalb der Altstadt. Es sind auf diagonalem Weg 193 Treppenstufen zu gehen - alternativ kann man auch die Hauptstraße ohne Treppen nehmen. Das Fitnessprogramm ist also inklusive - und der Ausblick belohnt. Große Empfehlung von uns! Ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon wäre noch super gewesen, dann könnte man dort draußen auch im Schatten Frühstücken. Es gibt aber auch Tische im Haus (direkt vor der Balkontüre) zum Ausweichen - daher ist das nicht weiter schlimm.

• Uwe (10/5): Komfort ohne Einschränkung - Bisher das Beste, was ich bisher gebucht habe: komplette Ausstattung, wie im Luxus-Hotel, nur im kleineren Massstab! Balkon mit herrlichem Blick hinunter aufs Meer und die Altstadt. Netter Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche. Alles Top sauber!Sehr freundliche, Deutsch sprechende Dame des Hauses! “Null”
