Pas d isolation au niveau des fenêtres ( bouchons d’oreilles indispensables)Confort succint, sol de la chambre en béton… climatisation très bruyante et difficilement réglable . Petit déjeuner moyen .

• Luigui Angel (10/5): Buen lugar para descansar. - Me gustó la ubicación ya que es muy fácil llegar y tienes todo cerca, las instalaciones son agradables y limpias, el estacionamiento es amplio y de fácil acceso, se los recomiendo. Llegué de noche y los pasillos estaban oscuros, me costó encontrar el número de mi habitación.

• LORENZO RODRIGO (6/5): Es bien pero empieza a decaer - La propiedad esta bien en general, pero comienza a tener descuidos en su mantenimiento. Me he quedado un par de veces alli pero cada vez la veo mas deteriorada, el baño se tapa y los equipos de aire acondicionado ya hacen demasiado ruido.

• Heidi (5/5): Best & worst customer service in same night and outdated furnishings; Maybe not worth the price? - The Doormen were AWESOME!! They are the customer service SUPERSTARS of your hotel!! Both the nightime guy and the morning one. THey both are the absolute BEST! Especially Rosebud. Soft, horribly unsupportive, worn-out old beds. SO BAD. The worst I slept in 9 days of driving the length of Mexico. Also, the most rude, impatient check-in young man at front desk. He was just awful. Please treat these young people how to provide good customer service! I don't speak great Spanish, but if people give me the chance and slow down and listen patiently, they can always hhear what I say. But no, not this guy. He acted irritated, impatient, didn't want to listen or be bothered. ANd I was extremely EXHAUSTED--it was my final day of driving 5,000 miles solo and I needed dsome kindness and courtesy. ALSO: Place was horribly outdated for the price charged and for what I come to expect from Fiesta! Worst of all--that BEd--so awful. Please, change the other worn out decor later--we. only have to look at that. It's the BEDS we must SLEEP in. My back hurt so badly the next day I could barely walk.

• Achim (8/5): Great base for a visit to Cañón del Sumidero - Room and bathroom were clean, staff was friendly, Wifi worked well. Breakfast was OK. It's in a great location if you want to go to the Cañón del Sumidero (highly recommended). Supermarket and small restaurants are close by. If you're noise sensitive ask for a room not facing the street as it's quite busy. Would stay there again. The place could use a face lift (the photos must be quite old already). The owners might want to think about investing a couple of Pesos in shower curtains so it's possible to take a shower without flooding half the bath room.
• Eliska (6/5): Unclean budget place - Good breakfast included and a kind young man at reception who was trying to be very helpful. The rooms are not clean. Floor is dirty, there was hair everywhere. Blood stain on a pillow and holes in the towels. The overall feeling of the place is very unclean and worn.

• Lopez (9/5): Staying at this hotel was a great experience, I would definitely recommend it to others. - The rooms were very large, spacious, and clean. The staff is amazing, very helpful, friendly, and understanding. They provide the minimum resources, for example there was no complimentary water; but despite this I would stay again.

• Claudia (2/5): - No me gustó ya que las sábanas y toallas se notaban percudidas y para taparse eran puras sábanas delgadas al bajar por el desayuno me dicen que solo era para los adultos cosa que no me especifican al realizar el chec in las cortinas de las ventanas ya se ven muy viejas y rotas y por último en los pasillos tienen los colchones q me imagino ya ni tienen en uso y da un mal aspecto el elevador es muy pequeño apenas entraba con mis 3 hijos

• Zuzana (7/5): Good - we booked this hotel cause we wanted to go to the Sumidero viewpoints the next day and it turned out to be the best location for us - viewpoint very close, gas station, oxxo, bodega supermarket and car wash with vacum cleaning (for 80mxn) just down the hotel - for us perfdct cause we flew hone the day after. good local mariscos restaurant near by (El Chevere). the room definitely needs renovation but it's ok for 2 nights, it has nice night view. the hotel staff doesnt really give a damn about anything :D parking just behind the hotel, wifi ok, no drinking water. we had breakfast the first morning and I got stomachache for 3 days, either from the bean paste (was disgusting) or horchata. my husband was fine after hot cakes :)
• Martin (8/5): Spacious rooms - Spacious rooms, big beds and enough shelves for your stuff, even in the bathroom. Grocery store right next to the hotel entrance. We can't rate the breakfast because we've left early in the morning (before 7 am). In one of our three rooms there was a bit scent of desinfection, maybe because there was no real window, just one to the hallway. Beware of tiny ants that can show up if you leave any food unpacked for a while.

• RICARDO (4/5): No lo recomiendo hotel sucio y sin buen servicio - El hotel tiene un precio bajo pero eso no implica que el servicio sea malo, rente 6 habitaciones para cuatro personas cada una y no había toallas me dijeron solo una toalla por habitación y como no me iban a resolver el tema su respuesta fue pues llamen a hoteles y cancelen … no lo recomiendo

• Slot (7/5): Mixed feelings - The best aspects are the location (on the road to Chiapa de Corzo, Embarcadero to Sidero and the Miradores). The breakfast is truly truly truly AWESOME. Other plusses: Pemex right next to the hotel, OXXO (small supermarket) underneath as well ad a pharmacy; both open 24/7. Well... The photo's of the place are muche nicer than the place itself. It felt a bit run down. I had to sign a form that the hotel want liable for damages or losses. But there is no safe in the room. So, you have 3 options: deal with it, refuse cleaning (do mention this) or take everything with you. This is what we did. As a result the cleaningstaff also left the tip (propina). In the hallway young male guests (dont know why) hang or ly down on benches to make calls. It not only gives a strange feel to the place, it makes it a bit dodgy too. Going up and down to my room didnt feel great.
