Im Nachhinein schade um jeden Cent Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig, ich habe den Betreiber darüber informiert dass unser Appartement in vielen Bereichen sehr schmuddelig sei. Er war anfangs auch noch freundlich, aber das änderte sich bald. Er wollte mir andere Appartements zeigen ,was an sich ja auch der Weg ist... Leider waren in ca 5 Appartements, die als alternative Lösung vorgeschlagen wurden, kein einziges richtig sauber. Ich brauchte das Appartement nur als Überbrückung für ein paar Stunden, bis unser Zug fuhr. Ich hatte die Zusage ab 14 Uhr zum Check In, wir wollten gegen 13 Uhr fragen ob wir unsere Koffer schon abstellen durften , er ging mit uns ins Appartement und meinte, wir könnten dann auch gleich einchecken. Später wirft er mir vor , dass die Zeit zum sauber machen nicht gegeben war wegen dem frühen Bezug des Appartements...... Das Appartement was wir dann letztendlich bezogen ,war dann, :"okay " mehr aber auch nicht. Er hätte den Preis trotzdem reduzieren müssen, er war dann allerdings zum Schluss sehr kurz angebunden, und ich hatte keine Lust mehr auf Diskussionen. Abschließend gesagt, unmögliche hygienische Zustände, schmutzig und unprofessionell. Eine Entschuldigung kam nicht , und natürlich auch kein Preis Nachlass Ich habe für gut 6 Stunden , in denen kein Bett benutzt wurde, nicht geduscht wurde und auch sonst tatsächlich nur ca 3 Stunden in denen wir wirklich da waren, knapp 80 € bezahlt und er das Appartement doppelt vermieten konnte.
- Colinda (7/5): - Personeel was super vriendelijk - we hadden helaas wat problemen in de badkamer maar dit werd super snel opgelost. De locatie was ideaal, alles op loopafstand, koffie zaakje in de buurt. Ruim appartement met prima bed en de benodigdheden in de keuken. Smarttv is oud maar werkt wel. Het appartement was helemaal kaal - geen leuke bekleding zoals op de foto's. Het is ietwat uitgeleefd, de bank is helemaal ingezakt, en er zitten hier en daar wat vlekken/beschadigingen op muren/deuren etc.

Los chicos de recepcion muy cordiales. el apartamento tiene buena luz y es tranquilo para dormir. Una terraza amplia orientada al Oeste (la luz de la tarde es maravillosa) No había sitio prácticamente para deshacer la maleta. Por el precio que pagamos (un poco más alto de lo habitual en la zona), esperaba un poco más. No hay sitio para colocar las cosas en el wc, tuvimos que coger una de las dos sillas del salon. Mi chica encontró algun pelo en la cama. Los ceniceros en la terraza estaban llenos de colillas.

- Ania (9/5): Top - Top. Bij binnenkomst een upgrade gekregen naar het appartement met een dakterras van een vriendelijke medewerker. Ruim appartement en een fijn bed. Door de rolluiken minder lawaai gehoord en lekker uit kunnen slapen.

- René (8/5): - Fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof. ÖV fast vor der Türe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, einige Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Bett sehr bequem. Personal sehr freundlich, Einchecken verlief ohne Probleme und ich bekam das Zimmer sogar schon etwas früher. Küchenausstattung eher dürftig, ist eigentlich wirklich nur zum Frühstück machen. Im Bad fehlt eine Ablage für Duschmittel an der Dusche. Das große Restaurant mit der Terrasse gegenüber könnte störend wirken wegen Lärm, zum Glück war gerade geschlossen wegen Umbau. Zur Reception gelangt man nur über einige Stufen. Nicht mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar, bei Ankunft am Besten in den 1. Stoch fahren und den Koffer dort stehen lassen, man muss einige Stufen zur Reception hoch laufen.

Great restaurants so close by and supermarkets on the way back from the station each day. Lovely modern, clean, fresh room with lots of light in the day. Even a lift to apartments if you have heavy luggage. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! absolutely nothing!
- Nabil (9/5): Def a good stay - Great location, close to Groß Edeka and train station. Spacious apt, room darkening shades, good heaters, quiet despite near busy street. Helpful staff. Mattress and pillows not too comfy and a bit dirty. Missing certain kitchenware like a small pot and pan to make a boiled or fried egg and a grater would have been helpful. But we improvised.

- Ela (10/5): Very comfortable apartment in a very good and well-connected location - Large, beautiful, and very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. The terrace balcony was also a bonus. It is also great that there is a reception all day and that we could leave our luggage after check-out. The location is also perfect - very close to the main train station, walking distance to the main town centre and the old town area, surrounded with shops/markets and many good restaurants, and well connected to tram and metro stops/stations. Will definitely stay again! Everything was great.

- Yvonne (9/5): - Loved the sunny, spacious apartment within easy walking distance of the central area and old town. We appreciated being able to use the private garage opposite so our car was secure and we weren't worrying about finding a space on the street. Just be aware this is a bustling city and the apartments are on a main road, so emergency vehicles' sirens can be noisy at times.

- Thorsten (5/5): - Appartment war schön groß. Begrüßung war freundlich. Das Inventar war schon ein bischen abgerockt und zum Teil schmutzig. Im Bad hing der Toilettepapier halter ganz komisch rum. Die Couch hatte auch schon bessere Tage hinter sich. Im Kühlschrank waren die Halter für Flaschen defekt und lagen einfach im Kühlschrank drin.

- Inge (9/5): Prima, comfortabel en op loopafstand van centrum. - Prima plek, schoon, ruim en heerlijk bed. Op loopafstand van centrum. Reden was bezoek musical waar vriendin in danst. Dusseldorf zelf vonden we een heel saaie stad met weinig te doen, weinig echt hippe plekken en weinig groen. Kort bezoekje was meer dan voldoende. Wij zaten in appartement 11. De luxaflex aan voorzijde functioneerden niet allemaal, kamer is op zuiden. En slaapkamer ligt aan achterzijde, als je de blindering open deed zag je alle airco’s. Daardoor kun je in de nacht door het geluid van de airco’s beter je raam niet openzetten.

Sofa was uncomfortable for sleeping, plus street noise was creeping in living room at night. Apartment looked empty, could use some more details like a clock, painting, mirror etc.

(8/5): Top voor paar dagen - Locatie is Top, Garage fijn aan de overkant, Personeel erg aardig en professioneel, Appartement is enorm ruim, raam-shutters bij alle kantel ramen/deuren aangenaam en verduisterend. Schoon appartement, en met de Lift prima Keuken is minimaal ingericht, 1 wijnglas, geen borden, geen snijplank. Banken in woonkamer nogal doorgezakt
- Nick (9/5): Ανετη διαμονη στο κεντρο - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, άνετο μοντέρνο διαμέρισμα. Καλή τιμή. Λίγο παλιός εξοπλισμός στην κουζίνα. Δυσλειτουργικά τα κομοδίνα δεν έχουν αρκετό χώρο. Το δωμάτιο με το κρεβάτι θα μπορούσε να κλείνει με πόρτα.

- Mireia (5/5): COMODA PERO MEJORABLE. - La ubicacion y la amplitud del apartamento. la accesibilidad es un poco complicada si vas con equipaje (maletas) Ademas, faltaban algunas cosas en la cocina, como microhondas o algun recipiente pequeño para poder utilizar. Todo eran ollas grandes. Y... no encontramos la terraza que se indica en el anuncio. :)
- Bernd (9/5): Mitten in der Stadt in sehr schöner Lage mit guten Komfort. - Die Lage war sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Man konnte mehrere Stationen des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs sehr schnell erreichen. Zimmer und Bett war sehr komfortabel. Schön wäre noch eine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit der Fenster gewesen.

- suzanne (7/5): Prima verblijf gehad in hartje centrum van Dusseldorf - Vriendelijk personeel, zeer ruime kamer op een goede locatie. We hadden kamer op de 5e etage (nr. 51) het geluid van de straat, bovenburen en het onderliggende restaurant viel ons wat tegen, ook de keukenlucht kwam via de slaapkamer naar binnen. (grill-lucht).
