• KUANCHI HUANG (9/5): CP質高 - 本來是住銀河行館，被升等到銀河酒店，價格很優入住銀河酒店，娜路彎好佛心。 房間超大，雙人房給兩張雙人床適合有兩個小孩的家庭。免費的宵夜，小米粥、檸檬愛玉、冰淇淋機吃到飽；兒童遊戲區設備充足小朋友很喜歡，周末晚上還有大廳音樂演奏。　住了三天兩夜，台東都在下雨，原本要去聽東浪嘉年華也只能取消，因雨待在飯店，吃吃喝喝，泡湯游泳，小朋友遊戲室玩耍，沒出門也不無聊，渡過了放鬆的假期。 環境整潔需稍加強，房間陽台有菸蒂，遊客素質低落，走廊上有菸味。　裝潢稍舊了，有受潮裂開了，這點瑕不掩瑜。

• 明忠 (2/5): - 早餐的選擇性還算多樣，補餐的速度也蠻快的 廁所的沖水有問題，沖下去又彈回來，要沖好幾次，棉被、床的塵蟎似乎很多，我們ㄧ家人每個坐到床上，大家都開始打噴嚏過敏，家人當晚還因此引發氣喘，入住前已有詢問櫃檯人員是否有清潔乾淨，櫃檯回覆房務有處理，但我們入住還是噴嚏連連

• James (10/5): 有機會再來台東，一定會再來！ - 房間無論空間大小、床鋪舒適度、免治馬桶、清潔與衛生….都很棒！尤其還有個陽台，晨起在陽台上遠望含笑的青山！心情真的很棒了‼️ 每天都提供免費飲料、礦泉水也充分提供！ 早餐超棒！ 更重要的是櫃檯服務人員（一定要推舉「佳芬小妹妹（抱歉，她的姓不太記得了），每天都笑容可掬的提供高品質的服務！ 沒有室內停車，愛車得日曬雨淋！

• Angela DORME (8/5): Un arrêt à NARUWAN - La chambre est très confortables. Il y a un Spa ( gratuit) et une laverie ( payante avec 50 yuan pour le lavage et 50 yuan pour le seche linge) mais tous les équipements ne sont pas fonctionnel. Il y a deux type de petit-déjeuner, traditionnel et occidental. Aucun des deux n'est exceptionnel.
