• Julia (10/5): Parfait ! - Hôtel super bien entretenu, dans l’hyper centre mais sa position dans une rue perpendiculaire vous assure le calme! Tam et Ha sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, de bons conseils et aux petits soins pour vous. Pick up à l’aéroport et au départ de l’hôtel pour nous déposer à Ninh binh pour la suite de notre voyage. Chambre nickel, balcon très apprécié et propreté je recommande à 100%

• Kerry (8/5): If travelling on a small budget i would stay again - First impressions of rooms are very basic and old fashioned but beds are clean. rooms are cleaned every day with new towels for bathroom, price and location however are very good. Staff were absolutley wonderful, friendly and very helpful. Entrance to hotel is off putting but when you get used to it its fine, rooms are very basic.

Le personnel est poli et respectueux comme partout au Vietnam. L'hôtel est dans une ruelle sombre et triste du centre ville , dommage ! Les chambres sont petites . Pour une nuit ou deux, mais pas un long séjour .

• Louis (1/5): - The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always available. They made the stay more comfortable and were very professional. This is not a true 3-star hotel. The hotel looks different from the pictures online. There is no proper space or table to have breakfast. The location is also not ideal, as there is a car cleaning business directly at the entrance of the hotel every morning, which makes the place look unprofessional. I don’t understand how the owner or management can tolerate this.

La ubicación es muy buena, en una calle tranquila porque de día lavan autos, pero a media cuadra de pleno centro y movimiento. La primera imagen, que es un lavadero y el hotel está atrás, pero una vez que entrás, es muy lindo.
• Sarah (8/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und konnte einem stets weiterhelfen. Das Zimmer ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und sieht nicht mehr ganz so "neu" aus, wie auf den Bildern. Aber für 1-2 Nächte auf jeden Fall ok. Da die Zimmereingangstür ziemlich dünn und milchig war (milchiges Kunstoff) hellte das Licht vom Flur das Zimmer auch Nachts auf. Das gegenüberliegende Zimmer war 2 Meter entfernt und dadurch war es sehr hellhörig. Da mein Zimmer zur Straßenseite lag und sich direkt unter mir eine Auto/Roller Reinigung befand, war es bis spät Abends und Morgens früh schon ziemlich laut.

• Holger (9/5): - Das Hotel ist mitten im Zentrum von Hanoi gelegen, so dass man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Besonders hat uns das überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Team vom Hotel begeistert. Wir haben dort auch einige Touren gebucht und wurden vom Hotel die ganze Zeit betreut/unterstützt, so dass alles hervorragend geklappt hat.

• Michelle (3/5): - Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a car wash at the entrance to the hotel that starts anytime before 6am and is still going at 6pm. You have to actually walk between wet cars and scooters, men using pressure washers and up a wet driveway to get to the door of the hotel.

Geen ontbijt, wat in de extreme chaos van Hanoi toch een rustige start van de dag had gegeven. Nu steeds zonder koffie op zoek naar een plek. Tip: Pas op het laatst ontdekte ik een fijne koffiebar een paar deuren verderop (maar geen ontbijt). Doucheputje liep niet goed door. Foto's zijn wat te flatteus.

La pulizia, sicuramente il punto forte di questa struttura, ho avuto modo di conoscere il proprietario che mi ha aiutato a prenotare diversi e bellissimi tour.
