- kumiko (4/5): 最低限のサービスはあったけど… - ・駐車場が別料金でなかったこと ・シャンプーが色々な種類あった こと ・必要最低限なサービスが得られた こと ・コンセントがたくさんあったこと ・ホテル全体がタバコ臭かった （部屋自体は特に匂いは無かっ た） ・パジャマのズボンが欲しかった ・トイレの便座が冷たかった （電源をどこで入れたらいいのか 分からなかった） ・スマホの充電ができたら良かった ・個人の宿泊用荷物がある上に 個別のシャンプーやリンス、 アメニティー、ガウンまで手持ち で持って行くのが大変だった ・部屋に歯みがき用以外のコップが あると良かった ・部屋に入る時の鍵が開けづらかっ た ・マクラの高さが高かった

- TAKAHIRO (9/5): ホテルは普通に良かったです。 - スタッフが気さくで良いです！ 部屋の中が少し排水溝の臭いがしました。隣の部屋の声が聞こえて、よく泣く小さな子が居たのでそれが少し苦痛でした。
- YAYOI (9/5): 普通に良かったです - スタッフの方々とても気さくで明るく、チェックアウト時にはハウスキーパーの方ともすれ違い、きちんと挨拶をしてくれてとても良い宿泊となりました！昔ながらのホテルですが、綺麗でしたし、特に不自由なく過ごすことができました。 昔ながらのホテルなのか、壁が薄い？というか、ドアの隙間が少しある為、外の音が聞こえました。これはホテルを利用する方のモラルだと思いますが、廊下で小さな子がキャーキャー言っていても親が声を出すのをやめさせない為、少し不快な気持ちになりました。廊下では静かにと親が言わないのでしょうね。ホテルへの良くなかった点はほぼありませんが、2部屋予約していて、1部屋が排水溝の臭いが少ししていました。

- Heidi (10/5): Best value for money stay with Mount Fuji view - . Though this hotel is a bit dated. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable and staffs were friendly and helpful. The view is fantastic, we have a clear & beautiful view of mount Fuji and sun rise. They take care of many minute details, such as tooth brush and combs, hair tie and shavers, tea and coffee are all at the hotel lobby of which you could take it if you need them for free. The parking is free The breakfast is sumptuous and made with much care and attention, it is one of the best hotel breakfast I had. There are also some shops and restaurants within walking distance. With the rate we paid. We could never ask for more. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it :) None.

- ASAKO (3/5): 朝食は事前予約のみ（えー！） - ダブルブッキングで予約後にキャンセル。別途撮り直しましたがもちろん気忙しく、また部屋のメインライトが点きませんでした。パチパチ付け直せば点きますと言われましたが、事前に言及してもらえないとわかりません。また、朝食の当日追加が不可でした。受付でチェックイン時に案内がなく、子連れだったので慌てました。
