No te cambian las toallas para “cuidar el medio ambiente” pero prenden el lavavajillas así sea por un tenedor, hipocresía! No te permiten usar nada de la cocina y si lo haces te miran constantemente por cámaras y te llaman o mandan mensajes. INSOPORTABLE. Te cobran todo aparte LEAN BIEN. al final antes de irte te cobran una tasa de turismo (primera vez que me pasa eso). Nunca hay nadie para ayudarte pero te espían por cámaras constantemente.

• Carolyn (7/5): - Great location, easy to find. Was contacted about check in and to make it convenient for both parties we were able to check in early (right after previous occupants checked out). Had a small wait for room to be cleaned, but worked out OK. Hallways had energy efficient lighting which is good, but made for difficulty seeing to unlock door to room, etc. Several areas had an uneven floor (one step up/down) so made some difficulty with luggage. Elevator had 2 sets of doors & didn’t work properly if previous user didn’t properly close inside doors. This caused the manager to have to find where the elevator was & manually shut the doors. Fortunately he was there on property when we were moving luggage as units were in 3rd floor.
• Carolyn (6/5): - Great location to train & ferry transit. We’re able to check in early. Had 2 rooms, the double room was spacious including bathroom. The twin room was small. Property was clean. Room AC worked nicely. We did not take the breakfast option. Located on 3rd floor of bldg there were some problems with the elevator which the staff resolved for us. The double room was close to street & there was a lot of motorcycle traffic & noise until early morning. There were areas in lobby of B&B as well as ground floor bldg lobby where there was one step up/down. This made it a little awkward with luggage. This was exasperated by energy efficient lighting that caused lights to go off at times. One in our party fell and hurt her knee when she missed a step, causing her to have a much limited final two days of her vacation.

• Nikolett (7/5): Only for short stay , top location - The location is top, close to the train, ferry station and old town . Very outdated - it was clean, but the pillows didn’t smell fresh. We also felt rushed out, as we were only reminded about the 10:00 a.m. checkout at 8:50 a.m. on the same day. It wasn’t a problem since we already had a ferry at 10:10, but it would have been nicer to receive the reminder a day before or upon arrival.

• Zoe (8/5): - Wir waren mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das B&B ist vom Bahnhof her sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen und im Allgemeinen wunderbar gelegen. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet, da wie jedoch zu dritt waren, bekamen wir ein zusätzliches Klappbett, welches für (grosse/schwere) Erwachsene suboptimal ist. Das Wifi im Zimmer war leider ziemlich schlecht, dies ist jedoch das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend und wir möchten uns nochmals ganz herzlich bei Pierdavide bedanken!

La jacuzzi è stata un vero plus per rilassarsi dopo la giornata, e ho apprezzato tantissimo anche il piccolo omaggio: una tote bag. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Consigliatissimo! Non è possibile utilizzare la cucina e il mini frigo non raffredda molto.

As I had to work while I was staying there, I brought take out foods to eat while working. Only on my last day there did I read the notice that guests were not to eat in their rooms. My bad. But I have never seen a prohibition like that in my many years of travel.

• Claire (3/5): Crappey. - Calling yourself a Bed & Breakfast when there was no breakfast is deceptive to the renter. There was no one to greet us when we arrived. The room was too small and the view from the balcony was someone's laundry hanging out to dry. Bathroom shower floor was very slippery.

• Goodwin (5/5): Passable - The host was welcoming and friendly when we registered. When I texted him later with questions about bus and ferry tickets, he was very prompt in answering me. A few days later, he checked in with us via text to see how we were doing. That was very nice. The room was small and dark. There were only 2 available electrical outlets and both required the converter, as there were no USB connections. The beds were wrought iron, twin size, pushed together. There was a sign indicating that eating food in the room was forbidden. The hallway was dark so I had to use the flashlight on my phone to lock and unlock our door. We left a day early. We were disappointed based on what other reviews had reported.

Breakfast was optional at 7Euro but it was worth it. Close to train station We went in Summer so it was very hot. The fridge would have been nice if it had a freezer
• Kenneth (6/5): Pleasant - I chose the property for it's proximity to the train station and it offering shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. At first the shuttle service was offered at e30, than later on i was told it is not available.. I was also advised not to worry because there is a bus service to the railway station, but even this was not available. In turn I had to find an alternative which came out pretty expensive.

Blinders are fully automated and you can get an actual decent night of sleep here. The jacuzzi needs a deep clean it's not really nice having a hot tub which spits out bits of residue at you. There's special products that will help with maintaining the jets. Hopefully it'll be resolved when we will be back next time. The silencing noises door might be a lovely touch so you don't get woken up each morning by other guests

• Kimberly (8/5): Great location and comfortable stay - Great location, easily accessed by bus and train. An easy 25 min walk to the port where boat tours departed. Check in/out process was easy. Strong air freshener smell to the bedroom and a faint sewage smell in the bathroom - got used to it though after the first night. Bed was slightly uncomfortable but pillows were good. Being located right next to the kitchen, it was a bit noisy in the morning when other guests were having breakfast.

A short walk to the harbour and main shopping area with many restaurants and cafes within 500m. My room, Maoari, had a balcony that looked straight into someone else's flat opposite. It was a noisy location at 4am to 7am due to the main rubbish collection accessing the street below. Breakfast was always the same.,

• Terrence (10/5): Great jumping off point for an Amalfi Coast visit - This was a first stop for us on our way to Amalfi. We stayed 2 nights. We had wanted to visit the ruins of Pompeii before getting out on the coast and this was the perfect location for doing that. The room was spacious and comfortable and had something rare for Italy--a very large bathroom with a tub and separate shower. The bed is larger than it looks in photos--it is pretty close to king-size. They offer breakfast for a nominal charge--a quick meal before moving on. The B&B was right in between the train station and the ferry port--both were an easy walk. Couldn't have been more convenient. There were places close by to eat and we did some shopping too! All in all a great way to kick off our visit.
• Anne (8/5): Very good - Spacious room and bathroom. Convenient to restaurants and ferry and train. Blond lady cleaner very nice. No relief from constant traffic and street people noise. No soundproofing at all so we had a lot of trouble getting a decent sleep. Too bad because it caused us to miss out on the many things the area had to offer. Always trying to catch up on sleep. We had trouble with the air conditioner and the host did not want to come and help. Told us to open window instead. It was hot and noisy and we told him so he finally came. But we always felt he didn't like us and we were hesitant to ask for things from him. The air conditioner never worked properly the four nights we were there but he was so unapproachable we just put up with it.
• Daniel (5/5): Convenient to train station but lacking almost everything else. - Close to train station for those who prefer to walk Very small and sad (and loud). Poor value vs all rentals in most other Italian cities including Rome, Tropea, all of Sicily, Naples. Don’t know how they priced this but it doesn’t make sense
• Amber (10/5): Whirlwind tour of the Amalfi coast, Florence and the Italian Riviera - The host, the location and above all vicinity to all public transport, bars and cafes. Nothing.
• Yvette (8/5): Comfortable and clean. Great location. - Location was great, breakfast provided upon request. Staff available when required. Clean and comfortable room. The sliding door as an entrance. No secure lockable safe.
• Vivek (3/5): Poor - Rooms were clean and comfortable Location was very convenient and close to the train station All the rooms didn't have any body wash or soap and some rooms didn't have a coffee maker although the listing clearly says both are available. The walls are also very thin so you can hear staff talking/vacuuming in the early morning, and the outside traffic at night. The staff were extremely rude. There was only one member on site and she only spoke Italian - if you respond in English, she'll only yell at you louder in Italian. One of our group members could speak Italian and was able to translate that she was chastising us for using any common space because she "would have to clean it again". The manager was not present on site but instead communicating via WhatsApp and this line of communication between staff on-site, manager, and us caused a lot of miscommunication. We did not feel welcome and frankly this stay was very stressful.
