Rommet blir heller ikke rengjort. På toppen av alt ble jeg sjekket inn med feil navn, og Booking.com ville ha betaling for at jeg ikke møtte opp. Hotellet ordnet sannsynligvis opp, men da jeg ba om bekreftelse på dette visste de ingenting. El desayuno era muy completo y amplio, aunque bastante multitudinario, no faltaba nada y recogían muy rápido las mesas desocupadas. Me gustó todo, especialmente la ubicación.

At the train station, close to tram and walking distance to the town Although clean, very basic. No wardrobe space, no safe, no cleaning of rooms or bed making during your stay. No tea and coffee facilities in room, can make downstairs but not ideal if having downtime in room. No iron. You ask for clean towels at reception and take them up for you. For price of accommodation it is exceptionally basic

• Chi Kin (8/5): Good location hotel - Location Room 609 was not spacious and also just with a view facing the opposite rooms. The window's curtain had to be partially closed to avoid being seen directly from the opposite rooms.
• Tamas (9/5): Comfortable room, close to station, great breakfast. - Nice welcoming staff (we got our room a couple of hours before check-in). Clean room, clean and warm bathroom. Excellent breakfast with lot of options, nicely designed restaurant. Right next to the train station, and short walk to the main streets of Bergen. The room ceiling is unmasked concrete, and not even the most aesthetic one. The big mirror on the wall just emphasises the unaesthetic ceiling.

Bar staff very helpful and informative. Very small room. No wardrobe, no safe, no tea/coffee facilities in the room. No storage in the bathroom. Breakfast options very limited. Tea and coffee were available in the reception area but they were not nice.

The beds were very comfortable. Good blackout curtains. Lovely bathroom. Good soundproofing, never heard other guests. Good to have a fridge that wasn't a mini bar, so room to put our things in. Best to have breakfast early or late otherwise it was just too busy, people were sitting at the long wooden bench in the lounge.

• lindaW5521BR (2/5): No housekeeping for 4 days stay & room is different from booking - 4 days 3 nights stay and no housekeeping despite of request of regular change of towels. Booked direct from the hotel as their website says it is cheaper for direct booking and booked in advance in Feb for superior room in May. Upon arrival, I was downgraded to standard room with answers that the price I paid was cheaper than the current one that has risen. No integrity. It is their published rates in the hotel website so why such a service as either i take it or leave it. I do not have any issue with Radisson Blue hotel in my next stop to Stockholm with advance booking. regretted for not booking with Radisson Blue hotel in Bergen as it was further away from the station and tried Zander. Definitely not a 4 star hotel and worst, no housekeeping for 4 days stay. Rusty kettle and no replacement even upon request. Staffs are not helpful in giving the right direction too. Will never book with them in my next visit to Bergen

Literally steps from the train station. Loved the rain themed decor. Weird stains on curtains and carpet. Bare concrete ceiling. Restaurant was too busy for dinner, make a reservation!
