Guest Reviews
- danhobbs2023 (10/5): Great as above - The staff at the hotel were very helpful in assisting me to claim a refund for a stay cut short. Bhanu and Nathan were particularly helpful.
- 730shamss (10/5): Great location - Great location, right next to Southwark station.
Bhanu treated us well and overall very good experience
- L9759EXmarcom (10/5): Best place - Place so beautiful!! Strategic position, i suggest to book here. Thanks fir Bhanu fir his kindness! I came in London eith friends and watching a lot of shows in theatre
- Sarp_London (10/5): London visit - Good location. The most importantly very friendly staff ‘Nikita’ welcomes us and helps for a comfortable stay. We will be back!
- 84olao (10/5): Stay - Comfortable stay, spacious and clean room/facilites.
Bhanu at the reception was helpful.
Great location, proximity to train station also very useful (if you don’t mind the noise from the trains)
- hollydR5503HG (10/5): Cinderella You Shall Go To The Ball - Stayed here for a regency ball I was attending. Amazing sized room, clean, though shower curtain has stains from previous guest, but overall fine. Decent location to the tube, friendly and helpful staff, especially with my shoe injury from dancing
- ramier2026 (10/5): Fantastic team work. Thank you all. - The stay was perfectly fine. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The bar cafe area was very tidy during dinner and breakfast both. Unfortunately we had to do early checkout. But the staff on reception Simran and Kieran we’re fabulous. They greeted us good bye and wished us safe journey back home. We will for sure visit again. Mind blowing team.
- chiarasH2962KO (10/5): 5star stay we loved the service. - The location is very Perfect to stay. The staff on reception was good. And the food we ordered was good. Simran and keiren were very professional. We loved the location. And will come back definetely.
- CristinaV565 (8/5): One night stay - Great position, close to Waterloo. Clean room with small clean bathroom. I don't like shower curtains, would suggest to install shower Door...
Breakfast ok, nice restaurant area
Good quality for a convenienti price.
- jacquelinedN7468OX (10/5): A pleasant London break - We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Travelodge Central Southwark (end of January 26) . The reception was welcoming and helpful and was available 24/7 The room was well heated , the shower room clean and there were milk , sugar and coffee provided. The reception was quite happy for us to have more milk and tea sachets when needed. While we were there it was good to see the shower head replaced- something which apparently gets done quite regularly. There is a TV in the room too.
The hotel is only 5 mins from Southwark tube station on the Jubilee line change at Waterloo for Southwark, out of the door and straight into Union street. There is also a bus 63 from Kings Cross which passes very near the hotel, convenient if there is not too much luggage.
There are Tesco express and Sainsbury's further down the road past Southwark tube station for quick snacks, a small shop and Pret a manger near the hotel and many restaurants serving a variety of cuisine for lunch or dinner.
A good and very affordable place to stay to visit London.
- nicoledN6948FT (10/5): Great service. - I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location is perfect—within easy walking distance to all the major tourist spots, which made sightseeing a breeze. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, but I want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Bhanu and Nathan the head staff leader. They was exceptionally accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service in a prime location! Fantastic for families.
- katiewW3636VT (4/5): Not great!! - Location is great, room was clean. That's all the positives I have. When checking in we were asked to book a time for breakfast, which we did. When going for breakfast at our booked time, there was a massive queue, not being managed at all! We had to wait 40mins to be seated (which we were short on time as we had a train to catch) we were sat at a dirty table still covered in plates, when trying to get breakfast, there were no plates or forks, most of the food items had ran out, I understand this happens but it didnt seem to be being monitored at all. Customer toilets were dirty and had no soap the day we checked in or the following morning. When checking out we were asked how our stay was, after giving the above feedback the woman apologised and as a gesture of goodwill said she would send us a £100 voucher along with a survey via email . . . Guess what, the survey arrived but the voucher didn't. I will most definitely avoid this travelodge in future as clearly the staff just tell you what you want to hear to get rid of you!!
- F7042EEnicholasm (10/5): Great value for money - Perfect positioning for my requirements, less than 100m from destination. Staff all welcoming and friendly, with well kept clean rooms. As for value was the lowest price in the area but that didn't effect standard of rooms or service. Breakfast was also nice, have found it dry in other hotels but here it was spot on.
- miriamcK3160ZH (8/5): Pleasant stay - Nikita was really helpful on front desk! Thank you all of the team. I was in a twin bed room which was unexpected but asked for a room change and it was accommodated.
- D4014VWalexj (10/5): Attended court - from out of town - Cost effective and friendly service throughout. These folks deserve a pay rise! Good was good workout for the price and I was allowed to store my personal items briefly after checkout.
- _lvarov288 (10/5): Greatfully experience - Everything was good. The location is perfect nearby the tube station of Soutwark.
The room was cleaned and the bed was comfortable.
- Mobile24338075845 (10/5): Travelodge southwark - I have had an extremely good experience in the travelodge southwark central london. mr Bhanu, The Assistant Manager in travelodge helped me a lot to navigate through the locations. I ma very greatful to him
- houdefae (10/5): Excellent - Bhanu and Nathan has been professional and helped with location it was pleasure and helped with everything thank you so much
- naam2026 (10/5): Nice place to stay. Bhanu was very helpful - We enjoyed our stay. Spent 3 days. We got a room with a nice view and got refunded for the missed room booking.
Bhanu was very helpful in resolving our concerns
- TheLush101 (8/5): Great location and value - Stayed here for one night over the Easter weekend in April 2025. There was actually a group of us going to a friend's party on the Southbank, so we wanted somewhere not too expensive and relatively close by, so we all booked this hotel separately.
Location-wise, the hotel is literally a few minutes walk from Southwark Tube station which is ideal. Check-in was swift - I can't remember the staff member's name, but it was all efficient. There was only one lift working when we were there but luckily it wasn't too busy at the time I arrived.
The room was the usual Travelodge standard (if you've stayed in one, then...) and the bed was comfy, everything was clean and I slept well. The room had the usual desk, chair, kettle & tea and coffee, armchair, TV, and small shelves by the bed to leave your phone / a drink on, which works well.
The bathroom was compact, but fine. Everything was clean and the shower worked okay with good water pressure and temperature.
The hotel is next to an overground railway line (see the photo I uploaded - I had an eye-level view of the trains with the curtains open). Having said that, I slept okay, but a light sleeper might need ear plugs.
We didn't eat in the hotel - there's a pub on the other side of the railway line (30 seconds away) and an independent corner shop between the hotel and the Tube which has most of what you'd need.
Overall, this was exactly what we needed. If you book it expecting 5* luxury, then you're going to be disappointed - some of the fixtures and fittings are a little old, but everything works well and it was great value for Central London and a bank holiday weekend stay - I'll be back if the price is right.
- 132akbark (10/5): NICE LOCATION - Nice place to stay nice location
Nikitha in the reception was very polite and very kind and helpful
Overall i enjoyed my stay
- conradc510 (10/5): Excellent value, convenient location - Excellent stay. Food and drink available on site, shops closed by. Convenient location, easy walking distance for tube/rail/riverside and Tate modern. Staff particularly cordial, shout out to Bhanu and Mario.
- rhok2025 (10/5): A very comfortable stay!! - Nikitha at reception was absolutely lovely. She was very helpful and assisted us perfectly with every request during our stay. We will definitely come again!!! Also we had a very good night at travel Lodge. Thank you Nikitha!!
- lukejF3673XE (10/5): Fantastic service from staff - Nathan and Bhanu have been amazing sorting out my issue. Great staff. Helpful and amazing and again thanks for sorting my issue out with great support.

- 729ga_ller (10/5): Great family stay - We stayed here as a family of four for one night. Spacious room. Welcoming staff. We arrived early and left late but could drop our luggage to go visit. Nikita was very friendly and helpful
- alexane_puertolas (8/5): Good for a short stay - Practical room but can’t open the window so it gets a bit stuffy. The staff is really lovely though and Nikita was very helpful:)
- GrandTour63219953790 (10/5): Travelodge London Southwark - Great experience and very close to attractions. Nikita at reception was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Definitely recommend for short stay
- laxmig261 (10/5): WEEKEND STAY - Lovely stay and convenient location.
All staff were lovely and Nikita was very kind and helpful.
The room and amenities were very good value.
- meyrinp (10/5): Helpful receptionist - Nikitha was really friendly and helpful at the desk. She was all smiles from check in to check out. The stay was good and we experienced no problems.
- Safari06586768324 (10/5): An issue handled in a professional and respectful manner . - We had some little issues initially .but Bhanu the manager and Nikitha have been great at dealing with it and sorting it out with calmness and respect.Thank you
- Daydream793048 (10/5): A great experience. - A big thank you to Nikitha and also to the lady who was on duty Saturday and Sunday evening, who helped me so much (so sorry I don't know her name).
Helped with sorting my room booking, getting me a hairdryer, and putting a choir fleece at reception for the choir coordinator to pick up - I was with the Help for Heroes Choir.
Please convey my thanks to this lady.
- 860panagiotisk (4/5): Below acceptable standards of cleanliness and maintenance - We stayed at this property as a family and, unfortunately, our experience fell well below expectations.
The room was clearly not in acceptable condition. The carpet was dirty and appeared not to have been properly cleaned, the furniture showed visible wear and damage, and there was an unpleasant odor in the room. The air-conditioning unit was very noisy, which significantly affected our ability to sleep.
Cleanliness was a major concern throughout the stay. The bed linens had visible stains, the bathroom showed signs of wear and poor maintenance, and several fixtures had oxidation. The ventilation system seemed not to have been cleaned for a long time, and the bathroom curtain was dirty. There were also visible damages to the walls, all of which contributed to an overall feeling of neglect.
These issues had a direct impact on our comfort, especially as we were traveling as a family and expected a clean, well-maintained environment.
On a positive note, the reception staff were polite, professional, and courteous, which we appreciated.
Overall, this stay did not meet basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve the overall guest experience.
- chericel2024 (10/5): Exceptional service - Nikitha and Bhanu were exceptional helps and so friendly. An awesome experience at Travelodge. Very close to the tube station and convenient to access.
- Passenger05923409802 (10/5): Great hospitality - We had a lovely one night stay at this particular travelodge it's location was very convenient for us a family. The atmosphere of the travelodge was very peaceful the staff here specially NIKITA was brilliant very approachable and always ready to help. The rooms was clean and tidy. We had a peaceful rest as it was very quite and the noise level was maintained by the staff. Had an amazing cafe downstairs for breakfast and they had pizzas service available 24 hours so we did not had to worry about food if we came late. Great Hospitality!!!! Keep it up NIKITA.
- Adventure27292564178 (10/5): Super room super sleep! - We had the super rooms and paid for early check in. Everything went smoothly and the bed was very comfortable. Good sleep thank you!
- 984dikis (10/5): Very warming - Very pleasant stay such a wonderful staffs the staffs were very friendly
Nikita at the reception was wonderful and very caring
- 356ismaelo (10/5): Great stay - NIKITA and the staff were exquisite in their service. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Will definitely come back.
You get 5 stars from us
- GrandTour755997 (8/5): Great location. Great staff. - Location is perfect for central London. 3 minute walk from Southwark station and ten minute walk to Waterloo station.
Atmosphere: nice and warm and clean
When we arrived at our room it had not been prepared. However, we were moved to room 704. Unfortunately, this is right next to the main rail line and the trains were running late and then again early. They are quite loud. We had pre-paid to choose a room on the opposite side of the hotel.
The staff were amazing though and super helpful. We were able to drop our bags in the morning and come back later for our stay and then on the day of departure left our bags and collected them later before catching our train home. So, it was only the room change that has lost a star from my rating. Exceptional help from Nathan and Nikitha.
- O7436UCaliceb (10/5): Very nice - Lovely stay. really nice room and very easy experiences. Nikitha and Nathan were very helpful. So was the assistant manager.
- 509zilchk (10/5): Top notch - Absolutely amazing experience. The staff was very welcoming and cooperative. Loved staying here. The staff especially Arafat, Archesta and Himasha were really professional and attentive. Had a great night here!
- 658shaz (10/5): Thank you Archesta, Himasha and Arafat - Stayed here with a couple of friends for a night out, experienced a Great service from the team and they were all really helpful. Overall great experience will be coming back soon
- angelapQ8026KM (10/5): Brilliant team work - Huge shout-out to Himasha, Arafat, and Archesta they were absolutely amazing. Even with how busy it was, they were friendly, calm, and incredibly helpful, and they genuinely made our stay better. Their positive attitude really stood out.
Overall, a brilliant stay and a great experience.
- alwaysaway1 (10/5): Pleasant, trouble free stay. - I was nervous about staying here as some reviewers talked about a damp smell in some rooms.
I paid extra for a SuperRoom which I was assured had been refurbished and a further small amount to choose a specific room. My inner courtyard room was free from traffic noise and I didn't hear the railway at all.
The room was quite small but well laid out and bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower good and hot.
The downstairs bar was very handy with drinks and snack/meals. Manager was nice, helpful and patient despite being busy.
We know the local area well so feel safe here and there is plenty to do nearby, walkable to all that this part of modern London has to offer and with good tube and bus connections.
Value for money varies from day to day so great if you can be flexible.
- Wander13506055915 (10/5): Good view and breakfast - Good view of the shard from my window and breakfast , shower high pressure everything very clean no complaints from me at all
- KirankumarA2 (10/5): Wonderful stay - Located in central London, had a wonderful stay, staff is very friendly and informative, especially Nikitha really appreciate her professionalism and support during the stay
- CFW23 (10/5): Good stay, reasonable price - Good stay, Nikitha was very helpful. Comfortable bed, make sure you close the bathroom door when having a shower, someone else didn’t and the fire alarm went off!!
- aprilbE5854EA (2/5): Abysmal except for the staff. - What a horrible place. No place to hang anything up if you have a family room as the coat hangers are right over the pillow of the single bed. Towels that smell of fried food. Far too many people for the facilities offered and staff struggling to provide a decent level of service. Bathrooms have not been updated, awful. i could go on, but I think you get the jist !
- Trek07473287936 (10/5): Family stay - It's been lovely great staff and location was really central. Nikitha was very helpful. Will definitely be staying here again.
- katherinelE2844MD (10/5): Brilliant experience at Southwark London Travelodge - As ever, we had a very enjoyable stay in the Southwark travelodge, London, recently. We had a warm welcome at reception by a lovely lady, Shantara, who very helpfully found us a quieter room facing away from the trains. She was very efficient, kind and accommodating and we were also able to check in slightly earlier.
We stay here regularly and are always looked after well. The rooms are large, airy and clean and always warm and cozy. The hotel is conveniently located next to Southwark station and Waterloo where our train gets in. So it’s easy to find and get around London. We will definitely be back. Thank you again.
- Daydream26954909205 (10/5): Very good - Dinesh and Archostha were amazing members of staff. They gave me some much needed earplugs - due to sharing a room with a snorer!! Also the room was nice and tidy, clean.
- Curiosity821412 (4/5): No Pizza - Pros:
Clean & tidy rooms
Cons:
Keycard failed twice on initial check in so had to move rooms
24hr pizza advertised but wasn’t available on return after evening out which was annoying as we’d planned to eat that way so had to go back out for food
Only 1 pillow per single bed
- B7978XNjod (10/5): London night, great sleep, good value - Great location near a vibrant community. Beds were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Was perfect place for exploring London and close to art galleries.
- W6634RAmarkh (10/5): Good hotel in great location - Great hotel at good price in perfect position.
Staff very friendly and attentive, especially Nikhil’s on reception.
I always choose Travel lodge in Southwark when I stay in London
- bekkala (10/5): Fantastic stay - We stayed in room 703 with an amazing view of the city and the shard. However it does overlook the trainline, so do bear that in mind if you book this room. The hotel itself was clean and had everything you’d expect from a travelodge. Hairdryer and iron in the room , coffee machine, king sized bed , and great bath and shower facilities. The breakfast was fresh and replenished throughout the morning , with the option of full english, pastries, cereal and hot drinks. The staff were lovely and very attentive throughout our stay and were happy to look after our bags before checkin and after we’d checked out to save us carrying them round london. Lots of bars and restaurants in the immediate area to explore and again, were all very friendly and welcoming.
- l_og242 (10/5): Great Experience at Travelodge Central Southwark - Great experience at Travelodge Central Southwark, s/o to Nikithia for welcoming me! The room was spotless and comfortable for my short stay.
- M4164DFclarel (10/5): From start to finish the staff were so cheerful and helpful. It’s been a great experience staying here - Nikita at reception was just fantastic, she was so courteous and so helpful to me. A great person to have on the front desk and to represent your company.
- Timilehin_30014 (10/5): Exceptional - My experience was exceptional I did enjoyed my stay, the environment and cafe was lovely, it was a nice time
- lauracF4304ZF (2/5): Worst hotel experience ever - I will never stay again - Don’t bother staying at this hotel or any other travelodge. They do not care for their customers in the slightest.
Upon arriving in the room there were small black marks on some of the sheets.
On the second day the breakfast was not fully stocked. We had to ask for condiments such as ketchup only to be told they had run out. This makes the breakfast overpriced at £12.50 per day, completely not worth the money.
The main problems with the stay occurred once I had left. Unfortunately I had left an item behind. It took me 3 days to be able to find the correct contact details for the hotel due to travelodge’s website being so difficult to navigate. After contacting customer service they finally gave me the number which is completely different to what was on their website.
I called the hotel and spoke to a woman on reception. She took my details (name, room number etc) and said she would have a look and contact me the same day. The southwark hotel did not contact me back so I called the next day. I called over 4 times and was unable to get through. The calls were either cancelled or left to ring through.
I contacted customer services a further 3 times for support and all they came back with each time is ‘we have contacted the hotel and they will be in touch’. I have had nothing from the hotel since I spoke to the woman, over 3 weeks ago, and nothing from customer services in over a week
This type of service is unacceptable. If the hotel cleaners were cleaning the rooms properly they would have noticed the item left behind and it would have been put somewhere safe.
This lack of customer care means I will never stay at a travelodge hotel ever again.
- ksX838NM (10/5): Very good service and staff are well trained - I have a problem with the WiFi to connect to the device. But the staff named , Kiran , is very helpful and helped me. This is my second time staying here and I will come back again. I come here with my special need child and the staffs are very helpful and understanding.
- tom2carey (2/5): Disappointed - Stranger walking into my room at 10pm
No plates at breakfast
Food was mostly empty
What was there us cold
Paid extra for a room that wasn't ready put in room beside noisey train tracks
- brookepF6658DH (10/5): Great Hotel - Really nice room: clean and spacious. The location is super great as it’s near the underground and a convenience store. Adequate facilities. Good staff; Niketa and Nathan were lovely. Breakfast was nice, however, there could have been a wider selection of foods.
- 144caitlynl (10/5): Great hotel - Lovely room, clean and spacious . Good location near the station. Really nice atmosphere staff were very kind and helpful. Really good value for money and there was no noise from other rooms .
- Malinda81 (10/5): Great Location , Friendly staff, convenience - Supportive staff. Great facilities for the Budget.
Its conveniently located to go to central london attractions.
Nikitha at the reception was really helpful.
- jameshO540ND (4/5): COULD DO BETTER - Stayed previously but not again after this weekend. The room was OK, but the service absolutely terrible. Asked at reception for the shower soap and hand soap to be replaced as non in the room on arrival and not replaced saturday morning , beds no made and no tea coffee replaced. The receptionist when asked said he would replenish it and would be 10 mns over 40 minutes later I decided to go to the shop for shower Gel as tgere was no receptionist on my 2nd visit to reception, upon my return the receptionist was there and called me a liar,. He should make of spent less time cooking toast and more time manning the reception.
- 74alexandre77 (8/5): We recommend this hotel - Hotel near Underground station, not far from the city center, clean and with friendly staff. The room we had (Super room) was confortable, clean, quiet and well equiped (tv, hair dryer, individual bed light, water boiler, coffee machine with plenty of options (chocolate, two kinds of coffee, tea).
We wish we had a more confortable bathroom (it was a little bit narrow and the shower curtain was inefficient). It would be also a good idea to offer two water glasses because there were only two coffee cups.
- 47keeleyb (8/5): Bday weekend away - Very good. We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good
Good service from Nikitha and Nathan very lovely people!!!!
- lpgeeragh (10/5): Great stay! - Probably the nicest travelodge that I have stayed in. Nikita and Nathan on reception were very helpful and friendly! !!
- Q7191FTcassieh (2/5): DON’T BOTHER - DO NOT STAY HERE!!
Never experienced a place so terrible as this hotel.arrived at the hotel at 3pm only to be told our rooms were not ready for another 20 minutes.
When finally got in the room carpet had stains on the floor, there was long hair still in the bathroom bin and teaspoons were still stained with tea/ coffee.
Breakfast was expensive for what was on offer.cereal that is left out in a container all day and night.cooked food that wasn’t being replaced by staff quickly enough for the amount of people in the hotel.people asking for fruit and staff not going to get replacements.
The bar wasn’t very well staffed had to keep going to reception to get someone.we were overcharged for a round of drinks.staff needing more training.
The last night there,we decided to have dinner-DON’T BOTHER.
My friend had to wait half an hour after we got our meals for his.when we got the food,it was cold.the staff need training on allergies as their menu is different than what come out.i ordered a sizzling chicken which was meant to be a chicken with chips,a corn on the cob and salad only for the chicken to have a spicy sauce covering it.couldn’t eat it due to a dietary restriction.
We did complain only to be given free breakfast.A manager didn’t even come and apologise.
- rachelwD824CI (10/5): Great hotel, will be back! - Came with a friend this week and had a really great stay. The location was great, very close to the tube station and wasn’t too far away from Euston station. We were able to easily travel to the tourist attractions. On arrival the very helpful staff were very thorough in going through my evacuation procedures as I’m a wheelchair user. They also placed me in a room next to my friend. The disabled access room was very good, I could reach things and it met all my needs. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. We came back very late on one evening, no issues at all getting inside, and we were able to get something to eat, very late at night. The bedrooms were quiet as well and beds very comfortable. The rooms and the whole hotel were very clean.
We had such a great experience that I will be booking again when I visit London next year.
- 240tracyr (8/5): Nice clean travel lodge - Would have rated this 5* if we could have got the air con to work . Spacious room for 3 adults with very comfy beds . Very quick check in and staff friendly . Close to the tube station . Overall a clean hotel , would stay again when visiting London as very centrally located
- O6759MNlisad (10/5): Excellent staff and value for money. Had a great experience. Thank you - I stayed for 2 nights with a disabled friend. On arrival we were met by friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. We asked if our rooms could be close and we ended up next door to each other. I went with my friend to check her room to make sure she could reach and access everything there was no need, the hotel had thought of everything we were really impressed. My room was great too spacious, spotless, quiet and comfortable.
The atmosphere in the hotel is great and every member of staff we spoke to were friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond to help. Breakfast was great lots of choice and fresh. Location was perfect for us.
Overall a we had a brilliant experience here and would definitely return. Thanks for a great stay 😊
- stevewL395AJ (10/5): Weekend break - Southwark was easy to get to & was close to the areas we visited ie Lady Mayors Show, Afternoon Tea at The Shard & Remembrance Sunday. We caught the tube on Sunday from Southwark to Westminster, just two stops.
Our accommodation was just right for our weekend break, there was also a 24 hour supermarket just outside which was handy.
- Roam52169182903 (10/5): Lovely staff and ge location. - Very good stay, the staff are fantastic - very welcoming. Was a perfect base in London. Would absolutely stay again.

- GrandTour244475 (2/5): Avoid Travelodge London Central Southwark -employees without any experience - We (my wife and I) purchased accomodation with 2 Course Meal Deal, and after we arrived to bar we tried to explain to their employees that we purchased 2 Course Meal Deal, and we would like to order Buddha Ball. They answered that we can not have Buddha Bowl with Chicken Strips in 2 Course Meal Deal, and they started to explain us there are only 4 meals which we can use for our 2 Course Meal Deal, but we must to pay additional 3 GBP. We tried to find out what we can get for money we paid, they did not know what wecan get. So, finally, I told them to bring anything they want, just to give us something to eat. They brought one house salad and two Punjabi Chicken Tikka Masala. After we tried salad (green salad with tomato) we understand that they put the hot spice on it! So, immediatelly we left the bar without touching the rest of meals and went out to have dinner in near restaurant. Next morning at check-out we complained to manager (Mr. Bhanu), and he explained us that he knows for this story, he is sorry because his employees were new, without any experience, and he offered us a voucher in price of our full cost, so we can use it within 6 months in any Travelodge hotel. We accepted it, but we never received any voucher from Travelodge. So, employees at this Travelodge hotel are unexperienced to explain what we can get, but they are very experienced with putting the hot spice over house salad and promising of free voucher! We are very disappointed with this Travelodge! next 2 nights we spent in Travelodge York Central Mickelgate and everything was perfect, 10/10! We had fantastic dinners there, employees made their best to recommend best meals to us both nights.
