• CK (9/5): Comfortable and enjoyable stay with great value for money. - I liked the great location, the spacious room, and the excellent value for money, plus the towels folded in a shirt shape were a very nice touch. It would be better if slippers were provided.

• Amit (1/5): Fake room size. Cheat - Location Cheated me on the room size. The “Premier” room advertised as 29m2 but I got a room #102) that was much smaller ~23m2. However I found that 2 of their workers were staying in the room #101 that is the rightful size as per listing of as Premier room. When asked about the difference they told me I got the beds as I booked (one double and one single) in that small cramped room. So when I complained the “management” staff and asked him about#101he seemed clueless and said that #101 is Executive suite and accused me of “manipulating” the situation. I told him what I saw and it was clear he didn’t know what’s happening in the hotel. Anyways, I reported this up to Booking.com but even they were unable to get a solution with the arrogant management. Instead I got a nominal credit of less than $20 from booking for the “inconvenience” which I would say a shame as this is broad-light cheating. I hope booking.com can remove such cheats from their website to maintain the quality.
