Tolles Personal! - Die Lage ist optimal in Adana Zentrum Alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen Das Personal ist extrem freundlich, ganz besonders das Personal im Frühstücksbereich. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und frisch, sehr zu empfehlen. Das Zimmer hatte eine ordentliche Größe Beachtet, aufgrund der Nähe zum Bahnhof mit Großbaustelle, ist dementsprechend mit Lärm zu rechnen. (Planmäßige Fertigstellung Ende 2026) Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, daher sehr altes Interieur. Aufgrund dessen, dass wir sehr früh angereist sind, war nur ein Raucherzimmer verfügbar, was extrem gerochen hat. Die Betten und Kissen waren sehr unbequem und hart

• Hasan Koray (10/5): I would totally recommend if you want good value and nice staff! - It was compact and Valet in front of the Hotel was handy as it was not far away. Also the staff was super friendly! They were so helpful, since we arrived in the middle of the night because we couldn’t find a cheap accommodation. They came to our rescue, assisted us with our luggage to our room. Showed us the premises and even gave us complimentary Coffee and water to settle in! They were the best hotel staff I have ever experienced! The Bathroom didn’t seem very clean to me, however the overall cleanliness was good. There were just stains on the toilet paper cover and also the shower pressure was way too high;)

• Nour (1/5): Bad hospitality, profit over guest comfort. - Disappointed by Lack of Empathy and Money-Driven Attitude I had a very unfortunate experience at this hotel. Due to a personal situation, I needed some flexibility or basic understanding from the staff, but I was met with rigid policies and a complete lack of empathy. It felt like all that mattered to them was money, not the well-being or satisfaction of their guests. Instead of offering support or even a courteous conversation, they were quick to quote rules and extra charges. I understand that businesses need to operate, but basic human decency and compassion shouldn't be sacrificed for profit. I left feeling frustrated and dismissed.
• Esme (7/5): Good - The hotel itself is a bit dated and the cleanliness was okay, but nothing impressive. However, the location is fantastic—close to everything and very convenient. What really made my stay great was the staff. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and quick to solve any issue or answer questions. Their service was truly exceptional and made a big difference in the overall experience. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a 3-star hotel. There was a decent selection, everything was fresh, and the staff kept refilling the buffet regularly. Free parking on-site was also a big advantage, especially in this area. While I do think the price doesn’t fully match the overall quality of the facilities, if I would stay here again it would be just for the amazing staff. They truly made the stay worthwhile.

The cleanliness was also lacking—my room did not feel properly cleaned, and there was a strong smell of tobacco or cigarettes, which was very unpleasant. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable, and I would not recommend staying here unless improvements are made.

• Henry (9/5): Superb - The breakfast The staff The room The location was good, though a little out of the way. After my first day of sightseeing, I spent a while trying to find my way back on foot. There seemed to be a shortage of streetname signs in Adana.

We booked this hotel as it is near the train station - unfortunately train to Tarsus did not work and that made our travel very difficult as the hotel does not have dolmus near enough - have to walk quite a long way to get the bus.

We requested upon arrival and they change the room to non smoking for us. The staffs/ concierges are very professional and giving you immediate response when asking. Sound proofing can be better.

I bought the remedies for bites and itches, but they did not help much. And on the day of departure my hand swelled. So it was not the best experience in my life. But maybe I just unlucky)

• Daniel (10/5): - Great experience staying at the Yukselhan Hotel. Google Translate helped a lot with communication back and forth with the staff. We were there for two weeks for a work trip, and start to finish the staff was very friendly and helpful. While they only have a few parking places, parking was never an issue because we simply gave our keys to whoever was at the front desk and they took care of it. Basically valet parking. Clean rooms, and a good variety for breakfast every day: eggs of some sort, sausage, lots of choices of cheeses and olives, cereal, yogurt, and more. Available 7-10, so it fit our schedule well. Tea was a staple at breakfast. The only coffee option was instant at breakfast. However, the friendly staff was always willing to make a fresh Turkish coffee at the coffee and tea bar upstairs. No charge. We had a lot of Turkish coffees and teas in those two weeks, and the staff would bring them with a smile even if we hadn't asked. Excellent service. So in summary: clean rooms, good breakfast, tea and coffee any time of day, fast wifi, easy parking, and the friendliest and most welcoming staff you will find. I would definitely recommend the Yukselhan hotel.

I stayed at the hotel last year too and it's great value for money, with a good buffet breakfast included in the room rate. My stay this time was slightly marred by a mix up over payment that I ended up spending time sorting out rather than enjoying the city. Otherwise all was fine. The room description and photos say and show tea/coffee making facilities however mine and a couple of others I saw didn't have them.

• Guido (10/5): Excellent - I felt at home. I had booked a room but it was offered a wonderful suite with one big bedroom and a marvellous living room. The rooms are very clean, the services are excellent, the breakfast is generous, the staff is professional, courteous and attentive to guests' needs and the location of the hotel is strategic. The stay in this fantastic structure alone is worth a new trip to the beautiful Adana.
