Só não gostei da luz que entra no quarto a partir das 4h da manhã, o estore do quarto não tapa a entrada da luz. Mas o resto compensou este pequeno pormenor.

Mila was exceptional with cleaning the room and diligent. Hannah had a pleasant manner and helpful. Breakfast was superb and healthy. Easy access from Liverpool Street Station. No complaints

Lovely breakfast and very helpful staff at both the reception desk and breakfast. Arlene and Hannah very helpful also the other reception staff. Very nice extra touches like the L'Occitane toiletries and tea/ coffee / water/ hot chocolate in the bedrooms. I would definitely return.
