- Kotze (10/5): I would definitely recommend a stay at Bayswater Lodge for anyone travelling to Bloemfontein. - The location is very close to nearby grocery stores and restaurants, which made it really easy to get all the necessary essentials. The yard itself is wonderful to have a walk around and has a very beautiful tree. Frankie, the resident dog, is super friendly and very entertaining. The room was excellent and I truly enjoyed relaxing there for hours.

Before we went to the property, I called them and I talked to a lady, informing that we have a “tea cup size dog”. And when we arrived at the property, they moved us in a smaller (to which we did not booked) and they charged us for a R100 for bringing a pet. But, as I checked their account, “you can bring pet with no extra charge”. They giving a misleading information. And the old man is very rude to my husband, the moment he saw my husband carrying our dog he says with a rude approach “so what you gonna do now, we do not allow pet! So what you gonna do?” Also, I think we are a victim of racism. How they treat is not very acceptable. Very rude

- Lindiwe (6/5): Pleasant - It's nice and quiet and the staff are amazing During loadshedding while the owner came to bring us torch for our room, he saw plastics we have not packed our staff yet and made a comment "so much plastics is it food, you don't eat in the rooms" I found that very inappropriate and invading our privacy. On the check out while standing for transport the owner watered his plants and the water poured me. He didn't even apologize or ask me to stand aside he is going to water the plants.
