- Navigator43376259935 (2/5): Do not recommend. - I have been using the hotel since 2023. This year one can tell that the hotel is really neglected. We had to change our first room as the door handles were broken and the rooms lights were not functioning nor was the AC. We moved to another room to which the carpets, headboards, tables were very dirty. I had to asked for it to be vacuumed. The AC switch pad kept falling out. It’s sad to see the complete sheer decline and neglect of the hotel rooms. I guess it is now a 100% budget hotel, not a hotel that deserves a creek view, which was hard to see as the windows were filthy. There was literal dust and dirt and hair in ten carpets. Their curtains were broken. My dad has stayed there 8 times and he said he will not return.

- pamelamP457DH (10/5): Excelkent stay at Best Western Pearl Creek - This was my 2nd stay at Best Western Pearl Creek Excellent value for money. Staff were very professional and polite . Concierge amazing. As was the housekeeping team they have a very high standard of cleaning and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is tired snd needs refurbishing but for the price it was Excellent. Reception was friendly and efficient. Breakfast wasn't great but the fresh fruit was good . I would stayvthere again as it us situated close to Gold Souk and other historic Deira places of interest.

- 86saarg (8/5): Good Value for Money - We stayed here as it was relatively close (15 min drive) to the Hotel, but away from all the major attractions which this time we didn't have time to see anyway. Honestly, its a decent tourist class hotel, nothing more. Very fair value and we were upgraded so the room was a suite, even if the facilities could use a bit of a facelift. some local restaurants and shops nearby but largely away from tourism. Staff were very nice, breakfast was decent, and had a rooftop pool/bar which was a bit sparse.

You just crossed the road infront of the hotel and go to for a tour on boat. I really liked the onsen and the said hotel is just infront of the sea. also have great personal care supplies. - Razek63 (2/5): Bad experience with BW Dubai - Disappointing Experience – Double Charged Despite Using Points I recently stayed two nights at Best Western Plus Pearl Creek in Dubai using over 150,000 points from my Best Western Rewards account, which should have fully covered my stay. At check-in, the receptionist Ali confirmed my points booking and told me I only needed to pay the tourism tax, which I did. However, upon checkout with the same staff member, he suddenly claimed there was an issue with the system and insisted I pay the entire stay in cash — even though my points had already been deducted from my account. This unprofessional handling and miscommunication led to me being charged twice: once in points and once in money. Despite my clear confirmation and good standing as a loyal customer, there was no support or resolution from the staff. I expect better service and transparency from a Best Western Plus hotel. Unfortunately, this experience left a very bad impression, and I would not recommend this property until staff are better trained and processes are more reliable.

After four days, you're still promised additional cards, but you still haven't received any, and you only have one card for four people. This is a concrete example of the hotel's poor management.
- ahmedeT9637CA (10/5): Amazing Hotel - It was an amazing vacation, especially the hotel team they were very friendly, bellman ( South Africa Guy ), reception, housekeeping ( Prabhu ), and the swimming pool guard ( South Africa Guy ) he was caring about all people for their safety and kept watching the kids and trying to make them happy and my daughter was feeling sad that she will not see him again because we are leaving. I hope they continue with the quality and performance, they deserve 10/10

- aasims2025 (6/5): Cleanliness - I stayed in a triple occupancy room in Dubai, but unfortunately, the experience was not very satisfying. The furniture and fixtures were quite ordinary and did not meet expectations. The room size was very small, making it uncomfortable for three people. Cleanliness was also below standard, which further impacted the overall stay. While the location may be convenient, the hotel needs significant improvement in room quality and hygiene to justify its price.

- SHERLITA (6/5): - The hotel is in good area but what I don't like is that when we checked in, we had to wait for almost an hour after the supposedly check-in time which is 2pm. When they took us to our room, we had to wait outside because they weren't done cleaning, vacuuming and changing the beddings. The room was dirty. The bed is very uncomfortable. There's only 1 outlet for the coffee machine and the refrigerator so we kept on unplugging it between the two.

Good breakfast bufet with variety of tasty food. Supermarket and Dubai Metro are located very near the hotel. Also the port for ship transfer to old city souqs is very near.

I would not stay again or recommend anyone to stay here. Even thought the staff is ok, I would prefer a hotel with regular Wifi and hot shower. Lastly, the guard at the rooftop swimming pool was strange. Looking at his phone and yield at you “don’t do this or don’t do that”. Have to say, it’s a stange vibe!!!
- kawthurc (10/5): Recommended stay in Deira - The hotel is good value for money. It offers comfort for a reasonable price. It is located at the front of the Creek. Our room had a window view on the Creek. There is a rooftop swimming pool with view over Deira & Bur Dubai. Restaurants and clothes shops are walking distance to the hotel. GCC exchange with best rates on Euro located 1 street behind. Old Deira souk & souk Naif 8min away by foot. Mizanur the room attendant was very helpful and nice.
- Dream04025146949 (2/5): These guys have keys or master code to your locker in the room!! - This hotel has thieves working for them, my $500 went missing from my room safe!!!! Yes you read it correct!!!!!! The cleaner or the manager of the 8th Floor name Santosh probably has a master code or key to the safe!! I am serious about this! Secondly my other belonging went also missing , like earpods ! Reported to the manager who i think was from egypt, he also had so much attitude and didn't help at all, he just kept saying do you have any proof that our employee stole your money from the safe? What the hell? Instead of questioning the cleaner he was interrogating me 🤔. Matter was reported to police who did nothing and also said they can not help since they dont have any proof. Never staying at this hotel ever again and would never recommend this hotel!
- marjan5f (2/5): Worst experience I had ever in a Dubai hotel - Unfortunately to my surprise, the hotel staff were extremely unhelpful and careless about the guests and their needs. The air conditioning system in my room was broken so I couldn’t turn it off and there was constant smell of smoke in the room. The rooms were dirty and so many things was just broken in the room like the soap dispenser. There was also a cockroach in the room which I wanted to take a picture of but it immediately went below the closet. The staff didn’t care at all about how the situation was in the hotel. During one of the breakfasts, two other guests were guided by hotel staff to our table to sit with us! And the last thing was that I called for a taxi from the reception to the airport and they guided me from the back door of the hotel to a pick up truck which was clearly not a taxi. I don’t honestly understand how this is possible in a 4-star hotel! So I won’t be staying at any other Best Western hotel ever again as my experience with this hotel was a nightmare even though I had a good stay in France in one of Best Western hotels.

- Kery (6/5): - We had a room with a small living room area, two twin beds, another room with king bed and one bathroom. There was also adequate closet space and a mini fridge, safe, kettle, and two coffee/tea cups. It was spacious and clean. However, if there are multiple people staying in one room, provide more than one room key at check in. If you only provide one key, once they are in the room they have to use that key to put in the key holder to have access to the electricity and A/C in the room. If there are two people, give two room keys, for three people give three room keys, etc. This is important because just because people check in together, does not meant they will stay together and go the same places at the same time. Also, I understand reusing the room keys once someone checks out, but at least colorox wipe/clean the room key before giving it to another person because the room keys were dirty. The same issue with the room keys occurred with the towels. Provide the adequate number of towels and wash cloths per person in the room. The breakfast buffet was unorganized and disappointing. No one checked us in or took us to a table. You basically have to grab a table wherever you can and ask the staff to clean it off for you, and they just clean off the plates/bowls/cups but do not wipe down the table. The seating area is very limited. Staff should monitor guests to ensure they are taking the food to put on their plates with utensils and not their hands.

- Taher (6/5): - The hotel itself has become a bit outdated even the rooms interior and decor feels old. The room had lingering cigarette smoke smell which made it quite uncomfortable, unfortunately they were fully booked so I couldn't even change rooms. Staff did not clean the room for 2 days, no vacuuming was done, even tissue roll was replaced after repeatedly calling housekeeping multiple times. Breakfast buffet was largely Indian menu and maybe I was expecting it to be better. The location is superb, the bus stop is directly at the doorstep and Metro station (Green line) is just a 5 minute walk away. A few stations away you can even change to Red line so it's super convenient. It's at the heart of Deira (Baniyas Square) where the Gold souq, Dubai Creek and other famous areas of old Dubai are just a short walk away. Overall, maybe the great location makes up for the other shortcomings.

The room is big, nice and very comfortable. The view from the room to the creek was great. Food is very good - both in the dinner and in the breakfast - a large variety of options. Location is excellent - Near all the souks - gold, spices... - and also you can take a few minutes boat in 1-2 AED to the other side to visit Al Seef and also the museum of illusions.

- Christopher (2/5): Dont stay here, they will sell your rooms and lie - Having booked our room for the day before as we had a 2am arrival we were told our rooms has no water or power so we would have to stay in another hotel for the night.. Not what you need at 2am and it was obvious they had sold our rooms for the night and were lying to our faces. The alternate was a flea pit with stained beds and bathroom of mould.. I took pics. The next morning we had to go back to the Pearl Creek and the manager admitted they sold our rooms and lied about it. Never could I recommend this place. When they lie and make up fabrications it's as low as you can get at 2-3am.. it started our stay off badly and wasted our valuable time moving about.
