• Wita (9/5): - Super lokalizacja,w centrum przy katedrze. Dobry kontakt z personelem. Mieszkanie dobre na krótki pobyt: byliśmy 2 noce. Bardzo wygodne łozko, żelazko, suszarka. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko, co niezbędne. Brak światła dziennego na dłuższy pobyt byłby uciążliwy,ale byliśmy tylko 2 doby i praktycznie tylko na noc wracaliśmy do pokoju więc nie przeszkadzało to jakoś bardzo. Brak czystej ścierki i gąbki kuchennej, ręczników papierowych:( To drobiazg,ale mega potrzebny dla każdego gościa nowy, by spokojnie moc ogarnąć kuchnie po śniadaniu czy umyć kubki po kawie i nie lecieć do sklepu po zestaw gąbek.

• Ivana (10/5): Najbolji smještaj u centru centra, value for money fenomenalan - Lokacija je fenomenalna. Dobro iskorišten prostor, čisto, novo, uredno. Domaćin dostupan online u svakom trenutku. Za ovu cijenu ne možete dobiti bolju lokaciju u Milanu, centar grada vam je dnevni boravak.

• Boekhouding (1/5): I strongly advise against staying in this apartment with small children. - I liked the location of the apartment — within walking distance of all the main attractions of Milan, and close to the metro and a tram stop The host handed over the keys late, and we had to wait in the rain. The apartment windows face an inner courtyard with garbage containers, and residents of the building were constantly coming to throw out trash, so we had to keep the curtains closed. But the main inconvenience, which no one warned us about, was the low ceiling in the loft bedroom — I hit my head several times. On top of that, the staircase leading to the bedroom is made of glass, which was very uncomfortable and unsafe

• Kaja (9/5): Super location and really quiet - We spent three days in Duomo House. These were really nice three days. :) I was surprised how quiet this appartment is. It's on the small street just next to very lively Via Torino and you could hear only the bells of a Sant'Alessandro. The other appartments in the same house are quiet too. What a good night sleep! The second super plus is location. Most of the main attractions in Milan are just over the corner. Neatest supermarkets about 150-200 metres. Shops over the corner. Morning coffee next door. Room has everything you need: dishes, cutlery, pan, pot, kettler, toaster, micro-oven, even washing machine... During our stay we had oil and salt and as we used kitchen several times I left there pepper too. In the toilet there's a heater to dry wet laundry. The boiler heated water just fine, so all good with hot water too. The beds were comfortable. Minuses? I could say that the ceiling on the bed area was low to walk straight - but you could see that on the pictures, so no surprise there. Or I could say that in the first time it was a bit strange to step on the glass floor to go to bed - but it really is fine. The window indeed opens to an inner courtyard with trash bins now hidden behind a fence (and bins didn't smell!), so it's better to leave curtains closed as there's nothing to see ... but the appartment has several small lamps and we made it really sweet place even without natural light. Overall - if you plan to have a family vacation in Milan and you have one child, then this is the right place. You have more room than in a hotel and plenty of options to have your own meals. It's quiet and the little one doesn't have to walk a lot. For four people it may be a bit crowdy though, but the location will make it up. We really liked the appartment!

• Haydar (3/5): 1% - The place is close to the city center. I arrived late and paid 30 euros for late arrival which was no problem. But they didn't accept card payment they wanted cash. I had to look for a vending machine at 11:30pm. And the woman who gave me the keys wasn't friendly. Because I arrived late even though I paid an extra 30 euros for being late .In addition, the bathroom overflows with water when taking a shower and the sewer drains the water slowly.

• Ruth (8/5): A fine apartment for one or 2 people. - Location, location, location! Perfectly positioned for the Duomo and La Scala, with a coffee bar just steps around the corner in a lovely square. Great water pressure with lots of hot water (for my one shower at least). The apartment was quite warm on the hot days, but with 2 fans going it was fine. The fan with blue takes a whole to get going, but if you set it on high it works fine after a few minutes! Overall, a good stay. It does feel a little cramped. There is a window but it looks out on an air shaft doesn’t provide much additional light.
• Roberto (8/5): Lovely apartment, but... - It was a lovely apartment a few steps away from the Duomo, in a quite dead-end street, and very well served by public transport. Many bars, shops and takeaways nearby. Having to wait outside in the street for more than an hour for the keys hand over despite the agreed time. The mezzanine where the bed was set up had a deep step, which I missed and tripped on, I fell, and when I stood up, I hit the law ceiling with my head. At the top of a steep and narrow spiral staircase with glass steps, there is a glass running-over that is the last deep step to reach the mezzanine floor. A large gap between the running-over and the floor could be worrying for a family with small children. The first step of the staircase case was wobble, and not knowing, it made me lose my balance. We had one toilet roll, no toiletries (just 4 shower/head gel sachets for two guests), and even if a kettle and a coffee machine had been supplied, no coffee, tea bags or sugar were available. We had go buy them. The shower box had loose doors at the lower slides, so a filtration of water was used to set on the floor after a shower. It had black mould and an unpleasant residual dry foam under the sliding doors, and the base showed dark marks. On the floor, hairs and dust, especially behind the toilet and the bidet. The sink had a very slow flush out. Milan was hot, 25° at night, but the apartment had no air conditioning, and a large fan wasn't working. The first night, we opened the window facing the small yard, but we had to shut it because the smell coming from the condominium's waste bins kept in the yard.

He responded within minutes Room was a little warm, but there are two fans which were not switched off at any time

• Kadir (9/5): Superb - The hotel is located in the center of Milan. It was our first choice as it is close to everywhere. We stayed here for 1 night and we were very satisfied. The only thing I can evaluate negatively is that there is no carpet on the floor. Because the ground was very cold. Apart from that, it was a beautiful house and we even recommended it to our friends. The host was also very kind. Thanks for this pleasant stay. CHI L’HA VISTI? - Dentro la casa non c’è sapone ne in bagno ne in cucina, non c'è finestra o ariatore funzionante nel bagno, non c'è carta in cucina ne fazzoletti normali, il primo gradino delle scale è pericolante, l’armadio al piano di sopra è chiuso a chiave e per la poca ventilazione possibile grazie all’unica finestra si muore di caldo. Fanno pagare 30€ per la pulizia finale. Al vostro arrivo nella casa però è sporca.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Not a pleasant experience - First, the positive: the location is very good and the apartment is very clean and nicely, stylishly decorated. Now the rest: The cleaning lady checked us in. She was nice, but didn't know anything about how things work in the apartment and didn't speak English. Later, when we tried to leave the apartment we discovered we were LOCKED IN! That's right. LOCKED IN. The outer doors are glass. They could not be opened from the inside. There was a place to insert a key. We tried every key we had. No luck. Finally, we began to realize that the there must have been a handle on the inside and that it was missing. I called the owner. She couldn't understand why we couldn't get out of the apartment. At this point, we began to wonder if perhaps the missing handle were somewhere in the apartment. We went through all the drawers, and sure enough we found the handle, put it on and let outselves out. But the handle wouldn't stay on, so we had to keep it handy and shove it on the door when we wanted to go out. Other problems followed. The stove top burners were a mystery. Wouldn't stay on. We asked. The owner said to put a pot on a burner and it would stay on. That didn't work either. It turns out that there was some kind if child safety lock on it. Somehow I guess we were supposed to know this. There were no instructions anywhere to be found. Also, don't try to stand up in the loft sleeping area if you are taller than 5'3". In short, you can do much better in Milan
