- Van Bel (1/5): Bad - Lobby was nice, the rest was really bad Cockroaches in the room. balcony walls were broken which made it very dangerous. The towels were stinky like they hadn’t been washed. The bathroom was filthy, the shower didn’t have a shower head and there was no warm water. The toilet didn’t flush properly. You could hear the traffic outside really loudly as if you were laying outside.
- MazenAsiri (1/5): - Nothing No internet, remove window glass in a room change by plastic can't open, no cover from raining ,a lot of ant in the room, Brady bathroom did not clean always bad smiles , sinking is closed , water can used for wash ,water with rust tested , every 2 or 3 days change bed cover, no tea no catle , can't take shower water come direct from pipe , no hot water , ECT , This hotel can't be used for human life , . Anouis all time in beside your room

- Kristian (1/5): Do not stay here - Nothing, the staff where okay and it looks nice from the outside The first room was heavy with damp and mould, the bathroom ceiling had fallen in, it was very dirty and there where no windows, the second room as we asked to change, had no windows bathroom ceiling was about to fall through, there was a bug next behind the picture on the wall, it was filthy and the lamp by the bed electrocuted me,
