Reservamos el globo con anticipación con el hotel, y la noche antes nos avisan de que como había subido el precio nos cambiaron para otro día, con lo cual no pudimos realizar el vuelo, ni reagendar otro porque no quedaban cupos. Además nosotros desde el día anterior le preguntamos para que nos avise el horario de recogida y no nos respondieron ni comentaron lo del cambio con antelación. Debido a esto tuvimos q extender los días en goreme y aún así no pudimos hacer el globo, haciéndonos perder dinero y tiempo.

• Alessandro (8/5): Hotel to consider - The manager of the hotel is one of the greatest people I've met in Goreme. His service was spot on after all happened to me within the hotel. He also refunded money to me and it makes him look really professional. The location is superb because you can reach any destination within minutes. The pool is really clean and terraces are acceptable with a fantastic view. Right.... I won't mention everything that went wrong but I'll mention a few... I paid for the room with the balcony and the hotel description doesn't say there are around 50 steps to get there and trust me every time I was getting up there I was breathless. The reason why I chose that room was because the ceiling was in wood as from the images you can see in the caves instead there is lots of dump on it and in the walls but I didn't consider that when it's raining the wood gets wet and in fact it was raining inside the room in a few sides of it. The bed from one side was broken and sleeping on it, made me feel like a hotdog. The radiator was making watery noise all the time and it was hard for me to sleep. The light in the bathroom was broken, only the one in the mirror was working. In the room there is a big electric junction box where a relay is in it. Every time I was pressing the switch the relay logically made a noise like tak tak but it wasn't connected only in my room but with other rooms and so when other people were also pressing the switch in their rooms, my relay was making the noise. Last thing that happened I won't mention here as these things can happen in places where there are many cats around the entire Cappadocia but for this reason the manager replaced my room and for this I'm super grateful. However he provided a cheaper room inside the cave and so dump and humidity was breathable since you would open the entrance door. If anyone suffers from breathing problems due to the dump please don't even think of going to a cave the smell is really strong also because in the new room the shower was making water everywhere in the bathroom. The hotel manager provided the refund for the difference between the room I've paid and the cheapest that he provided and I'm so happy for it but for anyone who wants to book in high season please be aware that not all the needs can be satisfied. The period I went to was May.

• Licet (10/5): Súper recomendable - El hotel es un verdadero 10/10, la ubicación excelente, las habitaciones amplias y limpias , pero lo que más destaco es la atención en recepción donde nos solucionaron todo , inclusive que tuvimos 3 días cancelación del globo aerostático y desde allí nos consiguieron otra empresa con cupos disponibles y pudimos volar y así cumplir con el cometido del viaje.
• NIKOLAOS (6/5): - Overall, I do not have much to say, the setting is beautiful and picturesque, as is everything in that location. However, cleanliness is a major issue, an extremely serious one. The room was very dirty and also had an unbearable smell of mold. We requested a room change, which was accepted. We were shown two alternative rooms, but they were in almost the same condition, so we decided to remain in the original one. This issue is particularly serious, as prolonged exposure to mold can lead to respiratory problems. For this reason alone, the overall rating is significantly affected, which is quite unfortunate.

Rooms- We obviously amongst the first guests for the new tourist season- we had three rooms- King, Queen and Junior suites and all were dusty and in need of an urgent deep clean The King room had a double bed size duvet and as a result we had to ask for an extra duvet to cover the entire King bed Towels- the treadbare- new towels are an urgent requirement. The showers in the King and Queen rooms were in need of repairs with water gushing in all directions causing an awful mess! Just water all over the bathroom! Junior room had no air conditioner and was very hot! The hotel in general is aged and in need of a makeover. Breakfast- the coffee machine was broken for the duration of our stay- so only instant coffee was available. Good Meze breakfast – eggs only in omelette style , sausages cut into small pieces to obviously save costs No toast available Loads of room for improvement in the breakfasts as well as in the hotel generally

Wir wurden vor der Anreise nicht über den Schädlingsbefall in unserem gebuchten Zimmer informiert, sondern erst bei Ankunft – eine kurzfristige Umbuchung war dadurch kaum noch möglich. Das Ersatzzimmer war in einem unzumutbaren Zustand: starker Schimmelbefall, feuchte Bettdecken und ein instabiles Zustellbett. Auf unsere Beschwerde wurde nur unzureichend reagiert. Weitere angebotene Zimmer am Folgetag wiesen ebenfalls Schimmel sowie Mängel im Badezimmer auf. Die gesamte Anlage wirkte ungepflegt und teilweise beschädigt. Die Aussage, Schimmel sei in solchen Unterkünften „normal“, ist für uns nicht akzeptabel. Trotz der geschilderten Mängel und der vorzeitigen Abreise wurde uns keine Erstattung für die nicht genutzten Nächte gewährt.

A great value hotel with phenomena - The hotel is in a fantastic location with a wonderful manager that cares about the hotel and the guests. Please be prepared for the stairs if you’re in a room above the 2nd floor. Also, there was electrical issues when I stayed but this wasn’t the fault of the hotel or the staff.

The room was clean and thoughtfully decorated, combining traditional Turkish elements with modern comforts. The bed was especially comfortable, which mattered after long days of exploring. One of the highlights of the stay was the terrace. Waking up early and watching dozens of hot air balloons rise into the sky at sunrise was unforgettable. Evenings were just as enjoyable, with a peaceful view over the town as the light faded. It’s the kind of place where you find yourself slowing down without even trying. The staff were consistently warm and helpful throughout the stay. There was a leak from the ceiling on the room that we had when it rained.

Ci siamo sentiti a casa e non potevamo fare scelta migliore! Se un giorno dovessi tornare in Cappadocia non avrò dubbi su dove soggiornare! Grazie ancora!!

• Irina (7/5): Lindo hotel en las cuevas - La ubicación, tiene una terraza fantástica para ver los globos al amanecer. Contratamos con ellos la excursión y estaban más accesibles que por otro lado (tambien porque fuimos en semana santa). El personal muy amable. Nuestra habitación tenía chimenea y te ofrecer leña para un día, luego tenes que abonar. Se nota que está un poco abandonado, varias luces no funcionaban en nuestra habitación, la tabla del inodoro estaba rota, la piscina (abril) estaba toda negra. En un momento entró agua en nuestra habitación y nos mojó la ropa, pero pedimos más leña para prender la fogata y secar la ropa, nos la dieron sin cargo.

• Mauricio D (7/5): - La ubicación y el hotel en general. Falta mantenimiento en las instalaciones. El desayuno muy escaso siempre faltan cosas y tardan o no las reponen. Café, huevo revuelto y otros.

• Karin (7/5): Die Lage war gut und wir verbrachten insgesamt eine schöne Zeit in Göreme. - Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war gross und bot im Eingangsbereich Platz zum sitzen. Das Bett war unbequem und durchgelegen und der Kühlschrank ging nicht. Beides haben wir gemeldet - leider wurde nichts unternommen obwohl wir 4 Nächte dort waren. Die Sessel im Eingangsbereich waren fleckig.
