I had to reduce my stay from 2 nights to one due to alot of bad experiences

It’s very close to the airport (5 to 10 minute drive). The staff are friendly and warm. My first night, I had a room with cockroaches, but this was rectified in my subsequent bookings.

Christophe (10/5): Rien à envier aux meileurs hotels européens - La qualité du lit, des produits de toilettes et le petits déjeuner exceptionnel, des viennoiseries aussi bonnes que dans les meilleurs boulangeries de France La position un peu à l'écart du centre ville et les petites boutiques et restos typiques. Sans voiture c'est un peu loin ou bien il faut rester à l’hôtel comme les touristes et les classes affaires. Le pool bar est super mais un peu cher.

Le cadre est calme et agréable, idéal pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie. L’accueil a été chaleureux et le personnel toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande sans hésitation et je n’hésiterai pas à y revenir.

Fabrice (9/5): Reposant et pratique - L'accueil sur place est appréciable, le personnel est à l'écoute. En fin de séjour nous avons passé la dernière nuit dans cet hôtel, nous avons bénéficié d'un check-out tardif (18h) en payant un supplément (50% du prix de la chambre) et la navette gratuite pour nous conduire à l'aéroport à 22h est vraiment appréciable. La salle de bain aurait besoin d'être amélioré, pas de kits cosmétiques sur place. Une serviette de douche alors que nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant (4 ans), on a signalé et on nous a donné 1 supplémentaire et pour une 3eme il fallait une "demande spéciale", on a pas compris...

Alice (7/5): Bien - La propriété Durant mon séjour , j’avais eu le problème de climatisation. J’avais appelé plus de 4fois avant qu’il ne me change de chambre. Quand même on a payer pour être confortable et non pour vivre la galère de climatisation.

Afrah (4/5): Low level of Hygiene! - Staff were very friendly I stayed for 3 nights but my last day was bit tragic when I found out that the salad bar at the breakfast was full of insects & cockroaches! I informed the staff about it & asked to replace the food with new one including a cover. Unfortunately, they just apologized without replacing the food .. not cool!

saronic (10/5): everything perfect - Easy check-in and checkout. Friendly staff, especially also at the restaurant. Well sized room with nothing missing. Very clean and good room service. All fine in the bathroom. Big windows and from my room on the fourth floor view towards the US Embassy. Big choice at breakfast of cold and cooked items. Also a Lebanese corner with Manakish and Labneh. I especially enjoyed the fresh and whole coconut. Good coffee. Interesting choices for dinner, although not too many local specialities, except Gbékouin with Gboma leaves. I also enjoyed the large swimming pool. There isn't much to go for a walk outside the hotel.

Well sized room with nothing missing. Big windows with a view. Nothing, except that there is nowhere to go for a walk outside the hotel.

Doris (9/5): Un très bon moment de détente dans un environnement confortable. - Jai été surclassée. J’ai apprécié la suite avec une très grande chambre, la salle de bain spacieuse et la la piscine L’accès à la salle de sport en passant par l’extérieur.

Aleksandr (9/5): Удобное расположение, приличный отель - Отель находится в пару минутах ходьбы от статуи Амазон. До других мест придется добираться на транспорте. При отеле есть охрана, проводят проверку машин и гостей. Может отель уже не совсем новый, но все прилично, уютно. При отеле есть ресторан, который работает с утра до вечера, при желании, можно никуда не выходить. Если бы работники на ресепшене были бы немного расторопнее, то было бы еще лучше )
